This was an anomaly. I assume because of the occasion, but we had to ask for steak options and lamb chops several times before they came. We actually didn’t plan on staying as long as we did due to the wait. I felt like I had to ask for things more than the initiative to have the dining experience. Lots of chicken and pork options several times before we asked AGAIN for the steak and lamb options. I will come back, just not a the busier times.

Our server was awesome. Reservation was for 7:30pm didn’t get seated until almost 8:00pm. Meat offerings were extremely limited requested certain cuts of meat that we never received. Spoke with a manager about our dissatisfaction and was offered a shrimp cocktail. I have dined at several Fogo De Chao’s and this was by far the worst experience. Also I mentioned that it was my husband’s 43rd birthday when I made the reservation. Nobody acknowledged his birthday, no card, no dessert, nothing. Will never return to this location. Highly disappointed.

From the moment we entered the restaurant, my party and I was greeted with a welcoming smile. Our reservation was on a Sunday evening, which may allotted for reduce noise and created a great friendly and family oriented ambiance. The serving staff was great. I would recommend

Nobody was serving our table, we even asked a couple of times… the only time they serve us, 3 people came at the same time and they all were serving lamb! And the meat was super salty like you could feel the salt crystals!

Even though I, like several other families, had reserved this in advance, wait was tweny mintues before we were seated on a weekday during graduation week. After we were seated, it took anoher 20 minutes before we were given teh tokens to note that we were open to meat being served at our table. We saw our waiter maybe twice the whole time, at our seating to gather drinks and very late at the end of our service, when he asked for drinks again when we were almost done. Our drinks arrived when we were pretty much finished. For the price of the experience, the service here is subpar. Several of the meat servers tried to make up for our waitero's lack of experiene in getting us basic things like the meat thongs, but the overall cost compared to what we were hoping wasn't worth it. Hopefully they willl fix preparations with their wait staff to make the experience more special. For now, I feel like we we ripped off waiting for the picana and hoping for better service at our table. A lot of money for a mediocre experience.

Our second time at this location. Both times the meat has been over cooked despite asking for specific temperatures. This time, meat variety was slow, service was slow and just made for a sour experience. We will try others in the area but this is on our list of places to not return to.

The service was miserable , we went in for the 1 meat special like we did the last 2 times, we felt that as much as we need. the servers hardly came to the table - we had to tell our waiter 3 times . they served 2 of our party 3 times & the 3rd that asked for a different type they hardly came & when one of us raised raised the issue with the manager - a server came and served pieces & took the little round sign & left & never came back. as if he's serving in a shelter . That was unacceptable - If Ia m going to a restaurant to pay $50-75 per person then I shouldn't be asking for the food . it's very embarrassing . It's a shame for a restaurant5 like Fogo De Chao to treat customers like this - we've been going for years at least once a month paying the full regular menu ..... But for us to be treated that way is unacceptable never again.... The lack of basic customer service & lack of quality control & training was appalling . How dare a waiter drops 4 slices at a plate & disappears while taking our little chip without explaining anything . I will make sure to tell everyone to never step a foot into this place again
