   Mediocre at best… Sunday night- average crowd, party of 4. Birthday dinner. Hard to find cuts we liked , felt like they kept passing us by in favor of larger parties Servers hard to find/flag down. Table kept dirty w no clearing of used plates. Would not go back

   Had a fantastic time but a little disappointed we sat outside with the misters on. The food was amazing though, and we filled up quickly. Not all of the types of meat were brought by our table, but we also forgot to ask for the others to come around. Loved the picanha and the fried bananas the most, as well as the bacon-wrapped chicken. Wish there was more cheese bread made available, too, without needing to have the server bring it by. Enjoyed the whole experience and we were very glad we made reservations because it was BUSY on a Saturday evening.

   Whats the point in having a reservation if you still have to wait 45mins to an hour. Lobby and outside were super busy with many others waiting to be seated as well. You shouldn't provide the option to "reserve" a table if you already have many others reserving the same time. Restaurant definitely over booked. Too many reservations not enough table.

   We checked in at 7:15 for our reservation and we’re told it would be a few moments. 30 minutes later, I asked the hostess if our table was close to being ready. She said that she hadn’t checked us in and we’d be seated “in a little while.” I explained dour reservation and she didn’t care at all. It was an absolute nightmare watching couple after couple being seated before us. We were finally sat at 8:30 which was 75 minutes after our reservation. The food was great, but the hostess on 8/12/22 was rude, unempathetic, and overall bad at her job. The food was delicious, but the experience was overshadowed by the incompetence and rudeness of the hostess.

   Restaurant had a distinct haze of smoke throughout. Several meats didn’t make it to our table including what I think was the brand new porterhouse offering. Asked for additional sides four times only to receive them at the end of the meal when we were done. Wait staff seemed very rushed.

    We had a good experience. The salad bar was probably the star of the show. We came in for our anniversary expecting it to be amazing. It was our second time coming to Fogo and this experience wasnt the best unfortunately. All the meat was overcooked and had no flavor. We asked for no palenta since we dont like it and got a whole plate of it. The mashed potatoes were great but cold. The salad bar options were great and such a variety. Our server was very nice but every three seconds someone new would come over asking if we wanted new plates and we said no and they seemed irritated with our response

    The general manager whose name is Mimi has made this restaurant into an amazing place to dine. The food is excellent as well as the service making it a must to add to any occasion to dine.

    Usually this location is above board but this time it was extremely uncomfortable in the main dining area, it was probably 15degrees warmer than any other time I've visited... And the requests for certain meat selections was inconsistent

    Excellent service.. Andie and Brandie were just wonderful.. Great food.. Extremely wonderful Salad Bar.. My father's 85th Birthday and he got a great tasting piece of cake with a candle!!!

    We had such a wonderful experience! Everything we could’ve needed appeared instantly after the thought crossed our mind. The meat was spectacular and served at the perfect temperature. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. From someone who works in the restaurant industry, this may be one of the best staffs I’ve ever encountered out. We can’t wait to be back!

    Restaurant was uncharacteristically hot. My two guests were also sweating just sitting there. The table cloth was filthy and unappetizing to look at. We paid for the full experience, and didn’t get our mashed potatoes/ polenta and fried banana until halfway through our meal. Staff was attentive and checked in often, but this is not what I would expect for the price point.

    So, we gave Fogo another try after our debacle on Mother's Day. Let me tell you that Fogo definitely took excellent care of us this time around and were well aware of last not so good experience. My husband and I had a reservation for 6pm on 8/6 to celebrate our anniversary. We only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated even though it was quite busy. Our servers and Gauchos were amazing and attentive. The meats and sides were very well prepared this time. The leg of lamb, picanha, and ribeye were to die for. Finally, shout out to Brandie! She came to apologize for Mother's Day and she went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a lot better this time. And, it was excellent!

    The salad bar was fantastic with lots of healthy, fresh choices. I love the bread and mashed potatoes. The bottom round cut of beef was too tough to chew though, and so was another cut of beef. We were disappointed with the beef but my friend liked the lamb. The woman at the crepe bar was very nice and made a tasty crepe. The service could not be beat — we never ran out of ice tea or water, and they made sure we had enough side dishes.

    We used to go at least once a week. We went yesterday and the prices raised significantly but the quality of meats weren’t as good. Steaks were tuff and veiny and in comparison to the way it used to be, it wasn’t good. It is pricey but that’s okay if they would have brought out enough which we were chasing the servers for food and never came out medium. Potatoes were served cold twice and had to go back and by the time they came the food wasn’t served enough. The gaucho waiter’s are supposed to keep coming and offering different dishes which was us chasing after them to bring more and medium which every time they brought it was well done. All the old staff mostly left and the newer servers maybe were instructed not to keep coming with food. The price is approx. $65.00 a person and the quality in comparison to the way it was for a patron like us to feel it went down hill is very truthful. I may try one more time if I were to get a coupon but for $135.00 plus tip, it was a great disappointment.

    Disappointing experience!!! This place is not what it used be. Not much ambiance anymore, the salad bar looked tired, and the food/ meats quality was nothing special. Didn’t worth the money we spent. Too bad, we used to love this restaurant.

    I honestly used to love FOGO a few years ago, but the last couple times we have been there it's been less that desirable. The Parmesan Pork was served to us almost RAW in the middle, and was noticed by a sweet woman serving some sort of jerk chicken and pulled off my plate for obvious reasons. The salad Bar was a Hot mess, they were out of most of the dressings, and the tongs used to pick things up were filthy. Service was also less than stellar, as it took forever to even get drinks, or mashed potatoes that usually come right away. 3 of the deserts were out at 8 pm, and the ice cream actually had ICE CHUNKS in it!! I've been here enough times now to know to avoid the palace from now on. Note to the food preps... pork should NEVER be pink in the middle!! But of course, a FOOD SAFETY class should have let you know that already upon hiring!

    Fogo continues to demonstrate a slow but steady downhill trend for service, value and ambience. Prices continually increase, which isn’t unexpected in this environment. However, the service levels, and quality of food/options available has dropped. Salad bar has fewer options. The traditional meats were fine. Odd service experience - brought out crème brûlée that literally had only the hard candied shell on top. The kitchen forgot the crème, and the server did not notice. Another server came by with offerings of iced shrimp, after we’d already had dessert. It was a zoo inside, not unusual for a Friday. However, many of the patrons weren’t dressed for the occasion, with many in tank tops and/or hats on backwards. It wasn’t bad, just meh. Pains me to write this, as I frequent FDC 4-5 times annually. Too many other places that offer a more enjoyable experience.

    Very busy place. The server was not checking on us very frequently but the floor manager was. She got us a special request of white rice for my 3 year old. I really appreciate her gesture there. The food was good, to be honest if they only offered Sirloin and Picanha in a plate, that is all I would ask for. Overall good experience, the papaya ice cream was delicious.

    We went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately, they over booked our reservation at 6:45 and we had to wait over an hour and 20 min to be seated. We had a group of 12 people including three small children. We would check in with the hostess every 10 - 15 min or so and she would tell us that we’re “the next big party to be seated” meanwhile she sat three large groups before us that had a reservation after ours. Long story short I’m very disappointed with the way we were treated.

    Took my husband for a birthday celebration and the food is amazing. I asked for drinks that aren’t too sweet and what was recommended were very sweet so I took only 1 sip and my husbands drink was full of honey too very disappointing on the drinks. Also where they sat us we kept getting fruit flies around us. It was very annoying. Ended up telling the waitress but she never moved us. I don’t think I will be returning to this places.

    The price was high. Family of 4 adults no alcohol $350. The quality of the meets was not great very fatty and tough. Service was good and salad bar was pretty good. Overall, the quality and quantity of the food was not worth the price.

    Severe under-staffing has affected Fogo de Chão. Our sides didn't arrive at our table until near the end of the meal (Approximately 50 minutes after we were seated). It took 3+ requests of the staff before we received them. When they arrived, they were poorly prepared and lacked flavor. The meats were great as usual. However, in a relatively full restaurant, I noticed that there only two Gauchos on the floor during the first 30 minutes of our visit. Eventually, there were five or six with various meats circling the floor, but it took a while. I've been a customer of this Fogo location for a decade. This was my worst experience by far. The manager was nice enough to give my table complementary desserts. However, I won't be returning until the staffing shortage is resolved.

    Fuimos para celebrar mi cumpleaños y todo fue perfecto. Nos sentaron de inmediato al llegar. El servicio fue amable y eficiente. El buffet fresco y variado. Había suficiente personal y no hubo una tardanza entre las bebidas, los cortes de carne, platos limpios, postre, la cuenta. Puedo decir que esta visita fue incluso mejor que la anterior.     It was our first visit to this chain. We had high expectations and the food was ok, would have rather of spent the money on a different meal. The buffet was very underwhelming. The meats were nice but it felt like the same type of cut was coming around. We had to ask for lamb, chicken and pork. Just didn’t exceed our expectations. Service was very kind.
