   Very disappointing. Had dined before and had a much better experience. This time the waitress was not around, the people serving the meats were not around and when they were they just slipped our table! The salad bar had no bacon from when we first arrived until we left 2 hours later. We ordered a second round of drinks that took so long we had to cancel as we were finished with dessert and ready to leave before they showed up! You spend a lot of money- poor value for the money and service

   Having heard about the restaurant but never been, I was excited to go. Unfortunately our waitress wasn't experienced. She could not explain the menu, she forgot the lobster tail we ordered and never came back. I think she went on break or ended her shift. We had to ask someone else for drinks, water refills and the check. They served the lobster tail just before the check. It was overcooked and dry. The meat was good, they served 2 types of beef and 1 chicken. No lamb unfortunately.

   It was my birthday dinner 1st time at this restaurant and was a truly pleasurable experience. A big variety of sides different tastes and textures, Staff were very attentive to our requests. The churrasco was absolutely delicious! Will definitely go again!

   Kind servers , the self serve options are ok but limited. I’ve seen more variety elsewhere. The meats , when you can get them were good . $65 per person is a bit steep .

   We were a party of 8 all first timers at this restaurant. When the host came over to explain the menu it was so loud that we could hardly hear what he was saying. The food bar was excellent. Then came the meat dishes, most were good. We had no idea what meat was which as again, it was so loud we could not hear the servers. A lot of the meat was fatty but overall we thought the taste was very good. The service was excellent. There were many items brought around that were unexpected like the branzino and fried cheese. The mashed potatoes and polenta fries were top notch. We would definitely go back.

   Ordered 2 drinks. Showed up 1/2 way thru meal. Then immediately ordered 2 more drinks that showed up after the meal about 20 mins later. Deserts took about 20 mins and showed up cold. Side dish ordered before meal showed up after meal. Waitress was non existent but nice. They comped 1 of the desserts but what is $15 bucks when the bill is well over $130 for 2 people. I normally love this place but this is the second time in a row that it was a bad experience.

    We had an awful experience at fogo de chao Providence. We had a large party on a slow Monday night and from the moment we sat down, we felt unwelcome. At $65/person, it is NOT worth it!! What we thought was ‘all you can eat’ was a lie, as they stopped serving our table meats not even an hour in. It’s like they gave up. The drinks were low quality and tasted like juice. Even the servers were unwelcoming. I highly recommend you going elsewhere for a nice dinner. We will never be back and unfortunately the Providence location has ruined the churrasco experience for all ten of us.
