I've been to Fogo de Chao in Downtown LA and Beverly Hills, and this was my first time at the El Segundo location. The service at the El Segundo location was much friendlier and more attentive. The Market Table was well-stocked, but there was no utensil to make extracting parmesan cheese from the cheese block easy. The only utensil available was a pair of small tongs. Usually at Fogo locations, there's a cheese knife to help diners chip chunks off the parmesan block. Otherwise, I was really happy with this location, and it will be my location of choice in the future.

Service was saddening. Incredibly slow, was not offered bread. Celebrated my husband’s graduation, and wish we had a better experience.

We had reservations but still waited 45 mins before being seated. It was Mother’s Day and very crowded but it was clear that the staff was not adequately prepared for the crowd. Many guests were frustrated. So far as the food, the various meats were not seasoned well at all. Disappointed with this experience.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in ny life. This was not my first time at a Fogo de Chao, but first time at this El Segundo location. Meat didn’t come around for 20 minutes. Salad bar was chaotic with many bowls empty. Never saw the rice and beans because they stayed empty and never got filled. What a waste of money and time. Oh, and even with a reservation, my party was made to wait 40 minutes. I went and checked with the host in the front 3 times and every time, they said that I am not the only one with a reservation and told me to go sit back down. We were about to leave and someone that looked like the manager came out and asked how long we waited. When I told her that we waited 40ish minutes even with a reservation, and all other people who were waiting with us were already seated, (reservation at 6:10, got there at 6, this manager came out at 6:45), she went inside and checked with the front. She then came out and said that my name is not on the list. I showed her my reservation and told her that I checked in with the host 3 times already. She apologized and seated us at a table that was available right away and told us that she will do something for our party to compensate. Well, nothing was done. Not that I really expected anything because by the time we were done (meat wasn’t coming around so we just decided to leave), we were just so frustrated and fed up with the place. No complimentary anything. We didnt bother looking foe the manager or anybody to complain to because we were just so fed up and wanted to leave. Again, this was by far one of the worst dining experiences in my life and everyone in our party. Will NEVER return. Not sure if this review will get anywhere but just writing this to vent - I am not a person that normally writes reviews. Yes, it was that bad. Worst restaurant experience ever.

Celebrating my nephew’s 21st birthday at Fogo de Chão El Segundo was an unforgettable experience, and I truly can’t thank the staff enough. We had a large party—over 35 guests—and yet Maryann and Albert treated each and every one of us with such kindness, care, and attention. They worked together flawlessly, making sure no one felt overlooked and that we were all enjoying ourselves. What touched me the most was how genuine their service felt. They weren’t just doing a job—they were part of our celebration. The manager went above and beyond, checking in personally to make sure everything was perfect. That kind of service is rare, and it meant the world to us on such a special day. And let me just say—the food and drinks were absolutely amazing! From the perfectly seasoned meats to the fresh, flavorful sides and delicious cocktails, every bite and sip was a treat. Fogo de Chão truly delivered a feast that matched the joy of the occasion. Thanks to the incredible team at Fogo de Chão, my nephew’s birthday was a beautiful success, full of love, laughter, and great memories. We’ll never forget it

It was Mother's Day Sunday, so the crowds was to be expected. However the long line for the side dishes, the meat servers passing up your table for larger tables and the kids running around or crying, I will never go to Fogo De Chao on holidays again.

I’ve dined in 3 times since February but this time the quality of the rib eye was not good. Even though it was cooked medium/ medium rare it was very tough, not edible. Other than that everything was great.

The VIK 100-Point Vintage Wine Dinner was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The courses were well-paced and paired with excellent wines. A special mention goes to the manager Margarita, who gave insightful and helpful background on each wine throughout the night. She also shared a great tip that the caramelized bananas served during the second course were a perfect palate cleanser—a small detail that made a big impact. Servers Maria and Marily were kind, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and warmth added to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a well-organized evening with great food, standout wines, and a fantastic team behind it all.
