Amazing service, food was good, went for my mom’s birthday

I enjoyed eating at Fogo de Chao. The service was nice and I enjoyed all the meat they had 😁. I just wish they had more interesting sides. Maybe like fried rice or something. But I love the experience tho.

Servers continually passed us with green showing. Not sure why. The restaurant was packed. No limited indoor seating as written on Tysons website.

We went the day before Mother’s Day to avoid the crowds but I believe it was just as crowded. The table service was above exceptional however the selection of meats were a little underwhelming we had to ask more than once for both well done lamb and well done filet minion. We may have come with too many high expectations but for the value we expect to have a variety of meats. We also used the restroom but was surprised to find it unclean. To respect the privacy of others in the restroom we did not photograph the bathroom but it was subpar clean.

Overall, it was a good experience however, I’m not sure I’d visit this location again based on the lack of food service to our table and cleanliness of the restroom. The waiters/waitresses and the ambiance made it a little better but I think I expected the full “wow” experience for the price.

Only downfall is the valet parking who force you to use valet.

Loved the space outdoors. The meats were very nice, but generally a bit salty (meaning trying to enhance the flavor). The set table appetizers were minimal and no offer was made to refresh. The smorgasbord was very nice, tasty and full of variety, but not the main feature. The worst part was the service. Our introduction from the lead server was so fast (not helped by a mask, but not thought of as the need to speak clearly) we caught less than half of what she said. PLUS not once (well maybe once at the end by one waiter) did any of the staff try to be personally interactive. Not once did we feel they anticipated our needs, which is the sign of an attentive staff you should see at a top scale restaurant!!!! I had to ask twice to balance a wobbly table. I was not drinking, and in two hours was offered a water refill once. I had to ask to have a fresh plate, and later when I went back to the smorgasbord, my old plate of meat scraps was still there. I had to move it to the end of our table. The manager came by before any wait staff offered desert or after dinner drinks, so we ordered through him. I am sure that is not the normal operation. And this was on a Sunday brunch when it seemed fully staffed.

Great food and service although pace was a little fast. We will definitely return for our special occasion dinners.

The staff all around were wonderful and did not rush us! We had a great birthday celebration and everyone told of their meals being delicious. Prior to being seated we sat in the bar area and the ambiance was great. Enjoy!

Lamentablemente no llene las expectativas que tenía para un restaurant de esa naturaleza; no justifica de ninguna manera pagar mas de $730 por cena para 6 (después del descuento de casi $100 ofrecido por el manager), después de recibir un servicio poco más que pésimo de parte de las meseras; tuvimos nuestros primeras bebidas del bar cuando ya acabamos nuestras ensaladas y por lo menos 3 tipos de carne; tuvimos que insistir varias veces para tener una nueva bebida y cuando pedimos una botella de vino, tardó 20 minutos para dejarnos saber que no lo tenian y la alternativa era uno extremadamente económico.
Olvidaron o no prestaron ninguna atención al pedido de una botella de champagne....nunca la trajeron.
La carne totalmente insípida y carente de sal que tampoco pudimos obtener apesar de solicitarla 3 veces....
Una triste experiencia en un lugar que definitivamente merece mejor personal.

My last couple of visits were not great and I reluctantly dined today and I have to say everything was excellent. The food, the meat servers, the managers -- were all great today! The food was tasty and hot and kept on coming so we really got our moneys worth. The servers were super attentive and kept checking on us. They refilled our drinks and sides frequently and the meat came around often and was cooked to the requested temperature for all. Today exceeded my expectations!

great dinner, and service. Food was well prepared. We ate outside because of COVID. Only thing that wold have made it better is if the outdoor heaters were working. They said they ran out of gas so couldn't turn it off. Nonetheless, was very good to go out and have a nice dinner after a year of staying home

We were a bit disappointed with the service today. We were in a far behind location and we had to complain 2x to be served.
The meat was very dry and lots of hard parts/fat.
We were celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday with friends and everyone was dissatisfied with the service and the food.

As Brazilians we choose choose fogo the chao for this special occasion and we were let down.

Ellie, Shannon, and Sam were amazing! The food was fantastic, the ambiance was wonderful. It was a blast :)

Seeing patronage is down the meat doesn't come around often enough to get your moneys worth for a full experience so we just got the market table plus one meat. We requested medium-well and got medium bloody the first go around which was not to our liking. The second go around we got medium well which was much better but just a couple of thin slivers of meat. Really is no longer worth the price tag in my opinion.

As always, the food and at-table service was exceptional. This was the first time I've been to the restaurant after the pandemic began. I was very disappointed with the inattention to adhering to the safety guidelines. Although diners were required to wear disposable gloves and space out at the salad bar, staff did not enforce it and patrons shoved ahead and hovered over each other. Staff was present, but not on it. If I hadn't been fully vaccinated, I would felt very unsafe.

One of the waiters was very rude and disrespectful for no reason

The food and service were great! They are practicing all safety guidelines as well so I felt very comfortable dining in.

Wish they would have offered us the dipping sauces from the get go. The meat was dry or flavorless compared to other Brazilian bbqs in the area. We were also seated behind a larger party in the back so we pretty much got whatever was left from that party. They rarely came to the table with anything "fresh." Pretty disappointing for the price. Wait staff was pretty inattentive as we kept looking for our server to refill our drinks. The place isn't horrible but think I'll go up the block to Chima next time I'm in town.

Our 1st visit to this location and a fantastic one. The food was awesome and the service was friendly, professional and timely. Definitely recommend this Fogo at Tysons.

The food was absolutely amazing. Service was extraordinary and the vegan options were fresh a delectable. The bartender made the Brazilian inspired drinks the talk of the night.

This was my first time to the restaurant; I didn't know how the service worked. Most of the meat servers were nice, two guys were kinda rude and impatient, but the food was still amazing. I love that I could serve myself at the salad bar- yum! I look forward to going back . . . now that I understand how it works.

We’re wonderful. Shannon Shelley was an absolute delight and just a pleasure. She treated us great. We drove 1.5 hours to get there as we live in at Mary’s county. Used to frequent Fogo in Baltimore years ago when we lived closer to that location. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.
