We were seated right away. The buffet was wonderful and all options available. Meats were delivered promptly and very hot. Just a little loud, otherwise a wonderful experience.

Tough to hear over the crowd but the food and atmosphere was great. The filet and the bacon wrapped steak were unbelievable. We’ll be back!

We had three servers take different parts of our orders. Felt like we were being rushed. Super loud, couldn’t hear the servers, orders got mixed up, confusion from staff on how the entrees were different than the charrachos, don’t ask, servers with the meats were asking everyone if they wanted everything that they came by with even though two of our guests had chicken or pork chop, they were basically serving everything to everyone. Got our moneys worth but caused confusion and was disorganized. Overall, a very different experience than what I had in Orlando. Seemed more organized, and calmer. Felt bad for the guests that came with my daughter and fiancé celebrating my birthday. I bragged about Fogo to my friends and felt embarrassed that the experience was not what I told them it would be.

We have visited Fogo de Chão several times, and it is always a fun experience. While the gauchos always do a fantastic job and even went above and beyond to ensure we got the cuts of meat we most liked, the wait staff were less responsive. On a few occasions it took us several reminders to the wait staff to receive our drink orders or just have water glasses refilled. The restaurant may have been more preoccupied with larger parties. We were seated at a table that we were told was a bit "breezy" and it was in fact quite chilly. That said, the Market Table and tableside meat service are always a treat. We would return!

The food was fantastic but the service was uh... well pretty much terrible. Within the first 10 minutes, we were asked by five different people of the waitstaff if anyone had come over yet. It's like they were tripping over themselves and no one had any idea who was serving what table... We put in for drinks and 30 minutes later after we finished appetizers, still no drinks. Different person came, we ordered again and 15 minutes later still no drinks, was told they were out. Different person shows up, ordered different drinks, and once again, nothing. 10 min later we walked to the bar ourselves, ordered again, and unsurpsingly - the wrong drinks arrive to our table. So we try again, re order, FINALLY the right drinks show up and yet wildly enough, at the end of the night I was still charged for the drink I was told they were out of. We also had a bottle of sparkling water on the table and several of the wait staff kept coming by trying to fill our glasses with tap water? Couldn't figure that one out. I came here to celebrate my friend's birthday and I left feeling wildly embarrassed for how the night unfolded. Food is 10 out of 10 but the wait staff is 0 out of 10, I will be trying here again in the future but I hope to god this doesn't happen again.
