We had such a great experience. The service was over the top excellent!!
Great service and friendly staff. Very clean and everything was fresh.
Its was delicious as always! Service was wonderful and it was absolutely delightful! We always enjoy coming here
Fabulous food and service! We love Fogo!
Always a great meal. This is my daughters favorite place to eat.
Great food and service!!! Management was very good about making sure that the staff kept a variety if meats coming around and kept a close eye on the market table to make sure nothing was ever empty. We never had to ask for anything because the wait staff stayed on top of it!! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating.
We were celebrating our anniversary and they even gave us a complimentary dessert to celebrate.
Loved it!! We will definitely be back!
Food was not up to par
They waited 1 hour before bringing the tenderloin and we asked repeatedly. Instead they kept giving us $5 sirloin that was overdone
They have gone downhill
Not worth $60
Birthday and promotion celebration
It was wonderful and I will be coming back again real soon
Our visit overall was good with exception to the service at the beginning of the evening. We were not able t get plates cleared, could not get a wine ordered in a timely manner, were not able to get sides refreshed as they were depleted, etc. The good news is that I think the team realized what was happening (and realized my husband's growing ire) and things improved throughout the evening. The food was good, once we finally got wine it was a great choice and the cocktails this visit were exceptional. A bumpy start to the evening, but all worked out in the end.
Waitress was very inattentive, she hardly went to ask if we needed anything, meat was not being offered as much, at one point we were there sitting for about 7-10 minutes without anyone going to ask if we needed anything else. There was not even a lot of people and the waitress kept running around like if she was super busy , this was the first time visiting this location and we won’t be going back, we will definitely stick to Addison location their service is always 100 on point.
Food was fantastic as was the wait staff. It is a pricey place to eat! Over $200 for 3 with a drink and desert added. The biggest negative was the parking-horrible.
Great experience, everyone was really nice. Would always check up on us. Definitely be returning.
Great food and service!
We had a great time. The waitstaff was superb. Food was amazing as always.
Everything was exceptional with our experience. The only complaint I have is that they accept an 8:45P reservation and they close at 9:00P. We still received good service and were given a warning that the salad bar was about to close, allowing for a final opportunity to make a few quick selections. We however were not afforded the same courtesy about the bar closing. No one ever informed us of a final opportunity to order another round of alcoholic drinks and when we attempted to do so, the staff told us that the bar had closed and bartender had left for the night. It just would have been an added plus to the evening .
Fogo de Chao is my favorite churrascaria in Dallas, and I've been to almost all of them. The service is outstanding, and the variety and quality of meats are delicious.
We ate here on Christmas Eve. The meat was overcooked. We had to ask numerous times to have the meat brought to us. It was very disappointing considering the cost of dinner. I have been to other restaurants similar to this and never received poor service, meat would be brought as soon as you turned over your card. Highly suggest trying a different Brazilian Steakhouse. I will say we had one server (female), who finally realized our waiter had deserted us, and she tried to make sure we were taken care of.
The service was terrible, I live in uptown and frequent restaurant often and I must state this was poor service. My daughters were here from Washington DC (lawyer) and Houston ( architect) and both agreed. It took over 40 minutes to get our drinks, we kept getting looked over for meat/cheese.
Food was great, service was exceptional and we had a great experience.
Awesome Christmas Dinner! However, I wish they had included a free dessert like Texas De Brasil has on Christmas Eve. After waiting a very long time for the lamb chops to come around they were overcooked and had a “gamey” taste. Overall a good dinner with a few disappointments.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who was able to quickly find our reservation and soon get us seated. The food was great including the salad from the self service salad bar. We chose a house selection Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio which were also excellent. Finally, for dessert, we chose the cheesecake which was the perfect conclusion to a great meal.
I’d like to start by saying this is my favorite restaurant. Service was awful. Could hear wait staff complaining behind us. Told us there were no cheese balls left after 15 minutes of being there. Been there a thousand times, by far the worst experience. Got maybe 6 meats brought to the table. Asked continuously for ones I wanted and was ignored. Food was good if it ever was actually brought to me. Not in a hurry to go back. Cannot believe I payed $130 for that meal.
Christmas lunch for the office, was perfect
Variety of food options, active and attentive service.
It was crowded, the beef was tough, the chicken and sausage were pretty good
Even though I had a reservation, there was a wait. After dinner, I had to locate someone to pay the check.
My experiences in the past were excellent but this time the atmosphere was chaotic
The people were nice and the food ok. But it seems like you had to work really hard to find somebody to bring you the better cuts of meat. For example we had to ask repeatedly before someone came over with the filet. As well, the other than the top and bottom sirloin , the beef cuts were dry and low on flavor. Lamb was good.
Overall disappointing experience. Their main competitor, Texas de Brazil has far better food and service.
The Best Thanksgiving Ever!!
Great as always. It was our anniversary and we were running late to the point they were about to close but they made accomodations and service and food were top notch.
We had a party of 10 so we were seated in a back room. It was very quiet and easy to have conversation even at the other end of the table. The staff took excellent care of us and were so attentive. Thanks for a great dining experience. We will be back!
Great service and food was excellent
We were party of 6. The server and manager was awesome. Very attentive. The food was grest. We ordered the New York Wagyu and it was very good. In addition, the Chocolate Mouse Cake couldnt have been better. Very pricey, but had a great experience.
Terrible service. It was a nightmare trying to get our waiter’s attention. As well, the people circling our table with the meats would not come often, at all. During our entire 90 minutes there, we probably had 6 or 7 meats brought to our table in total. Will not be returning.
It was a birthday. We were told they’d provide a desert of the birthday person’s choice. However, we didn’t receive that.
I came here for my birthday and had a great time! The food was good but what stood out to me was the service. The waiters and waitresses were very prompt and diligent and we’re constantly refilling drinks cleaning plates and asking if there was anything else I needed or if there was a particular cut of meat I would like to have brought to the table which they would make sure would happen promptly. At the end of the night they also brought me a complementary crème brûlée that said happy birthday that no one had even had to ask for. Overall a great time!
It was fantastic. This is my sister’s first time and the waiter was very patient in explaining the dining experience. The food was delicious. I would def come back
It was great!
Great service some food was salty overall great meal also they gave us a complimentary dessert for are anniversary
I know many restaurants of the Fogo de Chao group in Brazil and USA: The Dallas restaurant is beside of the Las Vegas branch one of my favorite all-you-can-eat style Rodizio steak houses in USA for enjoying of excellent meat cuts.
The service staff is very attentive and amiable. Waiter Vitaly fulfilled my special request for rare meat and the different meat cuts have been juicy and tender.
A visit of the Fogo de Chao restaurant is always worth and a must.
I loved it the food is wonderful and I enjoyed every bit of the atmosphere!!!
