    Waitress are really helpful and friendly but the point on going to Brazil steak house was grill meat. Our reservation was 8:15 we we sit our table around 8:20, get our drinks, our bottle of wine came my husband and his friend took a plate of buffet but there is a 2 maybe 4 person (it is full on Friday night) walking with grill and around 9pm they stop at my table. I walk to buffet there 4 plate of eggplant seems like they try to fill empty space. I am sorry I don't I will go there again. I went to Tyson an other Friday, It was great everything. I love steak I had to turn my coin to red to tell them stop coming over.

    Great food - very friendly and attentive service from all of the waiters specially Moises. Nicolas creates a great ambience in the front of the restaurant. I live closer to two other Fogo locations but I like coming to this one in particular because of the great atmosphere.

    My family had a great experience at Fogo per usual. The service is always great, meats are always nice and hot, and the drinks are continuously spot on and tasty. We love the way we’re treated here and the atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommend this specific location because the vibe and decor are incredible alongside the amazing service. Shout out to Juan, Elizabeth, and everyone else for treating my family and I so well. Can’t wait to visit again soon! Thanks Fogo in Reston for a great time as always!

    We Love Fogo de Chao...but another experience like this at the Reston, VA location may turn us off from Fogo de Chao for good. Took us over 10 minutes to get seated even with a reservation and the restaurant being quiet at 530PM...due to no hostess being at the front desk. Upon being seated took another 10 minutes or so just to put our drink order in. We ordered two glasses of house Malbec, but the pours only filled 1/5 of the red wine glass. Not a great value for $8 a glass. Once the meat service began, we must have asked for the bottom sirloin and pincanha steak 4-5 times. We only got the pincanha 2x but the bottom sirloin Never came even though they asked us and we waited over an hour. One waiter clamed flank steak is bottom sirloin which it clearly wasn't. They had no problem trying to push the pork, chicken, house steak and filet mignon over and over again. None of which we wanted... We ended up just leaving, unsatisfied and not getting what we paid for. Not a great way to celebrate and definitely not worth the money charged.

    This was the worst experience I’ve had at any Fogo de Chao restaurant. The service was horrible. Once the “experience leader” greeted us, we didn’t see him for at least another 45 mins. The gaucho’s stopped coming to our table for at least 20 minutes. No side dishes until the end our our meal The service just kept getting worse. The only good part about the experience was the one server, Jacqueline. Had it not been for her, we would have walked out. The final draw was when someone brought us the wrong check, not once but twice. Absolutely horrible experience.

    The meat options are really impressive. Different level of cooking to satisfy all taste buds. We waited a few minutes to be placed to our table which we reserved. Because it’s a new location, it feels like the staff is overwhelmed with the amount of people. It was my dad’s birthday and I had asked them to do something special, but they must have not read my note. Overall disappointed, especially since you have to pay such a premium for the continuous service.

    My first visit here was 8/13, I decided to take my good friend for dinner and this is where they picked! Both of us were first time guests of Fogo. We arrived early for our reservation to have a nice glass of wine and a snack at the bar. We were greeted promptly and made to feel very welcome by all of the bartenders that we came in contact with. The wines by the glass menu is very well thought out and the warm hearts of palm dip was amazing. We moved to our table for dinner and I enjoyed the $39 special that offered the market table and select cuts of meat. My friend opted for the regular priced experience as he wanted to try more of what they had to offer. The servers were all amazing, never felt like there wasn't someone taking care of us, from wine service to the rotation of the meats. Two managers checked on us as well. The meats were hot, well seasoned and constantly being offered. The market table was well stocked, I see people say small in a few reviews, I guess I am a quality over quantity gal, because the selections were just fine for me. Back to the bar for an espresso martini, do yourself a favor and order this!!!! Best one I have ever had! Fast forward to about a week later when we stopped in for a quick afternoon bite to eat at the bar, Ish was our bartender and he was attentive and just plain makes you feel welcome and appreciated. We enjoyed the empanadas, gaucho hummus(OMG SOOO good) the beef rib and mashed potatoes, along with some wine. A quick bite turned into a lovely and leisurely afternoon! We have made several more visits in the last few weeks, always sitting at the bar due to the outstanding service and great attitudes of the bar staff, we have enjoyed everything from the chilled lobster and shrimp appetizer, their delicious burger, crème brûlée .everything is fresh and well prepared. I recently took advantage the butcher shop And ordered some cuts of meat to prepare and enjoy at home. Great price and excellent quality!

    We love this place. It's our favorite Fogo's in the whole nation -- primarily because it has the nicest, most professional wait team ever. Not sure who is responsible but kudos to all. We especially recommend Sasha who brightens every family dinner or event we do there. Thanks all!

    I was surprised. I’ve done fogo de chao from Philly to Tysons to Florida and other states. By far this was the worst experience and not only for Fogo but if any Brazilian. Food was either rare or overcooked. Cold. And they were few and far between items. Mostly one cheap cut of meat over and over. Salad bar was out of many items but they finally started restocking but late. Servers tried but even getting a drink took time. I even started off by saying I hope this beats my Tyson’s experience. They said absolutely. Now I’m looking at reviews I get it. I would not wast your money. I had to beg to get a lamb chop and they were cold and cooked to oblivion. So disappointed.

    Quality of meats were very average, not USDA prime cuts, and pours of Stags Leap wines were ridiculously low. I definitely will not participate in these types of events at Fogo de Chao again.

    Our second wine dinner at the Reston FdC and we were very happy with the wine selection (Stag's Leap whites and reds) and the accompanying foods. As one might expect, the food is very meat-centric but there were enough appetizer and vegetable courses to balance the meal. Service was excellent and we were never left wanting. FcC's meats are the star and the Wagyu steaks were outstanding when paired with Stag's Leap Artemis. The creme brûlée and coffee for dessert ended our evening on a nice note.

    I had gone to the Tyson’s branch and then Reston. Reston has a long way to go. in Tyson’s a current promotion was clearly advertised. In Reston, I literally had to ask 4 to 5 different servers and they couldn’t exactly tell about the details of the promotion. During 2h there, we got offered chicken excessively and some cuts came once or twice. We didnt really have a server for drinks, reorder sides and desserts. That was frustrating. The buffet was inferior to Tyson’s as well. Their corn was super hard for example. Also we went long periods of time without any meats being offered. Tyson’s had meat being offered constantly. I hope Reston steps up, or I’ll drive to Tyson’s. Some of the cuts tasted good, but most were under seasoned which should be the hallmark of Brazilian steak.

    Too cold inside! There was a vent blowing cold air on us the entire time and we said something multiple times and it wasn’t until the last 10 min, it finally turned off.

    Waitress was absent. Never got starters, initial drinks late, had long wait to order after being seated, and long wait to ask for check when done. Would have been wonderful with the right waitstaff.

    Fogo’s food never disappoints and the service on this visit was outstanding!! Narlon was attentive and very professional. He ensured our glasses and plates remained topped off with our meat and beverage of choice. Another back to school visit with my son!

    I like the Reston location and design better but the food bar isn’t close to the Tyson experience. Also the service was uneven with spotty table service and meats arriving all at once or not at all. I was there Sunday brunch which seemed to be only full 1/3 of the restaurant.

    We recently went to celebrate my birthday, and we decided to explore the special which was the "The Best of Brazil". While we were not overly impressed by the special, the food was still amazing, and the waiters and the manager were great and very helpful. Elizabeth the manager was super helpful in getting our check cleared up. We had used a gift card that was a little complicated for the server to handle himself due to the details of the Gift card. She came right over and handled things for us right away. Our server Brendon and Sasha were also very prompt and attentive while taking care of us for the evening. I would highly recommend checking out this new location. It's an absolutely beautiful restaurant!

    Had a wonderful meal at Fogo in Reston. We've been to quite a few locations and this one is now one of our favorites. The location is in the heart of the Reston town Center with plenty of free easy parking after 5pm in the garage. The hostess and waitstaff was prompt and polite. Our server, Natalie, was on point. She was attentive without being obtrusive and when she saw us taking selfies, she offered to take a photo for the table which was so thoughtful and appreciated. She asked if there were any meats we preferred and made sure the cuts were sent over promptly. Meat service was well timed and the cuts were served at the perfect temperature. I was pleasantly surprised when they had beef ribs making the rounds as I normally have to specify request it. When I mentioned that is was my favorite cut, the gaucho took good care of me. The market table was well stocked and the prepared foods and veggies were fresh and delicious. Everyone took time to assist and paid attention to little details, like fresh plates, drink and side refills. Hard to find great service these days and the team here was top notch. Will definitely be returning as we live just down the street and this was a real treat!

    Fogo is about meat. This was non-existent (almost). When waiters came meat was not cooked they went back to cook it!! Waiters don’t know that when your sign is green means you want food. They ask you even though signs were green. Whole experience was a disappointment.

    We love Fogo and the design of this location is great. Plus, it’s a lot less stuffy than some other locations. Unfortunately, the meat was seasoned sup par and a lot of cuts were over cooked. Dinner was fine but ultimately a let down.

    From the entrance to seated at the table, we felt very welcomed by the hostess, Elizabeth, and then served by our waitress, Jackie. We had special lunch for mom’s birthday, and this was a perfect place for the event.

    Had another fantastic evening at Fogo thanks to the wonderful bar team (Mario, Juan, Enrique). They without a doubt exceed *all other happy hour spots* in Reston in terms of drink quality, prices, bar bites, and service. The palatial ambiance and prime setup overlooking RTC is as good as it gets for unwinding after work & people watching. In terms of food, you should really try everything on the menu (all are delectable) but you cannot miss the polenta fries. Hours later and I’m still dreaming of them. Special mention goes to Sam and Fabrizzio for the warm welcome and great memories. Can’t wait to be back!

    The service was slow, everything took so long, the selection of meat was mostly chicken, a few beef, lamb was upon request. Our decision to eat at fogo is because of the $39 deal but when we got the bill it was full price. The server told us that we should said it when we got seated, the ad that we saw never mentioned how the special price should be handled, the ad had a link that went to open table directly. The server adjusted the bill anyway. We left feeling like we were being tricked. I’ve been to several fogo de chao but I was not happy with the Reston branch from the selection of meat to service.

    Food was not very good and we got the meat experience where they just keep feeding you. I don’t think I’ll go back and if I did, would not do the “experience”
