Had a 6:15 reservation and arrived at 6:10. Was told it will be 30 to 40 minutes. When I asked why with a reservation, hostess said that because it was just two of us, it will probably only be 10 to 15 minutes. 45 minutes later we were told our table was ready. Tons of people experiencing the same thing. Meanwhile, we could see tables sitting empty for 20 and 30 minutes. At one point, a woman came out and yelled at everyone to be respectful and wait outside or in the mall. Extremely unprofessional. Once we got seated, the service was fine. Food was good. Worth $75 per person? Not so sure about that unless you eat a lot.

We had reservations for Father's Day but when we arrived the restaurant was clearly overwhelmed by people. After making our way through the crowd at the front, we checked in and they put us on a waiting list. It really appeared that our reservation was meaningless, and we were placed in a "first come, first serve" queue. After waiting an hour we finally sat down. The service was very slow in getting our order taken. In fact it took over 20 minutes to just get our drinks delivered once we ordered them. They never brought our side dishes until we asked a couple of times. Desert also arrived 15 minutes after our coffee was dropped. I understand that it was an especially busy holiday, but the restaurant should have planned ahead and staffed up for the occasion. We noticed a few extra temporary tables that were placed around. If you want to increase your capacity you also need to increase their support.

Went for Father’s Day and we knew it would be busy. This particular location in bridgewater did not have a properly managed reception check-in. Some of us tried to form a line to check-in, however other customers ignored the line. The employees at reception area did not make any attempts to manage the line. Highly suggest in having a manager at the reception area for busy holidays and investing in another iPad for the reception area. After an hour of waiting (with a reservation), the food was delicious. And they gave us a complimentary whole branzino. This was very much appreciated and fish was delicious

Won’t be returning. This was our second (and last), visit to Fogo de Chao after an experience so poor the first time that we were given a certificate for 2 free dinners that we used this time around. Fogo de Chao tries to position itself as a high end steakhouse yet employees kids with obviously no restaurant experience as servers. As other reviews have stated, the service here is awful with no improvement since they first opened. A meal here where you basically do everything yourself, except get drinks, shouldn’t take almost 3 hours. But when you have to leave your table to find your server, it will. The food itself is OK. Nothing terrible but nothing exceptional either. Except of course for the price. Probably the best offering is the salad bar which might be a good stand alone option if it wasn’t priced at $38 without an entree. I give this location a maximum of 2 years before it closes if it continues to do business this way..

We were mostly ignored by the staff. Couldn’t get refills, meat service stopped by 5 times. Took forever to find someone to get our check. I was wholly disappointed. 😔😔

They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and lovely people. The food is excellent, and they show great patience with the kids. The place is beautiful, and the service was attentive throughout our visit. I have absolutely no complaints — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Incredibly overpriced. There is not an option under $40. The signature churrasco experience is over $70 and, while flavorful, most of the offerings are low cost cuts that a normal person could not come close to consuming $70 worth of. The salad bar is average. Other items taste mass-produced. Service is erratic, amateur and one constantly feels they are being upsold and marketed to. Overall just not worth it.
