Today, our gaucho chefs still expertly grill and carve tableside each of our cuts of meat like Picanha (signature sirloin), Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Fraldinha (Brazilian sirloin) Cordeiro (lamb) and more. In addition to the main dishes, enjoy our gourmet Market Table, authentic Brazilian side dishes, and award-winning wine list. Guests can also choose to enjoy lighter seafood selections or enjoy the gourmet Market Table only option.

our experience was like being at an all-u-can eat buffet aboard a cruise ship. the food was literally thrown at us from the moment we sat down. this was thoroughly unpleasant. in brazil, this is a lovely restaurant where one lingers as the meats are offered lazily and slowly, and to be savoured. but here- the servers all the while smiling - never even offered menus or inquired about our table’s needs - they just told us to go get plates from the salad bar line - the plates were super hot to the touch for every course, even for cold salad and ice cream! the only plus for me was that the cuts of meat were of decent quality, and while a filet was overcooked, the sirloin cuts were tender.
We had so much fun and the waiters serving the meats were so pleasant and joked around with our table! Everyone was great and the food was amazing!!

Our meat selection was grossly undercooked. The servers offered to " warm up" pieces for me & my husband- however they didn't return.
Our waitress had to go to the kitchen to get meat for us. By that time, we were already full from the salad bar. So, we essentially paid for Meats we didn't have in a timely manner.
Every time we have the opportunity to go to Fogo de Chao, we jump on it. It's such a delicious restaurant with a friendly and attentive staff.

Alway fun! For some reason this time we didn’t see a lot of the meat ... they didn’t make their way to our table. I think if you sit in the middle of the room you get more folks walking around with food. We were along the windows. But it was still fine. First time for our kids and they enjoyed it.
We’ve been coming to this location for special occasions for the past ten years, and we were very disappointed how quickly we were rushed through our meal and out the door this time. Within 30 minutes of being seated, our plates and silverware were cleared without asking, and a dessert menu placed on the table. We requested new plates and silverware, and received one slice of meat before they were again taken away without asking.
If you are that pressed to increase your margin, send your servers around less frequently. Cut smaller slices of meat. Offer me a second $15 cocktail, which I would have gladly accepted if anyone ever asked. Anything before rushing to turn over a $70 per person tab in 45 minutes.
Far too expensive...not worth the money at all.

The meats were good - not great. The best one was parmesan pork which is not a good sign - the beef options were not very well salted and the lamb was overcooked even when I asked for rare.
The service is incredible, wait staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. You have to be used to being interrupted the entire meal visits to the table, but that’s really the concept.
Food and Service have been very good. Just the noise level was a bit disturbing.
My friend had the chicken while the rest of the group and I had beef. The chicken came out so much later than the rest of the meat, so we were almost done with our meal and second/their plates by the time she got to have her first piece of chicken.
Great salad bar, all of us skipped the meat and had just that. Service was very spotty - many servers standing around and walking by, although only two actually checked on us - they were great but the others seemed mainly focused on avoiding eye contact. Most notable thing unfortunately was when we arrived the entrance door to the restaurant was locked - several of us in our party tried to open it, as did a couple of other men in the two parties behind us. When we finally knocked on the door and got the attention of the hostess she said we were wrong and that the door had been unlocked the whole time. Very strange and just plain rude.
Great service,quality Brazilian Steaks at an outstanding location and close to main landmarks in DC.
Food quality on the salad bar has declined. Overall, the restaurant needs to be remodeled. It currently looks tired, rough and heavily used.

It has always been a go to place for meat lovers. The salad bar selection seems to be thining out over the years.
Excellent food and service! We were famished after walking for miles around town and Fogo de Chao really hit the spot. The service was impeccable with staff running around trying to cater to everyone. The restaurant was pretty busy during lunchtime but with an excellent staff, they were able to please us all.
Would highly recommend!

Quality of food was weak compared to past experience with this chain. The buffet was also very small and limited in choices. This was not a bad experience per se, but certainly not a positively memorable one. I would not return to this particular establishment again.
Celebrated Grandma’s Easter birthday with the family. A night to remember for all.
Food was awesome and my service matched. This was our first time to the DC location we normally visit the Tysons Corner location. Both location provide the same quality of food and service. If you are wanting some meat this is the place to go.
We had a wonderful time. It was very busy because it was Easter Sunday, but the customer service was amazing
A very pleasant Easter lunch with my family. The service was friendly and good overall; however, we did have to ask for our favorite meats a few times. When we did ask, they were promptly brought to the table. We were seated upstairs in the restaurant. We found the noise level there to be a bit loud for normal conversation.

We had a party of 5 the food was excellent the only thing was we got charged for 2 bottles of water and we didn't ask for them. $7.50 a bottle water. Tap water would of been fine. Other thank that everything was great.
Once is enough. Tried the Brazilian steakhouse and it's a huge disappointment. Reservation at 8. Seated 8:35. So loud you can't hear your dining partner or the waiter. The latter isn't much of a loss as he came back once before we flagged him for the check. Salad bar was good. The meat was cooked the same no matter what I requested- apparently it's a very fine line between well done (outside) and near raw (1/2" in). Never saw any lamb or chicken. With so many excellent steakhouses , it's Not worth it on any level.

Very good food and I love the salad bar. My biggest complaint is that I wish it wasn’t such an ordeal to get a medium or medium well piece of meat. Everything is rare to medium rare. It’d be better if they had both when they came to table. Also sides aren’t great. The mashed potatoes taste like the frozen kind. It’d be nice to have the option of a warm veggie. The mushrooms, asparagus and broccoli from the salad bar all look and taste good, but I like my veggies hot when I eat them with steak
Wait staff is too rushed. Had to request even drink refills too often. Fogo used to be great - now it is just expensive and mediocre at best.
I have been to other Brazilian steak houses and this one was good, not great. Several of the beef cuts were tough or chewy but the filet melted in your mouth. The salad bar was adequate but not memorable, the hot bar was forgettable.
One word, AWESOME! This is a go to spot, must make reservations and it’s kid friendly
