   Made a reservation for Mother's Day and we, along with many other diners, had to wait over an hour. They were overwhelmed from the beginning. The service was slow and the meat was dry. Not worth the price they are asking.

   I’ve been to a few different locations, and unfortunately, the Pasadena one missed the mark with service in comparison to the others. I’m not sure if they were overwhelmed or short staffed or maybe we had a newer server, not sure. But I will say there were others that tried to assist every now and again. The food was just ok in comparison to the other locations (overly salted for sure) and the cheese with honey (which is part of the reason I go), was hard. Again, not sure if it was bc they were overwhelmed or what but definitely will choose other locations over Pasadena.

   Understaffed, knowing they are fully booked, they only had service for half the restaurant. Meat was brought by our table maybe 4 times in an hour and the bottom leftovers that were over cooked. Saw only 3 types of meat. Super annoyed

   Paid almost $100 for the indulgent churrasco experience. The place was packed, yet the gauchos were at about 10% staff. Over a two hour span of time, I was only offered picana once. But the sausage four times, which we weren’t the only table opting out waiting for the good stuff but they took so long it only pushed one to get food at the salad bar ;(

   Not a fan. Our waiter was changed three times (not the best carvers). The seating was horrible-with a reservation they want you to sit by the bathroom. Rude hostesses

    Second time I end up disappointed with Fogo. This time around I made a reservation for Best of Brazil for April 20th. I mentioned it in the reservation I made days prior to it. But not only did it take forever to get seated, when my party was finally sat down and we mentioned that we were there for the Best of Brazil, we were told that menu was not available that day, only the Full churrasco experience — for full dinner price. I would have appreciated a text or email informing me of the change in menu. Already being sat down, and trying to avoid embarrassment, we opted to stay. Service was poor as well. We did not get refills for water nor any of the other complimentary items. I love Fogo but communication and service at this location needs to improve.
