    The Market Table was delicious as always, and still a great value, even though the price went up. All the food tastes fresh, and there was a great selection. We passed on the Churrasco meats, but had plenty as it was.

    The food is always good and delicious, and if you don’t have meat the market food bar is amazing on its own! It is a beautiful building but open so quite noisy. We were a party of 7 celebrating a graduation with reservations at 8:15. Was disappointed to see the food bar close about 30 minutes after we arrived. Maybe it’s on me but I swear there were reservation after mine but I didn’t check when it closed. I wouldn’t have gone so close to closing since it’s no fun eating there with them closing the restaurant around you. They were nice in celebrating the graduation by comping her dessert.

    Hadn't been to a Fogo in years and was really looking forward to the experience, however, first impressions are everything and when we were seated, the table hadn't been properly cleaned right next to us - there was the oil and crumbs right next to me on the seat with remnants of children's cookies and used napkins all over the floor and a placemat had been thrown where I was expected to sit. When I looked at the mess and handed the placemat to the person who seated us, she just threw it on the table next to us, which is obviously not sanitary. Then, while the server greeted us soon after, we waited for about 20 minutes before having to ask for basics to be brought to our table like bread and sides, and had to ask twice when meats would be brought to us as we watched them being brought to a fuller section in the restaurant. Once we asked for service a second time, a host quickly went to the back and we then received service which was great. We just felt uncomfortable having to ask twice and being kept waiting that long for what should have been offered to us right away...

    Second time I was there. They take forever to deliver the meats. Very disappointed in what they offer. I remember when I used to eat there when I was young - much better service.

    The Market Table lunch is very good! We did not add any protein, but didn't need it. My only criticism is the two soups were pretty bland. There was a nice variety of veggies and salads. And, definitely some things you don't see elsewhere. For $15 AYCE, it's a no-brainer. Will go back again.... too bad kids are not half price for the Market Table like dinner.

    Great experience we made a reservation for “Father’s Day”. To mention good service, I was overwhelmed with the staff asking “how we are doing?” but that was a good thing. Thank you for our “first time experience!”

    The meat waiters started serving the meat cuts while my card was red (lol), may be because it was already 845pm in the evening. It was nice of the manager to come and ask how I preferred my meats to be cooked. I told some waiter several times how I liked my meat cooked and they kept bringing different levels of cooked meat (lol). At the end they got it and they provided several cuts of meats (beef, lamb, chicken, and pork) even more than once and that late of night. Overall, I had a good experience, some aspects they can train their waiters more. Although it was already past 8, I didn’t sense they were trying to close early or push me out so they can close. Their salad was a little lacking but May be because I am comparing them with Texas de Brazil which I have before for multiple times.

    We had the best Mother’s Day!!! Wichita (The Manager) at the Pasadena location did everything to accommodate our large party! He was very personable and professional. We also had very attentive waitresses and waiters. 95 percent of the staff were cordial and welcoming. However, the hostess at the door tried to give us a hard time and we’re not friendly at all, but their lack was made up by how we were accommodated by Wichita and the rest of his staff. I would definitely be joining again for brunch.

    Great place for a special event. We celebrated an early Mother's Day. James was a very attentive server and answered all of our questions for our first visit. Only 2 downers: (1) we had a reservation and still did not get seated for 15 minutes. What's the point of a reservation? (2) Dessert was ordered, but did not get to our table for 20 minutes.

    The Wagyu & Wine tasting event was a very fun and amazing event. It’s definitely worth the price and time to experience such a wonderful event. The food and customer service was outstanding. Aside from the yummy food and wine, our host Lida and waiter Wichita would be the #1 reason why me and my friends would look forward to return to Fogo de Chao because they were so attentive, fun, and made us feel like a very valuable customers. I do wish that there would be more seats/chairs around the tasting tables so some customers wouldn’t have to stand. That would’ve been a lot more comfortable and a perfect night. Overall, me and my friends had a wonderful enlightened dinner and we look forward to returning to Fogo de Chao for future dining l and tasting experience.

    I’ve always love this restaurant, but things have changed. Before they were very attentive serving their customers. Now it’s just like walking into an expensive buffet, kind of like the salad bar at sizzler but extremely over priced. Hope they get back to the great service they had before.

    We had a party of 10 celebrating a birthday and 2 graduates. The food was okay but our order was messed up because our server went on break and it resulted in almost a 1 hour delay for 3 of our guests getting their entrees (salmon). It killed the party vibe to have to keep asking for their food. The server was apologetic but there was no adjustment of the bill. We had to ask for water refills. One drink order never made to our table. The food was just okay, not great. The servers were nice but would disappear for long periods of time. If you're looking for a celebration experience that includes great food and great service, this may not be the place. We might try another location in the future.

    Our actual waiter was great (Isaiah) and he did what could to make things right. But the whole operation felt off. Choice meats were rare to pass by. Noticed the meat servers would hit a few tables then return to meat station. Drinks were served confusedly. I know staffing stuff is really hard right now and folks are doing whatever they can. But at this point would not come back.

    It was a beautiful place. They served many different types of meat. I had a party of 11, one being a small child. They would offer the people at the head of my table meat, but would walk away without, attending to the for from the people at the end, even though they had their cards, placed up on the green side. We never got drink refills, they put an extra meal, On our bill, that we never had, or order. Finally I went to the salad bar once, I had a half plate of lettuce with some dressing. No soup, no extra anything… they charged me $35 dollar for that, I was really disappointed with that, that was completely over priced

    Food was good… service was a bit slow and we ordered items that we never received and wrong drinks were ordered and sent out. They corrected the drink mix up but we were sad we never received our lobster shrimp appetizer. Asked to take it off the bill but I’m sure the server never rang it in. Meat selection was Literally the last cuts on most of the skewers. Maybe it’s cuz we look young but all the corporate looking Guests received better care than we did. Probably not coming back to this location.

    Here is an honest review of this restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is pretty nice. During our visit on a early Sunday afternoon there were plenty of servers, but that doesn't mean service was good. They sat us at a round table near the market table. As my wife said when we sat down this was an afterthought table and she couldn't have been more correct with the level of service we received. To start the time it took to get drinks was super slow. As normal with this type of restaurant they start bringing meat to the table faster than you turn your marker to red. Also as normal after the first onslaught of meat they begin to slow roll you and then bring around the cheaper cuts of meat or in our case just ignore the green marker. What I noticed was because where our table was located the gauchos went to the front of the restaurant with the meat and by the time they got to where we were the cut you really wanted was gone and this process repeated over and over. The meat wasn't really seasoned well and overall was just mediocre. The market table was just mediocre as well. The potato salad, street corn and corn soup lacked flavor. The cheese bread and grilled cheese with honey was delicious as was the bacon. Now for the fun part...we literally tried to leave the restaurant for 45 minutes. It was like we didn't exist. The serving staff walked all around us and never once asked if we needed anything. We were going to buy an overpriced dessert, but opted to flag someone down to pay the bill and leave. This was not my first time to a Brazilian steakhouse, but it was the worst experience I've had at one. I won't ever dine at a Fogo de Chao again.!

    Had a reservation at 6pm, wasn’t seated until 6:45pm, even though we checked on it multiple times. They did comp the drinks but not before insisting that we checked in at 6:10 (not true but ok let’s play that game, where did the other 35 minutes go then?). I’ll be going back to the Beverly Hills location because they have better service.

    I was truly disappointed with Fogo de Chao. I’d been there years ago and the meats were tasty. This visit was terrible. Forget the service and noise level, the cuts of meat were tough and tasteless. A truly mediocre experience. When you pay $100/person, you should walk away happy.

    The meat was over cooked. Asked for a more medium well cuts…they did not come back with it. Gave up waiting for it after a couple requests. We had servers drop platters of empty plates right behind our group . The plates broke and some pieces landed on our chairs and on the floor beneath us. Let a server know and had to ask for them to sweep the floor to remove any debris. Not once did a manager come by and apologize for the broken pieces or offer to sweep the floor. This was just terrible. This was my daughters sweet 16th birthday celebration. My family was not happy with this experience. This was several of my daughters friends first time at Fogo. According to my daughter they were surprised and disappointed with the lack of care. I’ve already let friends know to not host large parties based on this experience. What should’ve been a very happy and fun experience was soured.

    Took forever for them to bring out the good cuts of meat like ribeye and picanha. They only brought out ribeye one time the whole evening but brought out sausage and chicken legs 5 times.

    Met with a friend who I haven’t seen in over 20 years since moving to Spain. Place was beautiful spacious. The team and management were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken cared of. Best Fogo de Chão I’ve dine in. Will definitely return.
