   There is a great price increase this time. eg. the original add on steak to market table was $11 , now it is $14

   I had my reservation at 8:30 PM. I arrived at 8:00 PM. It was 9:00 PM and they didn't assign me a table. The hostess just looked at me and talked to the other two. A waiter who already knows me was the one who assigned me a table. They never told me my table.

   Our dinner was fabulous. Andres the manager made sure everything was wonderful. Gaucho Hector brought out our meats made just perfectly. Max also made sure we had everything we wanted. The dining experience was the best. All beef ribs & filet mignon & salad bar was excellent. Highly recommend trying this restaurant because you will have the best experience you could wish for.

   Lunch at their Salad bar is such a feast with the variety of salads, cheese, candied bacon, Brazilian stew and my favorite cheesy bread puffs! They even brought by pieces of grilled pieces of cheese drizzled with honey!

   We went here based off previous experiences in other states. We went early and there was maybe 20-30 other guests, so not busy. The meat came around so slow. The quality of meat was terrible. They cut tiny slices as if they were goin to run out. We were asked if we would like anything in particular and we asked for steak multiple times and it took way too long to arrive as if they forgot. The salad bar food was old and not fresh. There were flies flying around us at our table. The service was subpar we had to ask multiple times for refills or even water to start. We visit Brazilian steakhouses frequently and this was the worst experience we have ever had. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

   So disappointed. An hour and half after reservation time. I understand it's a holiday. This has never happened in the past. Also bar is gone due to renovation. Everyone had to wait outside in the heat. With elderly family members this was a big problem. Cocktails were pure sugar water. Only bright spot our servers were excellent and so kind. They work very hard during these busy times. Shout out to them. I've been here many times so I am not unaware it is busy during a holiday but this was not good at all. Won't be going back any time soon.

   The food was good. Everything was ok until it was time to pay the bill. They charged my card double. The charge has still not dropped off so I’m sure I’ll have to go thru my bank to dispute it. Just ruined the whole experience. I was given contact information for management but still for a high class dining experience to have such a mishap is unfortunate. Imagine if the bill was $600 to have to pay that twice. Thankfully it wasn’t.

   Restaurant was very loud and crowded. The “cheaper” cuts of meat were brought out in plenty but had to ask for the better cuts. Seems like they try to fill you up on salad bar, chicken, sausage and pork so no room for the better meats. Had to ask for the filet and lamb. For the money I can get a lot better quality and nicer ambiance at a plethora of other restaurants. The valet parking was appreciated and we had a cute gal serving us who made a lot of effort to please us. We spent $300 for 3 diners with only 1 cocktail for the whole table.

    So much delicious food. There are always servers available if you need anything and their side dishes are amazing!
