    We went to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The attention was so friendly and frequent. It was a delight to celebrate at Fogo de Chao, as always. The place is big and beautiful.

    This was my first time going to Fogo de Chao - Tyson’s and I was beyond disappointed. Me and my family did not feel welcomed by the staff at all. When we were being seated, I politely asked the hostess if we could be seated in a less congested area because the area was overwhelming for my autistic daughter. The hostess rolled her eyes and refused to seat us elsewhere. Not the mention, this accommodation was already requested in my reservation. We requested an high chair for our daughter four times from two different servers and never received it. However, the families around us received a high chair in a timely manner. The server was not attentive to our table at all. The salad bar was ok, the meat or side dishes wasn’t really appetizing. It’s really unfortunate that my birthday dinner was ruined by mean-spirited staff. I don’t want to say it was discrimination but it truly felt like it. We were paying customers just like everyone else. I won’t be returning here.

    Place was too busy that I couldn’t hear my wife. Waiter took awhile to bring us the drinks and when it arrived, he brought the wrong drink. It’s not right at all. Meat came by rarely. 20 minutes to get our check and sat for an hour 30 minutes to leave the restaurant. Most likely not coming back.

    I feel as if there needs to be more servers. We were finished dinner within 45 minutes but remained another 45 waiting for our check. Our waitress was tending to 7 tables and so it was clear what took so long. Refills were slow also, and so was dessert coming out. It appeared to be nothing more than a staffing issue. Our waitress was phenomenal, but she was spread thin.

    Fogo Tysons is just an amazing atmosphere, fresh quality food, and well managed (Celiandro and another gentleman) place. The management and wait staff (Brian, Charles, and others) are super friendly and service oriented. I’ve come here over 50 times in the past few years for above reasons and more.

    My wife and I had our first experience @ Fogo de Chao on an anniversary lunch date. I must say, they did not disappoint! The salad bar is so delicious with plenty of fresh options to please your palate. Also, we enjoyed the works experience where we were offered so many meats that were freshly cooked to our preference. Our server was also very helpful providing the history of Fogo de Chao, and he was very attentive to our needs. To cap it off, we had a delicious tres leches dessert that was light with fresh fruit and whipped topping. The inside area is immaculate with outdoor dining options as well. I give this restaurant a 10+/10 and recommend for any occasion!!!

    As always, we had an outstanding experience at Fogo de Chao. The food was delicious, the service was prompt and attentive and the dining room was beautiful. We had a small problem with our table (it was wobbly) and the staff rectified it immediately. I can’t wait to visit again.

    Honestly probably one of the best experiences we had! From waiting for our table at the bar, excellent service and drinks at the bar, to being seated at our table. The waitress was very attentive and so was the staff bringing all the meat! We ate so well! I loved the bar cart as well! The bartender who made my drink with the bar cart was amazing! And to top it off with our favorite honey cheese and a yummy tres leches for my mom’s birthday! Excellent time and I am already looking forward to my next time visiting!

    We were standing and waiting by the hostess area while the hostess(ethnic girl w glasses) was seating other guests. The phone was ringing in the meantime and when the hostess came back to the area, She did not make an eye contact with us and decided to answer the phone. We were there first before that call. She did not beg us for pardon or put the other guest on hold. We felt very ignored. When we were leaving the restaurant, She was too busy looking down at her phone and did not realize customers were leaving. Again, We felt totally ignored. I would not expect this kind of service or experience at upscale dining.

    Fogo Tysons needs some serious improvements. We sat down and received no service throughout the entire meal. No one brought us water or asked if we wanted anything to drink. No one brought us the cards to flip over. No one brought us polenta or pao de queijo. No one would tell us who our waiter was. Eventually the manager came over after nearly 20 minutes and was extremely rude. The AC was broken. There was a bird flying throughout the restaurant. You really cannot make it up. The place has really gone downhill.

    No A/C, for the last few WEEKS! They crammed us into a back room that had better air flow but still hot. Have us the option to sit outside when a storm was coming. The temp was so warm the ice in our water melted faster than we could drink the water. The food was not as good as other locations but can’t imagine how hot the kitchen is!

    Overall good experience. The only bummers were that the AC was broken, and they brought the wrong dessert out for my moms 60th birthday. Because we were in a hurry to leave we didn’t have time to wait for it to be corrected

    I’ve dined at multiple Fogo’s across the country and this visit was by far the most disappointing. I bring my clients out to enjoy the Fogo experience and they’re always blown away (as am I). After years of telling my wife about my client dinners here she decided she wanted to experience it as well. Crash and burn!!! Not only was I disappointed, I was embarrassed and humiliated because after all these years the day I bring my most important client the place, service, and atmosphere were below par. I’ll keep taking clients out but I don’t believe my wife is interested in coming back to “a fancy buffet, with people who look and act like they don’t want to be here”……ouch! Mr. Disappointed

    We did the ‘Best of Brazil,’ which was $39 per person for dinner instead of full churrasco.experience. It included all cuts of meat that we really enjoy—beef, pork, and lamb picanhas, top and bottom beef sirloins, chicken and beef wrapped in bacon were what we chose. Other items were also available to us, but we declined. We were not offered filet mignon or ribeye, which was fine with us. Good value for the money!

    I really enjoyed my dining experience at Tyson' Corner Fogo De Chao. Great location, great atmosphere, beautiful restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious.     We came to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, the A/C did not work, heat and humidity were unbearable! Our reservation was done in advance, the A/C problem happened before, nevertheless no one bothered to email us or text about the situation, so we can look for other options. Very frustrating!     The food was delicious! The salad bar was unbelievable, the cuts of meat were tasty and the service was fabulous! My only complaint was the A/C not working made it unbearable on a day that was already 100° outside. I want to go back but not if the A/C isn’t working.

    We’ve been here before, it seems like the service and the food is going down hill. It was my husband birthday celebration and yet it becomes very uncomfortable. The AC is not working in this very hot day. According to the server it’s been down since June. Christopher our server tried to do things as much as he can. In our area where we were seated there are probably 30 people and only one server. The waiting period for the meat to come around took a little longer as well, it is not the same experience like I’m used to. It took a long time and lacking of varieties. I didn’t see any filet mignon, lamb chops. It’s mostly backend tenderloin and more of tenderloin. Finally, it because so hot I was ready to get the check and I my final request for cheese with honey. Almost 30 minutes and Got tired of waiting so I told my husband that we need to go. I don’t think the cheese with is coming. I even told the server. He asked if we got it yet. I said no but we’re ready for the check. He tried to give us a good service as much as he can …but I can’t fault him since he’s the only one in our area. There were 2 managers I saw just standing. I wish if they were short handed the managers should at least come over and check. I don’t think I will go back again because of this experience.

    Overall, we had fun, but felt something has changed in recent visits. They now have a new option that focuses on a smaller subset of meat offerings. However, as someone who wanted the full experience - we kept seeing the smaller subset over and over, and had to repeatedly put in requests for the other cuts. We finally got the remaining few but we had already been waiting for over 30/40 minutes for several options, and it extended our meal significantly. Not sure if we will go back to this location.

    A couple reasons why this Fogo is the best in the area: 1. $5 valet. 2. The waiters with the meat were making constant rounds. Our plates were overflowing. 3. Our waiter Khaled gave us a complimentary dessert. (Also shoutout to Christopher the tableside cocktail bartender. His drinks were delicious!) It's was awesome!

    Recent solo brunch experience: Greating and Seating: Pleasant and fast. No complaints. Meat Servers ("gauchos"): They did their job well. Kept the plate "occupied" and handled special requests. Service from EVERYONE ELSE in the dining room (except the omlette chef -- he was fine) was TERRIBLE!! I was left alone at my table for 15 minutes after seating. Eventually, someone asked if I had been helped and took my drink order. That person was never seen again. 15 minutes after that, I flagged down someone else to request some coffee. Eventually, that person returned with the coffee and asked if I needed anything else. I asked for a clean plate (following the salad bar course). The person took my plate....and I never saw him again! After around 15 minutes, I gave up and took a clean plate from the salad bar. As noted above, the meat servers did fine. However, my coffee cup was empty around 1/3 of the way into the meal and nobody ever checked on it or refilled it (until I asked twice - once when requesting the bill and another time when receiving the bill). Looking around me, this did not appear to be the same experience for the 2 person and larger tables. It also, pretty much reflects what has happened to me in the past at this restaurant. In short -- This Fogo location needs to do a much better job of serving solo diners.

    Went as expected but our server seemed to forget about us for large periods of time. Took a while to take our drink orders, and we had to ask for more cheese bread multiple times. Food was good, enjoyed myself regardless, just not the best service I’ve ever had.

    Great experience, ambiance, and food. Try one of their signature drinks they are delicious. I highly recommend the strawberry hibiscus one.

    Ordered the full experience. Enjoyed rare meats. The Market Table was full of variety. Everything was wonderful, especially the cheese bread. Service with Christopher and Bryan were fabulous. Will definitely return.
