   Service was almost nonexistent after the initial beverage orders were taken. The severs hardly brought any of the meats to the table. We asked one of the waiters if we could get some of the cuts listed on the menu and no one brought anything. The salad bar has shrunk to half the size post pandemic. Sat at our table for an hour and no one came around to clear our dirty plates! $300 paid for a meal that was absolutely disappointing in every way!!

   I've been here many times and have generally had an excellent experience. Not sure what happened last night...I brought a party of six and the entire night we had to keep asking for meat to actually be brought to our table. It almost seemed like there was a meat shortage going on, as the servers walking around with the meats were few and far between. Further, the service was not very good...our server brought our wine to the table but left it there for about 15 minutes without opening it. We had to flag her down to actually open the bottle, and that was when we could actually find her. Overall, after spending $900, we all left there a bit unsatisfied. I'll chalk this one up to it just being a bad night there (it happens to every business sometimes). I have two more dinners scheduled there over the next few weeks and I really hope this doesn't repeat itself.

   With two teenaged boys, there is no treat quite like a Brazilian steakhouse. We love the concept and the food here is tasty. Our experience last night (a party of four at 7:45) was only marred by lagging, inconsistent service. While a server arrived to our table, introduced himself, and took initial drink orders, he never once returned to refresh drinks or offer the side items that come with the meal. We flagged down another server and asked for pão de queijo and water. 7 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes passed, and she continued to bus and deliver food to other tables. The servers spend an inordinate amount of time reconciling checks at the computer kiosks and ignore the diners immediately around them. I had to tap yet another server on the elbow to request a second caipirinha, and he asked if I wanted him to place that order for me. Ummm...short of me walking from the dining area to the bar up front, yes, I thought that's what servers are there to do. Given that they do not serve the meal at all, and their only other responsibility is clearing plates (which they did not do for us), I wouldn't think that would be an outlandish request. Finally, we did have to engage a manager to obtain our check. It's like we were invisible. Throughout the experience, THREE managers seemed extremely agitated and continually stalked through the restaurant, but never stopped to engage customers. Maybe 7:45pm on a Sunday is too late, since they close at 9:00pm. Maybe a party of four isn't worth working for, when there are several large parties of 8+ in the restaurant. I heard several gathered servers at the kiosk next to our table discussing their double shifts, so maybe they were tired. Unfortunately, if you provide me tired service, you'll get a tired tip. Our bill came to just under $300 and I could have had a dozen much better experiences for that cost. Tchau, Fogo De Chao.

   Food was great! Ambiance was nice. Waitress went out of her way to honor my ability to eat after surviving chemo. She had the kitchen write “celebrate” on my desert plate and she gave me my desert complimentary. A great ending to a great dinner!

   The service was outstanding and the food delicious. I have to be back specifically for the passion fruit mousse. I know, it should be the meat but while that was excellent the ending note left a lasting impression. Thank you for everything!

    While we knew it would be busy due to Mother’s Day, we had hoped the service would stay decent. It was just ok. It went from getting meat all at once and then to long spans of not seeing anyone with meat for a while. It was strange how it was extreme in service. At some point we did have a server ask us if there were any particular types of meat we would like and so we were happy to tell him. It just took a lot longer than expected to get the meats we wanted and in the temperature we desired (medium rare). It also took a while to clear our plates off the table. The only saving grace for us with this is that we were a party of three and had an empty spot where a fourth could have sat. We were able to leave our dirty dishes in that area until someone was available to clear them out. It just would have nice not to have many dirty dishes on our table for a long period of time. We received our first round of drinks in good time, but then it was another hour or more before anyone came back to see if we wanted more to drink or even some water. Near the end, a server asked if we wanted dessert and left us a dessert menu. We looked at it and really considered getting some, but no one came back to take our dessert order. After waiting so long with no one taking our dessert order, we decided we were just ready to get our check. However, it took forever to get our check from anyone. My husband ended up going to the manager who spent a long time at the register dealing with other checks. Whole experience started out nice, but ended on a so-so note with service declining as it got closer to the end for us. The interesting thing is that at the end, the dining room was clearing out with people leaving so tables were open. Just seemed like there were less servers around to wait on us properly.

    Mother's day was extremely busy and crowded. The service was not the greatest, our server brought my husband's soda 45minutes later after he ordered it.

    Reservation was made for 1145am. We arrived early. They seated us with no issues. Food was excellent. We went for Mother's Day and the staff made it a point multiple times to say Happy Mother's Day to my wife. Highly recommend

    Went to have a pre Mother’s Day dinner for my wife. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Management always stop by the table to check on things and Samuel was great he went out his way to make the dinner great for us. We will be returning for future dinners.

    Great first time experience for my wife for an early Mother's Day meal. Everyone from the host / hostess to the waiters to the servers to the buzzers were very friendly, accommodating that mute courteous. I highly recommend this restaurant in Tysons Corner.

    Server wasn’t attentive or professional, food wasn’t seasoned. Took forever to get steak and lamb. They ran out of lamb. Mashed potatoes were cold and lumpy. Very disappointed overall

    This was our second visit to this location in as many years. Operations are very disjointed. We really never had one waiter that made sure we were taken care of. No drink refills, no replenishment of sides, no one asked if we wanted dessert, and we had to specifically ask if someone would bring us out bill. Never again, at least at the Tysons location.

    Took my boyfriend to Fogo for his 30th! Food and Service was 10/10. Our dinner was incredible, we stuffed ourselves. The new menu drinks were very good (ours were a little heavy on the lime) and overall our expectations were surpassed. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful, and we loved Jesus the server. Highly recommend *chefs kiss*

    I was thrown off by the hostess saying masks were not required when I was trying to put mine on. I know the mask mandate has been lifted, but especially at a buffet, I wouldn’t think that they would be discouraged.

    The meat selection which was brought to our table was lacking in variety (ribs and chorizo were only brought once and we had to specifically ask) and a lot of the meat was too salty. I had to ask 3 times for the servers with the meat to come to our table. My plate was empty more often than not. I felt uncomfortable and rude constantly seeking out my own food however I was hungry and no one was coming to our table. Chima is a million times better. I wanted to try Fogo and compare the two. I will not be returning to Fogo. It was very disappointing. The service and drinks were nice.
