   Very disappointed. I have dined here many times with my brothers since they opened. The only meat they were serving tonight was the picanha. Every time the servers came by I asked for the other meats but none ever showed. The new manager Hannah is horrible. Where is the old team? They were customer service oriented and didn’t have an attitude. This crew has major attitude they should NOT be in the service business. Go to Chimas in Tyson’s, you’ll get better services with better attitude and more of a selection of meats.

   The evening started off great but things quickly went downhill. Our server changed mid-meal and service became spotty. We had to flag down multiple staff just to place more drink orders, which arrived very slowly. We had followed the instructions on Fogo’s website to note a birthday and the “Best of Brazil” promo in our reservation, but neither was acknowledged. At the end, the manager claimed we should’ve told the server upfront despite the website saying otherwise. We even showed them the website instructions. Good food, but the service breakdown and lack of follow-through on clear promotional instructions left us disappointed on what should’ve been a fun birthday celebration. We won’t be back.

   Overall a very good place to be! I eat here regularly and always have a great time. Today’s Full Churrasco did though only serve a lot of meat, specifically the Beef and Lamb, by request. It was then brought out quickly but I still do feel that this could have been w/o request. Therefore, no 5 stars today.

   We had a great Mother’s Day meal. The only issue was I had booked the reservation with the special price in mind $49, and it was not honored at the Reston, Va location. They informed us that it was not available for Mothers’s Day. I wish that the advertisement had stipulated that Mother’s Day was an exclusion date. We had a large Party and spent way more than expected.

   I went to celebrate Mother’s Day a day early and the experience was good overall. I felt the food was very rare for many of the cuts that were rotating, but I did enjoy the salad bar provided and the appetizers. Much of the service was pretty slow. However, I really enjoyed the ambiance at this location! Would come again, maybe during a less busy weekend for potentially better service.

   I had a great experience and would recommend this restaurant to those that love tasty foods, great atmosphere and good drinks! The event we went to was called THE Experience! We were served tasty bites, given a couple drink tickets, and got a chance to sample a lot of different meats, cheeses and vegetables all for $45! I’ll be back and plan on bringing some new friends with me next time.

   Disappointing experience. Waiter disappeared then we had 8 random staff checking in on us. We asked for the same things over and over again. At One point - I went to the bar to get water. The original waiter forgot to give us our medallions so no one brought the meats to us. Another staff person realized it and brought the medallions over. The salad bar looked very unappealing. It didn't look fresh. Our lobster tail was tiny. Not at all with the price they charged. Seemed very disorganized for the amount of staff they do have.

    3rd time at thins location. Food is good, service is always terrific. Their premium cuts of meat have to be requested, or I would rate a 10. Still - it’s a great experience.
