   This experience left a lot to be desired. It was not overall bad. I would describe it as average at best.

   The service the night we dined at this location was phenomenal. It’s usually already quite good, but the service that night was on a different level.

   The restaurant wasn’t very busy and was fully staffed when my business guest and I arrived however the service was very slow. In fact, three different servers at different intervals came to our table. Unfortunately, the first server who took our drink order never returned and we had to ask for our drinks once lunch arrived. I ordered the Sea Bass which was good but I felt it was a bit undercooked. Overall, I’d still return.

   From the moment we walked in to the time we left. The staff made sure we had a great experience by answering any questions we had and making sure to check on us regularly. The meat was better than other Brazilian steakhouses we have visited before. It was overall a great experience.

   It was what you’d expect from what I perceive as a tourist trap. Food, while certainly acceptable AND extremely plentiful, the atmosphere let you know in no uncertain terms that you, as an individual, were of little to no import - despite paying a pretty high price. In case you wondered, we will not go back but they made it clear, by their attitude, that they didn’t care.

   Not busy at the time but the service was terrible. Waiting for service at the table. Many waitress asking for the check in my opinion unconventional way to left customers to enjoy of celebrate the special occasion.

    Service was fantastic, Luis was an exceptional server/organizer for our party of 14. Everything was really great, but some of the meats didn’t deliver, the garlic steak was bland, the sides at the salad bar were good but nothing too memorable. Overall we had a great meal/experience and I would definitely recommend for a group outing.
