We waited over 15 minutes for our 1st drinks, the server was hard to find to ask for additional items (including more drinks) 2 drinks were made wrong and I was disappointed with the quality of the meat, very chewy and flavorless. I have been to this chain multiple times and never was disappointed like this.

Management and staff sre really bad. No saying hi no saying welcome nothing. Poor management poor customer service. Waitresses took to long to clear plates. No polite service.

The server came to the table 2 times when we were there and they brought the same 3 meats Around and went on break and the meats stop coming around. I want and need a refund. Horrible experience and the manager would not bring us his supervisors business card.

This was an anomaly. I assume because of the occasion, but we had to ask for steak options and lamb chops several times before they came. We actually didn’t plan on staying as long as we did due to the wait. I felt like I had to ask for things more than the initiative to have the dining experience. Lots of chicken and pork options several times before we asked AGAIN for the steak and lamb options. I will come back, just not a the busier times.

Our server was awesome. Reservation was for 7:30pm didn’t get seated until almost 8:00pm. Meat offerings were extremely limited requested certain cuts of meat that we never received. Spoke with a manager about our dissatisfaction and was offered a shrimp cocktail. I have dined at several Fogo De Chao’s and this was by far the worst experience. Also I mentioned that it was my husband’s 43rd birthday when I made the reservation. Nobody acknowledged his birthday, no card, no dessert, nothing. Will never return to this location. Highly disappointed.
