   food quality was not very good at all. Service was terrible. We waited about 15 min before they started sending food over. After that we sometimes had to wait 10 min. for more food to be offered to us. When we asked for a specific food , we would have to ask several times for it before they sent it. I understand it was mothers day, but management should have anticipated this and staffed accordingly.

   Maya and staff was awesome. The salad bar had a great selection for everyone including Vegan like myself.

   I have been to Fogo for a Christmas Party, and it was amazing, but yesterday’s family meal was incredible. Like my brother stated, there is no place that he has been seated that, as soon as he does so, food starts showing up. The food was amazing, and the service was even better!! Thanks so much for an amazing Mother’s Day Dinner!!

   A Mother’s Day to Remember! We visited for Mother’s Day and, yes—it was packed. We went with the salad bar, shrimp cocktail and lobster special. My friend ordered the churrasco and salmon à la carte. The salad bar alone was a feast—veggies, various salads, smoked salmon, salami, prosciutto, even rice and chicken. There was a small hiccup—my friend’s mom’s salmon didn’t arrive. She flagged a manager who immediately apologized and promised dessert on the house. We had already ordered the crème brûlée, and it was fantastic. But here’s the surprise: not only was the dessert comped, they credited the salmon too! Totally unexpected—especially in South Florida (iykyk). And to top it off, they gave us $25 off our next visit. They really know how to treat their guests right. We’ll absolutely be back.

   I went with my family yesterday (May 4th). At first I was having trouble getting my meat preferences met. I also ordered a Brazilian soda (guaraná) with orange and the orange smelled bad. That's when the waiter Anderson helped us. He not only solved all the problems but also provided us with one of the best experiences in the place. Everything that could be bad he converted into what I will really remember: Efficiency and good service. Congratulations to everyone.

   We had a terrible experience. The salad bar was ok … many of the items were not ripe, pineapple, kiwi, tomatoes, papaya. We went to the salad bar, arrived back at the table with all the side dishes brought out already…they were all cold by the time we were ready to enjoy the meats! The bread which I enjoy so much cold, hard and tasted terrible! The meats: we had underseasoned and overcooked meats. Only the ribeye and garlic sirloin were good, flank steak not bad. Chicken and lamb chops all well done and I did not eat! No grilled pineapple or beef rib ever came around. I asked the waiter about that. He was nice to bring some from the kitchen but the pineapples were not grilled and the beef rib was beyond well done! I had tried a bowl of the tomato mozzarella soup, went back later for another bowl. I couldn’t drink it as it was very spicy the second time. They offer a $25 bonus w the gift card purchase but they do not tell you that the bonus card will be valid in 7 weeks, such deception! Would not recommend! I’m not even going to go come back, they can keep the bs $25 bonus!
