First and last time we go here. We have been to this type of steakhouse before and looked forward to this. The wait was not too bad, we were sat in the bar. We were the first people in there. No one came over for about 15 minutes. Once they came over he explained the menu and left. About 5 minutes later he returned and asked us what we wanted. We ordered the $65.00 meal. We waited and then were told we could go to the salad bar. That was a disorganized mess. The rice was ice cold and not many offerings. We waited and waited. The room started to fill and finally after another 20 minutes someone came with steak it was an end piece and was so salty. We watched as people who were just sat were given rolls. When we asked for rolls he finally went and got them. They are delicious. Again we waited. Things were coming into the bar but by the time they came to us the spit was empty. Finally steak came by again. We watched as people received sides. Asked server if they were included with meal. He said yes. We asked for some. We are now getting frustrated that we hear there was lamb , chicken, sausage and pork none of which was offered to us. I spoke to a different server and she said she would find out. They brought over some pork. It was 2 pieces of fat and was not edible. We gave up at that point paid the bill $180.00 and left. Never again!! Awful experience…..

First time trying this place out. The service was amazing. Staff is very attentive and polite. The food was exquisite. Worth every penny, twice! Went for my S/O's bday. And he loved it as well. Definitely 10 out of 10. We definitely plan to go back.

We went during peak Saturday evening hours. The service was slow throughout, from taking 5 minutes to bring a high chair to our table, despite our requesting it on the invitation, to delays in serving water and cocktails, to infrequent visits by the waiters with the meat.

Server upsold on still water. Expected tap and was charged for 7 bottles of bottled. This added almost $40 to the bill(tax and tip) Ordered bar drinks on $10 menu and was charged $16 for "premium upsell on liquor" I didn't ask for. I don't mind paying for premium beverages if it's what is ordered. In this case, the server upsold without my knowledge or having requested it. Very unprofessional and "switch and bait" tactic. Not the experience or expectation from the level of dining.

We had been wanting to try Fogo de Chao and a special occasion came up as an excuse. It was lots of fun for our group of enthusiastic diners. I had read many reviews so had a strategy going in. The waitstaff are phenomenal and really want you to be happy, and if you let them know what meats you are looking for, they will send them over. It was super busy the night we were there, and the service was still great. Meats arrived piping hot (it probably helped that we were seated right next to the kitchen). The market table was full of enticing high quality stuff (no wilted lettuce, etc), although I was surprised not to see condiments like chimichurri or other sauces for the meats, nor basil or pesto for the tomato caprese platter. Everything was pretty salty, so plan ahead if you are sensitive or on a salt-restricted diet. We'll definitely go again, but since it's so expensive, we'll have to wait for another special occasion.

MariaLuiza & WadeKhalif were absolute perfection to our Fogo experience yesterday. Given the staffing shortages all around, consider yourselves Lucky to have these 2 amazing, customer service excellence focused staff on your team. Our experience was beyond our expectations Perfect thanks to their excellent attention to detail and regular check in on our dining experience was the ultimate perfection to our expectations. We were very saddened to hear Rachel was no longer with Fogo but with MariaLuiza on board we are in excellent hands. We’ll be back next month and hope our Fogo experience continues by seeing these 2 wonderful staff again.

They didn’t honor the special offer that was going on at the time. Our first waitress only spoke broken English and didn’t seem to express interest. We had multiple different waiters and waitresses.

We went for dinner on Saturday night at 7:30pm. The meat service was horribly slow. We had to wait too long to get meat on our plates. Frustrating.
