   Manager Brandie was amazing, servers were amazing… food quality was very subpar… drinks were good. I want the food to be so good everytime I come it’s just not that good. I hate it because it’s a beautiful restaurant with top notch service. The food is below average

   Overall, the experience at Fogo de Chão was good, but there were some disappointing aspects. The meats were brought out very slowly, and unfortunately, the premium cuts only started coming around once we were already full. It felt like a deliberate strategy to hold back the best offerings until the end, which took away from the full experience we were expecting. Additionally, the Market Table was underwhelming m some of the vegetables looked old and unappetizing, which made it hard to enjoy that part of the meal.

   Came here for my husbands birthday, he loves this place! The meats is always delicious, but just wish the salad bar had more fresh fruit. Even though some of the fruit and more salad toppings,other then that is was great!!

   The service was satisfactory, but it’s clear that this establishment has been declining for some time. While it’s understandable that they remain open during renovations, greater attention to detail is necessary to create a more inviting atmosphere for visitors. Our server displayed a lack of enthusiasm and empathy, compounded by multiple issues, such as being served the wrong drink. Additionally, another staff member inadvertently dropped food right beside our table, and it took an unusually long time to get our drinks refilled. The only beverage option now available is a rather unimpressive fountain drink, with no standard cans in sight. It’s disappointing to note that while prices have increased, the quality of service and overall experience has diminished significantly.

   The food is always good, the service was good, and very attentive. We didn’t like being seated right by the kitchen and the register. It felt extremely crowded in that specific spot, but we felt it could be a good thing because everything was coming out by us. That wasn’t the case, we had to flag them down, or the waitress would go get them. But again everything was great, just a rough place to be seated with a group of 6.

   My gaucho server named Guzman was excellent. He took the time to make our dinner wonderful. Andres the manager had the restaurant and the staff doing a wonderful job. Eddie took the time to make sure we had everything. Just an amazing experience.

   Sat for almost a hr and did not eat anything. I felt as if I did not even exist. The waiters walked right pass me with food and never stopped at my table. My original experience with this restaurant was in Chicago and the service and food was amazing. I planned to take my wife for her birthday yesterday since she never been before and the way they treated us was terrible and ruined our night.
