Would not return for this special. Since we were a party of two we were served at the bar. The bartender and drinks were fine but service for the bar bites was poor. We were ignored mostly as the limited staff served the bar tables multiple times but not us. We had to ask when we would receive our food. it was apparently a sold out event and it was not well handled.

This is my 4 th visit to the Briidgewater Fogo de Chao location. We were immediately seated as per our reservation time. The restaurant was busy but not packed. We were greeted by a server who took our drink order. The wait to get our first round of drinks was a bit long. We then placed our order for the Brazilian churrasco. We started with the salad bar. The salad bar area was very well done and had a display of well prepared food choices. The various meat servers began their rounds and as usual the choices were excellent and timely. After 20 minutes or so we had to flag down a server to ask for the normal items such as plantain and mashed potatoes. We order more drinks which took a very long time to be delivered. It was almost impossible to get the attention of a normal server to end our meal, order after drinks and dessert.

Asked for ice water and apple juice. Got room temperature water no ice, didn’t receive apple juice. A lady came by asked if everything okay, told her didn’t apple juice we ordered and please make sure to take off bill it was. A class joint would have took it off the bill and brought an apple juice complimentary. If you want meat especially beef don’t come here you will be disappointed very stingy bringing beef around. Had some beef, lamb but mostly had market table for the $72 per entree. Too much money for what was predominantly market table. This place needs corporate to step in and retrain and give professional management of the Bridgewater NJ restaurant. When it opened was crowded and tough to get table without reservation now empty as experience has gone down hill. Please Fogo corporate step in and fix it.

I have been to other locations but this location in the mall is like a budget version of the restaurant. The variety of meats was limited and the service was horrible. The sever did not check in on us and they were not able to read the room. If you want to experience this restaurant make a reservation at an actual location not one inside a mall. Especially not the Bridgewater location.
