   Overall not enjoyable. We remembered such amazing food and experience from years past but this time we were a table of 6 crushed up against the wait station and buffet. It was SO loud we couldn't hear the waitress. And she was rushing us she said her sleep Of how the place works before my dad had his jacket off. The salad bar was underwhelming and the price paid for the meet service was astronomical. There were a couple meets that were good but I would never return and pay that price for that experience.

   Took 31 mins for my seafood tower. U asked for it to be chilled and they brought it grilled

   Food was good. Service was unfortunately not the best. We had to wait about 10 min while seated before a waitress came. She came without a wine list. The bottle of wine we ordered was not the one that was delivered. We asked about the toast of champagne for new years toast that was offered via the email I received (which is what made me think of going there for New Year’s), and we were ignored the rest of the night. We ended up having to get up and go to the bar to ask about our champagne, toast to midnight, and request our check. One of the managers apologized and we also got the desert advertised from the same email, but it is sad that we had to push for it all ourselves. We’ve done new years at other restaurants and their service, atmosphere and attentions were amazing. Sadly, we experienced none of that at Fogo de chao.

   Disappointed with the service. We had an 8pm reservation on Dec 31st and maybe that was the reason? They had a lot of staff but there was confusion with our order. Our server was inexperienced. One beer came, the other was forgotten. The cocktails were good but overloaded with ice. One of the fish entrees arrived before the shared seafood appetizers. We requested them to hold it and they brought it out again while we were having our appetizers. Finally a more senior waitress came by and the service stabilized. We had to request cuts of meat which she was able to send our way. We were a table of 8 and a bit tucked away which is why the meat servers were not coming around often. We didn’t want to eat from the salad bar and the staff kept insisting that we should. Anyway, will probably try another Brazilian steakhouse next time. The experience was impersonal and given the price we expected more.

   We have a great new year’s eve evening. Staffs are all nice & professional. We asked for lamb, immediately we got different types of lamb steaks. Service was fast & great! Carlos is first class and professional! Kudos! We’ll be coming back soon! Thank you for making it memorable!

   I am so sorry to say that we didn’t have a good experience. We had reservations and they made us wait 10-15 mins to be seated because the manager wasn’t assigning the empty tables. It smelled like burned meat everywhere. They first offer you terrible sausages and chicken before they give you any of the higher quality meat. We asked for filet mignon and had to wait a long time for it. Same for the fries ordered for the kids. We didn’t like it. It was packed and loud and full of screaming kids and the food wasn’t that great for the cost.

   The NYE dinner was all day dinner and all day happy hour on select beverages. As always, great service and great food. My friend who has never been called the experience "amazing". Would recommend if you are looking for quality and food for a good price

    Standard food & service. Market table included a variety of appetizers and salads. Characutseria meat was not up to par. Sauces were included but were not offered by the server!
