Fogo de Chão is a leading Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, which has specialized in fire-roasting high-quality meats since 1979 utilizing the centuries-old Southern Brazilian cooking technique of churrasco. Fogo offers guests a wide variety of simply seasoned meats, that are carefully fire-roasted to expose their natural flavors, including the house specialty picanha sirloin, filet mignon, ribeye, and lamb chops to name a few. Additionally, Fogo offers a gourmet Market Table & Feijoada Bar, which includes seasonal salads, soup, fresh vegetables, feijoada (traditional black bean stew with rice, fresh orange and yuca flour), and much more. Southern Brazilian side dishes such as pão de queijo (warm cheese bread), crispy hot polenta, and caramelized bananas are served family style. I came to celebrate my recent job promotion. Ernesto and the staff took very good care of us. I’m especially a fan of the flank steak and top sirloin that they were serving. The filet was also good, it wasn’t very heavy in the rotation. The ribeye always came to us when it was well done, so I wasn’t too much of a fan.

Elegant atmosphere. Attentive service. The huge cold buffet with hot soup and hot bean/sausage stew is $15. Best value anywhere!!!! Food is excellent. Cold buffet includes lox, chicken salad, and other protein items. The vegetables are bountiful, beautiful and high end. The fruits are fresh and ripe. Polenta fries, mashed potatoes and cooked plantains are served family style at your table. The Brazilian Cheese Rolls are heavenly. They are similar to popovers and gluten free. You can add a meat to your meal for a reasonable additional cost.

Service was terrible food meat was too dry and to salty took 20 minutes to get drinks and requested a sauce 3 times until I got upset I got it the waiter never came by to check on us

We are big fans for Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse. We went to this location for another birthday party. The food was excellent as usual. I personally love the beef ribs, lamb chops and flank steak. The service was excellent. Big thanks to Mary Jane for everything.

The staff is remarkable, extremely friendly and on top of taking care of you!!! The food is mouth watering!!! We were so stuffed but wanted more so bad! Can’t wait to go back!

The service was poor. We had to ask multiple times for our dirty plates to be cleared. We had the Facebook coupon and the waitress would not take 2 of them even tho it clearly said can use up to 2 per table. Meat was mediocre. And variety was less then expected. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to the one opening in poke and rose.

Service was lackluster. As someone that frequents this establishment, I was incredibly disappointed. I had requested an item four times before I finally gave up. Was told by multiple servers it was coming out. I brought someone here for the first time. Needless to say, this individual was not impressed and probably won’t come back. Cost of dinner did not equate to exceptional service that I’m use to having at this restaurant. Highly dissatisfied.

We were very disappointed this time arround. The qiality of the food was extremely poor. And every other round, it seemed, was some sort of too white-looking chicken breast. Whatever changes have been made they certainly have not been for the better. This location used to be and offered much, much more.

Monica was an excellent server. She took care of us. I’m beyond happy to have brought my date to this place we left extremely full and very happy! I would recommend anyone to dine with her.

All waitstaff polite . The Valet parking is key and appreciated . W/o the valet parking I would think twice about coming to this location. Bathrooms are very clean.

We have been to a few other locations but this was our first visit to Tyson's corner. The food was very good, as usual, and it was nice to have the bruch selections which we had not experienced before. Our waitress was not so friendly-you could tell she was trying to be nice but it was so noticeable because the rest of the staff was very friendly.

Service was sub par. Had to wait for waiters/waitresses many times. Salad bar selection was poor. Beef ribs (our favorite) were under cooked. Interior decoration was very nice which was the only good thing for us. Parking was easy and inexpensive. You get much better experience at Chima for the same price.

We took our five kids to the Tyson’s Fogo de Chao to celebrate two birthdays and the whole staff made the kids feel really special. Our waitress even brought us a complimentary dessert. The service was great and the food was as good as we expected it to be. Great experience, although I’m more likely to go back again when I have a coupon or other discount.

Let me start by saying that I’ve been to the sister Fogo in DC and it was an incredible experience!

My, our, experience in Tyson’s Corner was greatly disappointing. Simply put, while the salad bar was Fogo’s typical awesome experience, the meat was cold and over cooked, and the service was absolutely terrible. And with the service model used by Fogo that should be hard for a service professional to screw up. For example: after tasting the wine and deciding on a bottle the waiter simply forgot to bring the wine. When reminded he actually intimated that we hadn’t asked for wine, as if the two of us, customers by our own choice, were either senile or dishonest. When I pointed out the remnants of the wine we had tasted in a glass still sitting on the table he was at first surprised then mumbled something unintelligible. Also, when we asked for some horse radish sauce the waiter said “right away!” Then, after an extended period it hadn’t arrived, I asked a second time he apologized and asked if we still wanted it. It was now late and I was frustrated, so I said no and asked for a different waiter. A waiter named Ali arrived and saved the day. It was noteworthy that the table next to us had the same type of issue with our same initial waiter. He seemed to have an issue of some sort, and even acted as if he was somewhat stoned.

In the future I’ll only be going to Fogo in DC. And I’ll say thanks to Ali, our second waiter, for doing his job in great fashion!
