   The service was very poor. We had a party of 6 and the service was very poor. It was difficult to get a glass of water. All of the cuts of meat were rare and not very much options. They would serve one person and leave. They said they’d come back and never did. I would not ever go back.

   I rarely leave reviews, but our experince here was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. From the moment we were seated, the service was lackluster at best. Our waiter took our initial order and then disappeared for the rest of the evening. We had to track down other staff just to get basic things like water refills. One of the main draws of a Brazilian steakhouse is the steady flow of meats, but at one point service completely stopped for over 20 minutes till we had to flag down staff. Even when the meats did come around, they skipped people at our table entirely. Guests who ordered seafood had to beg to receive it and those who were supposed to get dessert were left empty-handed. The meat itself was underwhelming—very fatty cuts and lacking in variety. The side dishes were disappointingly small and felt like an afterthought. Overall, the experience was not enjoyable or worth the price. Poor service, inconsistent food delivery, and a lack of hospitality made this one of the least impressive dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. To give the positives the restaurant itself was very pretty and the one drink we were able to get was well made. There were a few servers who helped when they could and were very kind but overall it was just so poorly run.

   We were seated at 5:30pm. There were not too many guests at this time. Thus it was nice and quiet. You can hear the noise level increasing as we were leaving around 7pm. I guess it depends as to the occasion regarding noise levels.

   Food was marginal. Service not great. Kids running around (and I mean running) while guests were dining and was not addressed by the manager. There are many good restaurants in the area. This is not one of them.

   This location does not perform as well as other locations. More limited buffet and not well replenished. Most meat offerings were too well done. Service was attentive but overwhelmed by the crowed conditions. One of our party suffered from a service accident of spilled beverages.

   The servers were so kind and attentive with me and my family. The meats were all cooked the way I like and I did not have to wait long for more servings of all the different meats. The most attentive person there was Ashley, she came back to our table a few times and stepped in to help the servers when it started getting busy. Overall everyone was kind and worked together very well to make this an amazing dining experience.

    Great looking place with a good vibe. Service was very slow and selection of meats was not good. I have eaten at other Fogo’s and there was a lot more to choose from. We had to ask over and over for certain meats and they came when we ready to leave.
