   Great food but way too many tables crammed in so the serving staff couldn’t move through and service exceptionally slow. We ended up waiting an hour for one drink. So disappointing and the staff did their best. Bad management it would seem.

   Staff is amazing as well as the management staff making sure everything is ok.. bartenders are amazing like chris, Clovis and rest of staff including managers like chris and April.

   Very disappointed! Went with a friend for him to have the experience for the duration time. Awful! Meat was horrible. Horrible. I've been in this place a couple of times during weekends and had fun times. This time, today, Wed.... will not come again for a while, at least to be able to forget it. Very disappointed!

   The service was very poor. We had a party of 6 and the service was very poor. It was difficult to get a glass of water. All of the cuts of meat were rare and not very much options. They would serve one person and leave. They said they’d come back and never did. I would not ever go back.

   I rarely leave reviews, but our experince here was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. From the moment we were seated, the service was lackluster at best. Our waiter took our initial order and then disappeared for the rest of the evening. We had to track down other staff just to get basic things like water refills. One of the main draws of a Brazilian steakhouse is the steady flow of meats, but at one point service completely stopped for over 20 minutes till we had to flag down staff. Even when the meats did come around, they skipped people at our table entirely. Guests who ordered seafood had to beg to receive it and those who were supposed to get dessert were left empty-handed. The meat itself was underwhelming—very fatty cuts and lacking in variety. The side dishes were disappointingly small and felt like an afterthought. Overall, the experience was not enjoyable or worth the price. Poor service, inconsistent food delivery, and a lack of hospitality made this one of the least impressive dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. To give the positives the restaurant itself was very pretty and the one drink we were able to get was well made. There were a few servers who helped when they could and were very kind but overall it was just so poorly run.

   We were seated at 5:30pm. There were not too many guests at this time. Thus it was nice and quiet. You can hear the noise level increasing as we were leaving around 7pm. I guess it depends as to the occasion regarding noise levels.

    Service has improved but front of house needs to emphasize better training. I shared that we were celebrating our anniversary but it sadly wasn’t acknowledged by anyone. Not even a “happy anniversary” from the server. We had to remind our server multiple times to bring a drink we’d ordered at beginning of service and only received a water refill after an hour and a half. Small things added up. I would also recommend instead of simply telling customers the table isn’t ready, despite arriving on time for a reservation that host staff offer a seat at the bar in the meantime. It’s a win win for the customer and more sales for the restaurant.
