From the moment we were seated, the staff at this Fogo de Chão location was absolutely wonderful. We were celebrating my birthday brunch, and I can’t say enough about how attentive and kind everyone was. I even received a surprise birthday dish, which was such a thoughtful touch! The food was great overall. The picanha was slightly overcooked in the first round, but everything that followed was cooked perfectly to my liking. The service and experience more than made up for it. I’ll definitely be dining here again. Bonus points for the large parking lot with plenty of available spots which is super convenient!

The food was horrible. The person I went with couldn't finish eating. It was a waste of $230, but I didn't blame the waiter. I will not be going back to this location ever.

We’ve been going to Fogo de Chao since they opened in Queens, and there hasnt been a time that we dont get a good service or food. Like always, excellent service and the food very tasty! And to put the cherry on the top, we are in love with the events they are doing, good music, good vibe, the food and drinks hands down.

Server that come to greeting us not checking us in or maybe she dont know how to! We made reservation via opentable today and she mark our reservation is no show I have to contact opentable customer service to send the prove of arrival to get the point and reward!

I dined her for my birthday a couple of years ago and it went great! I brought the family because how great it went for my birthday for my nephews graduation but not sure what happened when it was not that busy. Took a while for us to get seated and took a while for the server to come to the table which is fine I work in the hospitality industry. At the end me and my sister decided to split the bill and they charged us the wrong pricing. I told the server and she said she will look into the time we got say. She said it was past the lunch time price but I told her it’s not our fault it took a while to get seated when my family were waiting we came specifically for the lunch price. So she went and changed it then our cards got charged the wrong pricing and more then once then it was declined because it took all the money for my card. When this happens the first time servers should go to their managers and inform them what’s going on instead of charging the card multiple times.

Went for lunch. Empty when we got there but filled up fast due to a lot of graduation celebrations. The meat service was great but felt like there wasn’t enough waiter service. It wasn’t like they were being lackadaisical but very busy with all the tables. I only saw three waiters. All very polite and hustling. The food was very disappointing. I’ve been to many Fogo’s all over the US, more than 15 different locations and all have been pretty much the same. Very slight differences. The food here in Queens on 6/26 wasn’t good at all. Someone had a very heavy hand with the salt. The cheese bread was inedible because it was so salty. The mashed potatoes was good as usual. The meats were on the saltier side and one of them didn’t have salt at all. Felt like it was saltier than usual because the cuts of meat were thinner than other locations. So when I got a cut on the outside, it was salty. At the salad bar, I only got the rice and black beans. Rice was hard and the black beans was bland. Usually my favorite at every location to accompany the meats but this time it didn’t taste good at all. The desserts were great as usual as well. Parking was easy though.
