We were actually somewhat disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff friendly, but not particularly engaging. The entire experience felt rushed. We brought our son for his 19th birthday and nobody even wished him a happy birthday despite the fact that we noted it on the reservation. The salad bar was excellent. We all felt that most of the meat that was offered to us was too salty - some of it to the point of being inedible. We gave up on trying additional meats pretty quickly as a result, which was unfortunate considering the $200+ bill after the gratuity. There are other Brazilian steakhouses in DFW, I doubt we will be back.

My waitress would disappear randomly for very long periods of time. Another waiter, Douglas, stepped in and it saved my dining experience. The food was great and everyone was very nice.

It was a unique experience as it mixed things that were not expected to pair but, in this case, became a “fusion event”: Mexican drinks, Brazilian bar bites, American meat cut, and “neo-solk” (blue grass) music!!! It was spectacular!!

The whole experience was amazing, made even more special by Mackenzie and Luis! We were made to feel like family. The service was incredible and as always the food was first rate!

Our waiter kind of disappeared. A few times the gauchos skipped our table. We had to ask for items numbers times. We normally done in Addison and do not have these type of issues. This dining experience was not up to the Fogo de Chao standards. Very disappointing it seems like we get better service at Chilis when we take our kids and their friends.

Quality of the food is mediocre at best. The variety and quality of of the market salad bar was very limited. The quality of the meats are all lesser cuts and not well seasoned We had to ask for ribeye and filet. There are better options for Brazilian steak houses than Fogo de Chao I very disappointed

We were a group of five, and we had a reservation for 2:45 p.m. We were there at 2:30 p.m., and they seated us at 4:30 p.m. The hostess were very rude and had a terrible attitude when we asked for our table. The table service was terrible; they didn't bring our drinks on time, so we had to ask them two or three times for our drinks. The meat was very tough. Terrible experience

The Mother's Day event was way below what I expected from this restaurant. The staff was overwhelmed and unprepared for such a surge of patrons. The wait for food, clean plates, drinks, etc., was frustrating for such a reputable restaurant. Furthermore, the price increase of the Mother's Day event did not justify the service or quality of the meats served. Not again.
