We both just had the lunch Market Table experience but we had more than enough to choose from and fill us up. Everything was top notch...from the food options to the service. Would definitely recommend it for the $15 per person cost. There is an option to add cooked meat to it if you wish but we did not. We will return some evening for dinner when we have fasted for two days.....

Astounded that they were out of polenta. Seems like not as many gouchos were circulating.

My husband came home from six months away for military training and this was our celebration dinner together. Our server was fantastic. She was upbeat, thanked him for his service, and made sure to tell me what I could and couldn't have (I have a gluten allergy). I was happy to find that I could eat almost everything on their menu and didn't have any issues finding plenty to enjoy. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and warm and we would go back again.

Normally would recommend, but not based on this visit. Meat selection slim pickens. Salad bar average with no changes since our last visit. Made reservation for 7:45pm and was seated at 8:30pm. Didn't set the stage for a great birthday setting.

Awful. Didn’t even get sat. Our reservation was for 7:45. We arrived at 7:40 and they unapologetically told us they overbooked reservations and that it would be at least 30 minutes before they could seat us. Meanwhile there were AT LEAST 75 people waiting. We couldn’t even comfortably stand in the establishment while waiting. The hostess told us “it was not her job” to handle reservations and couldn’t have been less accommodating.
Ive NEVER had a good customer experience at this restaurant and I will NEVER go back. I’m embarrassed I chose to reserve a table at Fogo De Chao - my group was extremely disappointed and it ultimately ruined our night. Awful experience with the restaurant and with Open Table. 1/10 is being too generous. Both deserve a 0/10. Extremely disappointed.

Have visited this location several times. Something has changed here. Food before was amazing, this time our entire party commented that the steaks have become completely tasteless, complete lack of basic flavor (even no salting) meat assortment has been reduced, wait staff are cutting much smaller slices of meat, not coming around nearly as much as they once were.
Not sure if there is new management in this location but something has changed within the past 6 months which has damaged this restaurants dining experience.
It will be a while before I’m willing to give them a second chance.

The food was amazing and accompanied a wonderful dining experience. My husband and I were celebrating my birthday and were able to enjoy the full dinner. The meat selections were fantastic and there were plenty to choose from — steaks, pork, lamb and chicken — and we very much enjoyed the variety of salads. There were several large parties in the restaurant, which distracted our original server from our table, but the other waitstaff and managers assisted to maintain service.

Would not recommend or return again. For the price , the meat was cold and dry. The waiter was geeat, but the tables were so close together I literally felt like I was dining with strangers.... couldnt have any type of private conversation . Also beware, when they ask you if you would like to taste a new infusion that they are trying..... they are really adding it to your bill to the tune of $13 per taste. Was hoping for a nice birthday sinnee rhat turnes into a big waste of money!!

Meat eater's destination. Although they have a huge salad bar with just about anything you could want, it really is about the meats. Large selection of tender, moist, hot off the grill cuts of beef (Filet, top and bottom round, sirloin..), pork tenderloin, leg of lamb, lamb chops. chicken, sausages---well you get the picture. These are delivered to your table by gauchos and carved to your specifications. Make sure you go there hungry because it definitely is "all you can eat!!". Service is always professional and personable.

Unfortunately, the food at Fogo de Chao is not as good as it used to be. Majority of the cuts are tasteless, looks like they are cooked in a hurry, hence their lack of flavor. We visited Fogo de Chao in February and had a similar experience. I had the opportunity to visit Fogo de Chao in Brazil several times, when the Scottsdale location was opened the food was superb. Hopefully they improve their quality soon.

Very expensive.
Loud.
Buffet for salad.
Small sides delivered tableside.
Not very much variety.
Lamb tasted terrible.
Felt rushed.
Celebrated a birthday- no candle or anywhere special— order a dessert off the menu and nothing special about it.
Will not be back

Stopped in for Restaurant Week this past Saturday. I have always believed that no matter how busy an establishment may be, customer service should never be compromised. I am pleased to say the customer service provided by Karina upon arriving was top notch. How she kept a warm, smiling face amidst all of the surrounding chaos is astounding. We also appreciated the plethora of servers asking how our meal was throughout our dinner. They offered to clear out empty plates, refill our waters, and ask to see if there was a specific type of meat we wanted brought over. Kudos to Fogo de Chão for taking care of us! We will be back. :)

Food always stellar. We came for restaurant week to enjoy The great deal. We did but two expensive bottles of wine. And the wine service presentation was a missed opportunity. I'm not sure if decant or what price point. These we 80.dollar bottles of wine? The desserts we're good just very small for what you got. It seemed like an after thought on for the restaurant week. Manager came by couple times. Very nice. Overall will be back, just maybe not during restaurant week

We used to go to Fogo for special occasions and it was always a favorite. The food as well as the service has declined. We will not be returning. The meat tasted old and tough, the service was poor, our server made numerous mistakes, and even when we complained to the manager, they didn't do anything about it. It is too bad, but don't waste your money. It isn't worth it.

It was like Disneyland in there; utter chaos. Very loud, children everywhere, a log jam at the salad, appetizer bar that needed a patrol person, The salad bar basically looked like something from a Las Vegas casino...the caesar salad tasted like it had bottled dressing (disappointing) better yet you should get rid of the salad bar because it's a public health disaster waiting to happen with all the hands, children and people swarming.

lighting was too bright (fix the lighting in that place), ceilings so high that impacted the noise level... and majority of tables in one large room made it feel like a hospital cafeteria.

Despite my chagrin, the meats were surprisingly excellent, and the staff who administered them were very good. Mashed Potatoes were bland and had too much pepper. Music was crazy (not well thought out) and impacted the noise levels. Overall, the whole
place is too commercialized, I know they are popular but just as much as a rainforest cafe and look how that worked out. There you have it.

We went for restaurant week and it includes a dessert. The portion of the dessert was ridiculousness. It like they took a normal slice of cheesecake and cut it into thirds and you got a third of a slice it was like sliver of a piece. The food & service was good. Although you have to pay extra for the filet and finer cuts of meat and they don't bring it around till the end of the meal.

We ordered the Restaurant Week special menu. We’ve always enjoyed the dinners during Restaurant Week until Fogo de Chao. Because we were using this special, we were not allowed the better cuts of beef, pork and lamb. Therefore, the beef was very tough to the point of inedible. The one cut of pork was okay as was the one cut of lamb. I feel this place abused the draw of Restaurant Week. We will not return. Shame on you.

Went for a birthday dinner and realized they were running a special for restaurant week. All 5 of us ordered this and were told it did not include filet, lamb, and ribs, which wasn't a deal breaker. We didn't realize that it did not include chicken, pork, or sausage either. After dining for 1 hr I ended up with 4 slices of sirloin. We kept asking out waiter and gauchos to bring more variety around but they never did. The manager offered to comp us desserts which was nice. Gauchos were walking around with all different meats but would not stop at our table. Seems like if you ordered the special you were avoided except for the sirloin. Market table was good.

The restaurant looks fancy. The server was very friendly. Our food was good. However, we were surprised to see an extra $21.50 charge for the shrimp cocktail. We were explained the experience, and we can eat as much of the meat as we want. However, no one told us the shrimp cocktail they bring around is extra. If the experience is all you can eat, you should explain to your customers, especially for first timers if something is going to be brought out but for extra charge.

This was not a restaurant for our tastes. Huge, noisy dining room. Exceptional unlimited salad bar. Very good wine selection. Excellent service. But we found the Brazilian meats disappointing. Very crowded and people kept bumping into our chairs. If the idea of servers in gaucho pants serving slice of meat from a sword is irresistible you will like it. If quiet sophistication is more your style, I wouldn't recommend it.
