   The food is usually good here so me and my husband and son usually frequent often. On 4/9/25 it wasn’t so good. The food didn’t taste seasoned except the chicken thighs. We waited 30 minutes although we had a reservation. It took another 30 minutes for me to receive my cocktail. I don’t know what happened last night but I’ve had better service here

   Our experience once again was phenomenal. Jameel personally came over to our table to say hello to our children. We were celebrating my 5 year old's birthday and when we asked her where she wanted to go? She said she wants to see her boyfriend Jameel at Fogo De Chao. I kid you not and this is not made up and we wish we had it on video because it probably would've went viral. Once we are inside, my son was looking for his girlfriend Leslie and she soon came by, where my son turned beet reed, who welcomed us again with open arms and that warmth from the employees is what keeps us going back again an again. Everybody was very attentive, personable and on point and I forgot our waitresses name but she was a delight to deal with as well. Kudos to both of you on jobs well done, Jameel and Leslie. Corporate folk who are reading this, take it from a customer service trainer, on the job for 16 years, these 2 are definitely ready for upper management. Adam and Allison.

   I was disappointed with the service the waiter give us we were sat down and then after we decided on what we wanted to drink she disappeared for the rest of the night and we also heard other customers also complaining about the service and the same lack of attention as for food it was ok some of the meat choices had like no taste. The market table didn't really have much options that were appealing.

   The food was great but they charged us for 3 bottles of mineral water that we didn’t order. This is not the first time something like this happened last time they charged $100 tip on the credit card. If we didn’t check the receipt we wouldn’t know. We requested a refund and they gave us a refund.

   We absolutely love this place, the food is always amazing and the staff is very observant. They’ll remember you, your drinks/orders, and are always willing to make your experience unforgettable.

   I had a 7:30 reservation for 2 on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised there was no wait time. The ambiance was amazing, staff was attentive you us and giving recommendations. It truly was a great experience. Perfect place for a date night!

    The steaks tasted amazing but they weren’t brought out frequently so we indulged more in sides rather than what we came for. Considering that and the price we paid I was overall a little disappointed with the experience.
