We recently celebrated our anniversary at Fogo de Chão, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Our table manager ensured we were well taken care of throughout the evening, providing us with attentive service and even offering a complimentary dessert to celebrate our special day. The ambiance and atmosphere were perfect for such an occasion. Wanted to love our experience! Unfortunately the food was extremely underwhelming for the price. One of the men cutting the meat dropped it on my parents white shirt (definitely an accident but we were already not satisfied with the experience). Bone marrow was amazing and so was the lobster mash. The meat was under seasoned and a bit over cooked at some points.

Server was indifferent and a bit cold. No variety of types of sides. Was essentially rushed through the whole experience by the waiter. It was my son’s birthday. I will never come back nor recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Was really looking forward to this meal. Extreme high priced. Restaurant was loud! Crammed together. Food was not high quality and the portions were slivers of meat. Only had one beer choice. Do not recommend.

This location is under construction, there is no bar or lounge and the air conditioning is lacking. They are not publicizing this on the website which is beyond frustrating for people who plan ahead and want to get drinks before dinner. Simply put it on the website, on Open Table, or be sure to tell people if they call in for reservations.

Attended the Prisoner Wine tasting dinner and the food was fantastic BUT 30% of attendees were placed in a different room than the speaker thus couldn't hear anything about the wine. Also the TVs and speakers didn't work for the presentation so we heard absolutely nothing about the wine or event talk. The restaurant was also under construction/ remodel and was a complete mess!!! Will not go back until the construction is complete. It was embarrassing to bring a guest and have such subpar setting and experience.

We loved our evening at this restaurant. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food was great! The only suggestion we had was for the papaya dessert to add some fruit pieces to it or at least leave some of the ice cream in its natural form. It was a weird texture. Other than that all was great!

The saving grace was the servers. They were kind. The food was not good at all. No flavor. Lacked varieties in meats. I ended up eating mostly from the salad bar. It is also under renovations. Had we of known, we never would have come here. But aside from that, the food was just not good. We spent nearly $200 on food and soda… regretfully.
