Service was not good at all. We purchased the full experience and meet was coming like every 20 minutes. We had to ask for more.

Very good to kill a Saudade 🤣 meat very good and good service. I had chance to tasted many kind of meat and this is the better part of the night. Cool place with great Brazilian’ atmosphere

I was not impressed. Food was cold. Service was ok but not very attentive. I don’t think I will come back.

Primera vez y me gustó . Solo tengo una observación . El tiempo en pasar con carnes , variedad y de manera continua me dejó muy decepcionada . Mucho tiempo de espera para algún corte . Los gerentes muy atentos . Y el personal muy bien .

Horrible service. Our waitress took our order and then never came back till she picked up our plates. No drink refills offered. When our plates were picked up we ordered dessert and hot tea she dropped off the tea and never came back. No sugar or spoons were offered. After 20 minutes I went to the bar and asked for sugar and spoons and they had no spoons so they gave me straws. Then after 10 minutes we asked the hostess to come over so we could let her know what is going on and she brought over another waiter. They apologized for never receiving our dessert. When he brought the dessert he said our waitress had left bc she didn’t feel well and didn’t tell anyone she had tables left. And that was fine w us bc we understood but then we saw her behind the bar making drinks and talking to people and working. That waiter never came back to check on us there was a lady walking but asking if everything was ok and I told her what had happened and we understood of our waitress was sick but we were told a lie bc she was still there and I wanted to inform them of the situation as the food was great but we had horrible service. Her solution was to give us free dessert which we appreciated but we weren’t looking for that. Once she brought the check she never came back to pick it up to charge my card. We sat there for another 20 minutes until another gentleman came and ran my card. This is not the way to treat customers. They need to work on their wait staff.
