   The Scottsdale location is small and too busy. The salad bar is next to the entrance, making it a consistent traffic jam. The servers were not very attentive and the meat was rarely available, compared to other locations. Skip Fogo de Chao in Scottsdale, AZ and go to Serra Gaucha in Peoria, AZ. The service experience is much better and there is plenty of space.

   Very slow service on the meats coming around, meats were hit or miss on what was good but none of it was particularly flavorful. Seemed like their goal was definitely to get you to resort to filling up at the salad bar. I’ve had much better steaks for the same price and probably would’ve gotten more meat from just ordering one steak somewhere else.

   First, it's not fair for me to comment on ambiance because it is currently under remodel, which I didn't know at time of booking. My biggest problem was the food. The meat was pretty flavorless. The salad bar was great! We paid a lot of money for dinner of 8, and I just wish I enjoyed the food more.

   We celebrated Mother's Day. It was extremely crowded and I heard whispers that they had over booked. Some people had waited past there reservation time to be seated. The waiter and support staff handled the over booking by all helping each other no matter what table they were assigned. The only criticism I have is that the front desk should text people if they cannot seat the party immediately.

   One of the worst experiences we have ever had at a restaurant on Mother’s Day. Very disorganized from the get go! People were waiting 45 minutes to an hour and a half with a reservation. They were way overbooked. The proteins were sub par. Service was poor, I suspect due to the mess in the front of the house. First time at Fogo… it will be the last!

   Didnt respect my reservation. I had to wait over an hour to be seated. Im pretty sure they were prioritizing the walk ins over reservations

   Booked a reservation thru OpenTable and when we arrived at our reserved time, we were told we were checked in and had to wait an hour to be seated. I do understand it was Mother’s Day but why not informs us that the reservation doesn’t mean anything & we would still have to wait. When we were seated the waiter Nick was great, a half an hour into our meal he had completely disappeared, we kept having to flag other waiters requesting refills and having to wait an extremely long time for those or having to request it again. It got to the point where we asked for the check to just leave and waited 15 mins for it. To give you an idea we got there at 2:40 and didn’t leave until 6pm just a lot of waiting around.

    They clearly overbooked. Our reservation was at 2:30 and we didn’t get to our table until 3:20. Just for that we will not go again. The waitress was so tired from working non stop, but she did a great job. Food came out fast and tasted good.
