Clearly a new location. Been to Fogo over 20 times in various cities. Lots of employees working but paid very little attention to us. Gauchos skipped our table several times. Drinks sat empty. Not normal Fogo service. Disappointing.

Food was ok (compared to other rodizio in the city). Might have been bad luck but our main server was useless. Would’ve given 1 star for service but some of the other servers bringing the meats were good so raised it to 2. He just stood next to our table not saying anything for a couple of minutes, we had to ask what’s up? No explanation of the menu or anything. When we asked if we need to order sides or they’ll just automatically be brought over since menu was unclear, he just said “you’re already eating it” referring to the bread, but what about the other sides on the menu?? Had to ask another server for the sides later on. After we order, sent our orders to a different table. By the time it got reordered in the kitchen and came to our table, we were already full. Did not once refill our water. When he brought the bill, did not even provide a pen to sign with.

Great experience with a lovely staff! The meat was cooked properly to various temperatures and the market bar was stocked with fresh food. No complaints and happy I took a friend/client there for lunch.

Ivan was our server and he was absolutely great! super energetic and kind staff paired with great cooked food, constant service, amazing drinks, this place was awesome!

We opted for the “full churrasco” and asked if filet mignon was included; the waiter said yes and said he would serve us. They served all the meats and We waited almost an hour and when the meat came, it wasn't filet. It was burnt and dry. We kindly informed the manager who vehemently denied the whole situation. We also asked for a French fries (Also informed by the waiter who was included) and it didn't come. We didn't even receive an explanation. We were hoping for more attention to the situation. Otherwise, the atmosphere was very pleasant, the service was courteous and the other meats and side dishes were very good. We also loved all the items on the market table. A piece of advice ( just in case): don’t ask for anything other than what they offer because they will play misunderstood and in this way you will have a great experience.

Hands down the BEST Fogo I’ve ever been to. It’s in such a beautiful and open space, but the small touches like pillows in the booths make it feel so intimate. They have all the Fogo classics you’d expect. But what sets this location aside is the service. They are efficient in explaining the different meal options and don’t try to pressure you into an upsale. They simply lay out the differences between price points. Their wine list is as expansive as the classic Market Table as well! Every meat is explained perfectly by the gaucho chefs as they come around to ensure you’re getting a cut you’d like. Just a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Shoutout to Maryam, who is a Customer Experience and Service Specialist who made sure we had a dinner worth reviewing! And above all, you’ve gotta make sure you ask for either Alex, Adam or Samantha to be your server! All three made our experience so personable and amazing, and as someone with a service background I know how difficult that can be while tending to multiple tables. All three worked in unison to ensure a seamless, memorable and great experience from start to finish! I can’t wait to come back!

The restaurant is beautifully designed and comfortable The staff was very nice although we had to ask and wait for specific types of meat to come to our table and most were tough. Where they fell short was the food quality. which is most important. We couldn’t wait for this fine restaurant to open in our neighborhood and enjoy this type of dining, We went on a Monday night but the waiters were doing the cooking and the food was subpar and disappointing. I hope it’s just a condition of new staff training and the lack of an executive chef but at $80 a person I’m not inclined to go back until I read the quality of the meat has improved. Avoid the lamb chops.
