We were highly impressed with the excellent food. And the waiters that kept coming around asking if we needed anything of assistance
We didn’t know you had to special request certain meats like the beef rib. Wish we would’ve been told because we would’ve asked for them. Our server was more worried about up selling the bottled water and drinks than explaining the menu.
Great food, a bit expensive if you plan on cocktails with food. Worth it for a couple times a year treat.
We ordered a bottle of wine and they brought the wrong one and then when we told them they said it had been opened and would not bring us the right bottle but would give us the price point of the bottle we ordered. When we got the bill they would not adjust the price as the said they would. Frustrating.
Everyone is great here. Christopher was especially helpful. Seems to be under new management too. Overall the changes are positive, minus charging for condensed milk for the bananas haha Will be back soon!
We are pretty frequent visitors to this location and for good reason. Excellent food and excellent service in this case from Christopher Rachford. He made sure as he always does that we had everything we needed and wanted whether drink refills or in my case beef rib. We will continue to frequent this location many times in the future.
We told them that we are celebrateing our anniversary and we didn’t feel like they provide us the environment. We ordered a desert and they didn’t type anything like Happy Anniversary or something like that. My girlfriend got upset!!!
Going away dinner
It was spectacular
Food was excellent. Service was slower than expected when requesting specific items. Usually had to ask three or four times.
The food and service was outstanding. Norma one of our servers was very helpful with drink suggestions. I would HIGHLY recommend the white sangria :)
You can use your circular card to indicate yay or nay, and an attentive server brandishing swords of meat will appear next to your plate. This is the place to go if you are a true carnivore. However, if you happen to be in a large group but neither your 90Ib 13 year old daughter or you eat anything with hooves, you can still expect to pay the same for 2 chicken legs as your 6ft 4” meat guzzling companions. Despite mentioning this early on and requesting an alternative, our part of the bill for a family of 4 was an eye watering $264. If I ate like a caveman, I would consider that a deal, it is after all, a steakhouse. Thank goodness for the salad bar - an underwhelming name for an overload of choice. Should have just stuck to that, which is also an option if you don’t want to be charged for gold-plated chicken legs.
Fabulous restaurant great food with a new experience
Nice location service was very good
Food quality and selection average
If you plan to have a private or romantic dinner this is not your place (at least during popular restaurant hours). Loud large groups and bad acoustics will drown out conversation at normal speaking levels. Lots of people think it is a good place to take children for dinner - newly advertised 12 and under specials probably don't help.
Servers are professional and do their best with a full house.
Of all the Brazilian steakhouses I've been too (including other Fogo de Chao franchises) I've never seen one without chimmy churry. This location had the worst salad bar offering I've been to as well. The selection was very limited unless you're interested in lettuces or watermelon. Both pork offerings were over cooked, tough, and dry. The lamb was below average. Majority of the beef cuts were good and met expectations.
The over all ambiance gave off an Old Country Buffet/Golden Corral with wine vibe. Our visit was memorable but not due to the advertised "elegant dining experience". We'll chalk this up to lesson learned and won't be returning unless we have a large rowdy group with equal amounts of children looking to over pay for a meal.
I really enjoy the salad bar and that is what I ordered for lunch. The drawback is that there are no rolls of bread on it! They serve these little puff balls of bread on the table, but nothing of substance.
Asked for lamb 6 times. Finally received a small chop at end of meal. Not as good as previous visits.
We came early for Father's Day 's Brunch with 2 very good friends. The staff greeted us by name, we are regulars, and sat us at our usual table. Carina, Norma and Chris saw to our every needs, even though it was a very busy day. We all enjoyed the salads and the met, especially the lamb chops and Picanha. It was a memorable meal, with good friends and most attentive staff. Thank you Fogo.
Outstanding experience! 1st time there and husband was in heaven. Definitely we'll be returning!!
Fathers Day. Good food!
I haven’t been there in a while and I forgot how devalued the experience was. For two people the bill was $120 that’s without any liquor. It’s basically a sweet tomatoes subpar salad bar with a lot average meat (sausage and port and the rare grisly filet). Certainly not worth your value. Other options are available in the city.
Meat wonderful meat
I took my sister here for the experience in May for her birthday . and we had a fantastic time! The service was great and so was the food. very very helpful waiters.
BUT this time we took my Brother here for his birthday and it was SO very disappointing. The wait staff was so unattending to our table ,had to ask for drinks, more meat servings the list went on and on. it was like we asked for something and they just totally forgot about us. I was very embarrassed .
I believe this place is overrated. High priced buffet. Food was just okay.
Anniversary celebration. It was nice, the server acknowledged our anniversary right away. Wonderful service and food all the way around. We will be back for sure!
Expect to spend a lot of money. It was fun but only for a special occasion.
We had a great time at Fogo de Chão. Food was delicious and very attentive staff.
Great time great service
Very attentive staff, food was good though I was expecting more Brazilian food, the rice and bean were excellent. The meats served table side was good.
We make a welcome return for daughters birthday with 8 month old grand daughter
Having travelled from uk we were not disappointed
Staff were warm and friendly and could not do enough for us , treated us like royalty
Food again amazing but the star of the show has to be the bottom sirloin absolutely fantastic
Many thanks to all
Good all you can eat and buffet love it here
Service was excellent and the food was great! Definitely a must if you love delicious cuts of meets and great adult beverages
Enjoyed the food and wine but beverages were overpriced.
Been here many times but this last time, the service was not up to par. Place was hopping over the holiday weekend. Recommend reservations when dining here.
The staff are very attentive, personable, and eager to ensure your dining experience is memorable!
Very good if you have a big appetite. There are a variety of flavorful meats parading around. Of course were we set on the wall closest to Scottsdale road we felt ignored at times.
Fun time stuffing ourselves silly on some great food!
I was at a Fogo de Chao many years ago. I was impressed with the salad bar that contained not only the usual salad ingredients, but many seafood items. It was not the case this time. I thought the salad bar was limited now, but if you want a gastronomic meat experience, this is the place for you. Various meats were offered and sliced table side. The sirloin was excellent, better than the filet that lacked flavor in my opinion. The cheese popovers were delicious. All in all, the dinner was satisfactory, but it’s not someplace I’d go to often.
Good but over priced.
