We came in for a party of 10 with a reservation for lunch. The food, ambiance, and company was a good time. We waited for a good 25-30 minutes for the check. We had to ask a different waiter to grab our original waiter and for them to get the check.

There was quite a waiting time even with a reservation. We waiting about an 1hr past but once inside the service was pretty fast. The food was overall good, specially most meats. As for the market table, nothing super special but definitely fresh. The service pretty consistent on catering the meats, not so much on drinks not removing use table wear. Price was good! And drinks definitely different for me. Nothing too bad to not go again 😌

Fogo de Chão Management or Customer Service,I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent dining experience at your Pasadena location on June 6, 2025. We had a reservation for a large party of 15 at 8:00 PM, booked over 60 days in advance. While I understand it was a busy Friday night during graduation month, the level of service and the condition of the restaurant were unacceptable. Several issues immediately stood out: * The restrooms were in a state of disrepair and uncleanliness. One stall had no lighting and was very dirty, with no toilet paper or seat covers available. This suggests a lack of attention from management regarding basic maintenance and guest comfort. * The salad bar was consistently empty and not adequately replenished, despite the $74 price point for the churrasco experience. Many advertised items, including cheeses and various salads, were unavailable. * The advertised $54 basic meat option for California areas was not readily offered. We had to inquire specifically and were then informed that our entire party was required to select the $74 option. Even with this more expensive choice, the meat service to our private room was infrequent, and the team showed little attention to offering a variety of cuts. * Online happy hour drinks were advertised but not offered at the restaurant. * Our waiter changed multiple times, particularly when the bill was presented. We intended to pay with three cards and cash, but half of the cash was incorrectly applied to other tables' drink charges, leading to confusion. * The manager who addressed our concerns did not offer a sincere apology and displayed a dismissive attitude. While they attempted to rectify some issues, they also seemed intent on rushing us, despite a 30-minute delay in receiving our bill. * Despite it being my birthday, the complimentary dessert promised by our initial server never arrived. Not worth the drive or money!

There was a wedding that they were hosting so it might have just been poor timing but the gaucho servers didn’t visit our table for over half an hour at one point. Then we were asked if we were ready to leave. The food was only so-so and drink orders took a good 20 minutes. On the plus side, our server was apologetic when she stopped by. Overall, I would not recommend and would be unlikely to return.

I can acknowledge it’s not a service-oriented restaurant, but we had to ask multiple times for water, coffee, and the check—basic service expectations. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return.

5/24/25 at 5:30pm. Yesterday evening was a not so memorable visit to Fogo de Chão in Pasadena. So my GF and I go to Fogo de Chão in Pasadena every month, if not, every other month, for our usual end of the month date night. We made a reservation at Open Table and usually eat dinner earlier before the dinner rush arrives. Unfortunately for us, last night was definitely a miss vs. a hit. The meat was decent, but we were only limited to bottom sirloin, top sirloin, and picahna last night while the other meats didn’t really came out until later in the night around 7:30pm - 8pm. Nothing really stood out and the selection felt sparse compared to what we expected. The service last night was super slow, and it was very confusing to know who our server was because either that person was non-existent or there was no one assigned to our table, because we had to flag down at least 4 different servers that evening. It took quite a while to get refills on the sides as well as our drinks. The atmosphere was lively, but it didn’t quite make up for the lack of attention to detail and awareness. Our overall whole experience felt disconnected and we left very disappointed. The biggest letdown to our experience last night is opting for the Indulgent Churrasco Experience for over $100 each person. My GF got the lobster tail and I wanted the black truffle butter, but they didn’t have anymore, so I got the lobster tail too. The Indulgent Churrasco Experience was definitely NOT worth it given the limited selection of meats as well as our overall experience last night from the staff. I give last night’s experience a 1-Star ⭐️ overall because I also wanted to add that the hostess that seated us last night, when my GF and I were the only ones there, referred to me as “whatever your name is” when the hostess approached us that our table is ready. This will probably be my last time dining at Fogo in Pasadena, since my experience at other locations like HB and Irvine was WAY BETTER!

Jimena and Isabella plus staff were excellent! We had a semi private room for a party of 25. The corner room really didn’t need the black curtain divider- it’s nice all around. A great place for celebrating our college graduate. Thanks Fogo!

Waited about 25 minutes to be seated despite having a reservation and got a table next to the bathroom. Did the Taste of Brazil deal — decent value since it included the salad bar and the variety of cuts they brought around were still delicious. Big fan of their house Malbec (Jorjão). I went here with some frequency as a kid and it’s still as good as I remember. I’d certainly return when I’m feeling carnivorous and want something less casual than KBBQ. Hopefully the wait won’t take so long next time, but I suppose it might be a bad sign if it wasn’t crowded 😄
