Well, well, well! Another fantastic experience at Fogo de Chão. It was the perfect pairing of delicious food with the exceptional and exquisite wines from The Prisoner. Without doubt, The Prisoner, brought to us their best reds and the Fogo’s Chef, created the perfect dishes for these wines. Although in matters of the palate, most of the time the surprise is great, this evening, it was good to hear the description of each wine before tasting them. Such description covered the production process. Thus, we enjoyed every facet of the wines served. Fogo’s personnel was as usually diligent and very professional, making each one of us to feel like the guest of honor!!

Fogo de Chao has never disappointed me yet. The food is exceptional and well prepared. The service is very professional and attentive. I've been at several locations and they vary on atmosphere noise, but this location in Irving, TX had a little bit too uncomfortable noise levels. Also for the business professional night out with my girlfriend, the dress code was not enforced for the customers. I prefer having a clean and presentable attire when having a dinner at this type of restaurant and its caliber. This restaurant shouldn't allow children running around and being loud while a couple tries to enjoy a quiet romantic date night.

We visited on Father’s Day. We expected it to be busy; however, the visit wasn’t good. The hostess was not friendly upon arrival to check in. Initially, she said “it was too early to check in..” However, I showed her and the manager my text message from Open Table to check in. Then, We were seated, but no wait staff came to our table while waiting. However, another table is seated beside us, a waiter was there immediately. I mention the delay to the manager with our drink orders taken. He takes our drink order for only 1 drink arrive to the table out of 3 drinks ordered; a passing waitress brought the reminder of the drinks. Then, the gauchos pass by our table without stopping despite our serving tabs being green. We had to call the manager again in order for them to come to our table. A waiter didn’t truly show up until 9pm to say the kitchen was closing. We always go to the Addison location, but decided to try this location due to close proximity to home/Grand Prairie. As you can see, we will not be back to this location.

First time attending this location. It was very busy however our table was not attended to at all by any wait staff. We weren’t able to get a single refill on drinks until we had already finished eating. The meats were very underwhelming, most were over-cooked and chewy. Again, it was very busy, so I guess staff may have been busy. However when you pay 200+ for dinner you expect to be impressed and get what you pay for.

I've always been a big fan of Foga. I have been to the one in Dallas, São Paulo , and the original Fogo and Addison was awesome. This experience was totally different noisy, crowded, mediocre to poor service and the food was just OK. We never did get all the variety of meats that were served. They just never made it to our table. We're halfway through our Mail with the mashed potatoes, bread and plantains, and that was only because I asked It may have been because our table was in the corner, but that's no excuse. My daughter wanted a particular cut and I asked them to come back with that four times. It wasn't until we were ready to check out that they asked if I ever got it. I said no, and they finally brought some. For these prices, the experience was not accurate and I won't be going back.

We visited this location yesterday, June 15, for Father’s Day. Unfortunately, the service was horrendous, and no one seemed to listen. We had to keep asking for our water to be refilled. The meats were slow to arrive, and the service was, again, ridiculous for this type of atmosphere.
