Had reservations and still waited 40 minutes for a table. It was right by the front door. Not a great experience.
Ah man I was looking forward to this one, made reservations a week before for Father’s Day. Reservations were an hour behind. Crazy packed we had to wait out side mid summer in Phoenix! Once we were seated all we wanted was cold water, that took a while. However the food and the service was amazing! If y’all are going to have that many people inside there needs to be some fans on the ceiling or better AC because man it was also hot AF inside. I don’t think I’ll be back but food was delicious and our server was on point.
Made reservations over THREE WEEKS ago for Fathers Day. Showed up 15 min early for our reservation and we were rudely told by hostesses that we would not be seated for at least an hour due to "overbooking." We promptly took our business elsewhere. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
We had reservations at 5:15 but we’re not seated till almost 6 o’clock. They had everyone over booked and the place was packed inside and out. Because of the door constantly being open and it was very very hot and crowded inside. Nightmare I will never go back

We check-in and still had to wait another 30 minutes..got our salad…but wait another 20 minutes for a sliver of overcooked shoe leather. Still haven’t seen any other meats..for another 15min…when asked what we wanted we said rare red meat, and they bring out lamb. Would’ve been nice to have the side dishes with our meat but they came out with our salad.
Haven’t seen any refill on the bread, potatoes, fried bananas etc. this place sucks now.
Service was pretty slow. Granted, it was Father’s Day.
Made a reservations two weeks in advance got there 10 minutes prior to our reservations, waited an hour and a half and still have six parties ahead of us. We lleft the restaurant without even an apology. Check several times and I was told that we were still waiting for a table as other parties were walking in and being seated. Have eaten at this Chain of restaurant in other cities before and never had a problem.
It was my first time taking my guest I had been wanting to take for so long. I think next time we will try a day when it’s not a holiday. Are table was ignored a few times . My guest didn’t get the full experience.
It was Amazing as always! They need to do a better job managing reservations with walk-ins and make reservations more of a priority!
It was a very busy day for them for Father’s Day. Even with resvn, we had to wait maybe 20-30 mins. and there were a lot of people standing at the receiving area waiting.
They made it up with good and polite service. As always, food is great.

Delicious food, wonderful service, equitable pricing, short wait time for table, fresh salad bar, excellent selection of meats and offerings; polite accommodating servers. Wonderful seating arrangements, beautiful Decour, excellent atmosphere. Wonderful desserts. Every morsel/cut of meat was savory on the tongue and to the pallet!!!
Very hot and crowded. I was sweating and so was my father who came to dinner with me. Staff was very nice and friendly, but Service was slow, and I was told that it was due to the kitchen being behind. I have been to several different Brazilian steaks houses and this was my first time visiting this one, and it will be my last. 80% of the meats were over cooked and dry. This was my first time visiting a Brazilian steakhouse and asking for sauce to dip my meets in to give them some flavor. We did the full experience where you have access to the side Buffet bar. We had The strawberry cheesecake and tres leches cake for dessert and they were good. I just would not return due to the crowdedness (tables very close together and I kept getting bumped by people and waiters passing by), the warm temperature inside, and the wait it took to get food/refills
This is completely unacceptable, as no guest should ever have to experience this. We apologize, and we hope you award us another chance when you are ready.
It was good… food are amazing
It was nice experience, good variety of tasty protein choices and cocktails. My only negative is not come with large parties unless you can reserve a private room. We had reservation for 11 adults and the table was very cramped. The staff providing continuous tableside service of signature cuts of fire-roasted meat had to squeeze in-between even while we backed away to our left/right side to give them room to cut. However, if you have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse it's still worth a try.
Great place to take a group!!
The waiter that was assigned to us only acknowledge us twice. Our coasters sat on green for at least 15mins. While he ran around acknowledging everyone else. A manager noticed & came over to acknowledge us. Then another waitress noticed & approached us to ask if we’re ok. We asked if she could be our waitress because the gentlemen was not giving us any attention. She let the manager know & her & the manager made things a lot better. I believe the waiter judged book by it’s cover which is a huge mistake. I gave the waitress a 60.00 tip for being so awesome! I don’t think I will return. The entire experience made us lose appetite & it was a very uncomfortable experience.

Excellent food and customer service!
My most recent visit was underwhelming. The red meats were all cooked "done" and tasted dry and hard. There was very little variety. I came in at 1:30pm for lunch. I assume it was too closed to the restaurant's break, and they didn't to bring out more meats. The servers were inattentive, except for 1 person that helped me at the end. Some servers did not know the restaurant's carry out policy and asked to buy something to take home. Overall, not tye typical experience I'm used to, and I have been to this location 5 times.

We had a great experience at the Sunday Brunch. Wasn't overly crowded the noise level was fine, EXCELLENT SERVICE by Tommy, and we sat right by the food bar and it was kept very clean and full. Night times when we have gone is much louder, so we may be back for brunch !!

I have been to this location in the past and had no issues whatsoever, but this time around I'm not sure if it was the return from COVID, or it just being busy, but the meat variety was VERY poor. We were offered the same cut of meat over and over again, and never saw other cuts of meat, even after asking our server to ensure they were sent over our way. The meats we did get was very good, but we were looking for some variety, not just the same offerings over and over again. All other aspects of the meal were fine, and other than not being able to wrangle us some other cuts of meat the servers were attentive and friendly. I would still return to this location, but the outing was disappointing, and considering it was to celebrate a 50th birthday I was expecting more.

Food was just ok, service was terrible. We waited 45 minutes without getting a refill on our drink as servers kept passing our table and then we had to flag someone down just to get our check. We told the manager about the experience and she was not apologetic at all, just gave excuses and attitude. You would expect with the amount of money you pay that you would get better service. You can go anywhere else and pay a lot less with better food and service.

Birthday party barely got meat choices and only one side at the table

This was our last nice dinner of our vacation. Since our reservation was later in the evening, I assumed it would be a little quieter. Nope! It was post pandemic mayhem! The place was absolutely packed and loud! Although we had a reservation, we still had to wait 30 minutes for our table. The table was not ready when we were seated and the server verbally scolded the young man in front of us for not having the table set. It wasn’t a big deal, but we just kept running into issues after that. It took a while to get our drinks - understandable with the business levels. Water was served after the drinks. Waited in a line at the market table. We were served raw sirloin. It looked fresh when she brought it to our table, then when she actually cut into it and served it, it was not rare, it was raw! Red and cold in the middle. Gross! Our worst part was the water. Half way through the glass, my son noticed something at the bottom that appeared to be sand. My daughter and I noticed the same in ours. We brought it to the attention of the server, and she explained it off as ‘Parmesan cheese’ that may have come off our lips and gotten into the glass. Hmmm, we are all adults and understand what floaties are, this was not the case. She said she would get us new glasses. We waited…. another gentleman cleared the plates off our table and said they were backed up and didn’t have any clean glasses. This is something that could be happening at an Applebee’s, but should not be happening at a higher class restaurant such as Fogo. When we finally got our water, we drank a little, and noticed it again. You could not explain this as food this time since our table was now cleaned of plates. I had 2 of your signature drinks, and, honestly, since I am not a drinker, I should have been a little tipsy and was not. There was nothing spectacular about any of the food this time either. Just all around disappointing. Definitely not worth our money.

Our server was great, everyone working but one of the hosts was great. The one host was amazing and accommodated us so well! But the one that was rude, just really left a bad taste in my mouth. Definitely not what I expected. Again, our server was great though.
It was our first time. We wanted something special for our 32nd anniversary. Wonderful! Fabulous!

My family and I have enjoyed going to Fogo for many years. While the full Churrasco experience is always a good time and the food is usually delicious, the service continues to be a mixed bag. Upon arriving at our table, the gentleman who first served us was friendly and attentive. However, as is often the case at Fogo, the service goes from being very good, to being noticeably absent for long periods at a stretch. Particularly frustrating this last visit was the dirty dishes situation. Despite there seeming to be a full compliment of bus staff, no one ever came to clear our used plates or glasses. At one point, my wife simply took it upon herself to go get fresh plates and we had to ask a couple of times to have our dirty plates and glasses away. Also, there was a complete lack of the best cuts of beef until we specifically asked for them to come. The Picanha, the Fraldinha, and the Alcatra are among our favorite cuts, yet none was offered until we flagged down a server and specifically requested it. To be fair, once we asked, the good stuff came quickly and the quality was excellent. We will continue to come to Fogo and it’s always a fun night out, but it seems that inconsistent service continues to be the norm here.
The service was super. I was a bit disappointed in the salad bar, it seemed a bit sparse compared to previous visits. I would like to see some kind of dress code required.
Delicious choices of meat and a wonderful salad bar. This is the place to be when you are really hungry. The ambiance is fast paced and noisy, but the experience is fun

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. the wait time for having a reservation was very minimal specially for a holiday weekend.
Over priced sizzler. Wait staff were nice. Drinks were bad. Salad bar was mediocre. Meat was subpar. Ambience was terrible. The group of kids rubbing around was off putting.

Servers were nice but service was slow: slow to bring the meats, slow to bring sides, slow to refill salad bar — yet it was the middle of the afternoon and restaurant was about 1/3 full. Beef and lamb good; pork over cooked; chicken never came by. Would not return.
