Enjoyed a lovely dinner with my two sons (14 and 16) who treated me for my birthday. The staff were so accommodating and patient as the boys were trying to make sure I didnt pay and that I had a surprise bday dessert. Every staff member we encountered was amazing.
Second one sat and everyone in the room starting get served meat way before we did even though we had already turned our stickers to green. Service was slow with refilling the water. Meat was below expectations which is disappointing as we have been here several times.
Took forever to get served meat and had to keep asking for meat . Was celebrating my finance birthday and was hoping for a much better experience especially for the price that was paid.
Food was good. Service was on point. Cocktails are way overpriced for majority ice containing - very disappointing.
Food was Excellent!
Service and quality of food has dropped in the last few years! Went there for lunch and over-paid for the full experience lunch menu with all the meats. They just brought out the 3-4 meats over and over. Last time I will go there.
We were there for about 45 minutes at our table before the meat ever came to use. The guys just kept serving everyone except the corners in the back were we were. We were overcharged on two items. And they applied the tip I gave them in cash which screwed up how I paid with credit. For was really good and the staff was doing the best they could to keep up. We will come back for sure. Just gotta watch the bill and flag down the meat!
Food was fabulous as always. Staff was friendly and professional, as always. Service was a a bit slower than usual.
Party of 6, we placed drink orders and our waitress didn't come back to our table for the rest of the evening. Never got to order another cocktail or water refills. Tried to get her attention several times. Food was good. We were packed in and meat had to be served across the table as servers couldn't go behind because the seats were so close to each other.
Finally, stopped another waitress and she brought our bill. Not a cheap meal for such pathetic service.
We've been here many times in the past but will not rush back.
Amazing place! Worth the trip
Too crowded, servers were too loaded. Took 20mins to get a drink, my plate didn’t get refreshed. Not all Keats where out, mean ya were burnt and hard to come by. Awful experience
Our host was awesome ! Check in was so easy, because we used open table our wait was ~12 min on the Saturday after Valentine’s Day !
Can’t believe I’m even having to type this up.
Went in on 2/15 with a reservation for 6:45 pretty early. It was busy as expected on the day after Valentine’s Day after waiting about 25 minutes finally was called and they wanted to sit us right by the entrance where a lot of people were waiting I asked if they had anything else available as there was a party waiting right next to my seat and the server said sure kept walking and took us to a small round table next to the water area (where they keep clean plates and pitchers of water) and she said “this is all we have at the moment” so because we did not want to wait any longer we sat there and the chairs were not like everybody’s chair almost felt like plastic chairs and not to mention the table was a rocking mess! It was pretty upsetting as this is a “higher scale restaurant”.
Besides that we didn’t get a bread refill because our waiter kept saying they are gone as soon as they come out although we witnessed tables getting their bread. We waited for quite a while for most of the meat and I understand it was busy but definitely not worth $150!
Needless to say I won’t ever be returning to this location, what a Valentine’s Day dinner this was.
Went the day after Valentine's. Very busy and noisy. Luckily our table was not at the entrance. Slow to get the filet mignon and took longer too get a 2nd serving.
The general manager doesn’t know how to control her restaurant. There was a customer complaining about an employee and from what I saw it was not the employee’s fault. The employee he was complaining about provided us and others excellent service. The customer was disgusting and rude, making comments about how much money he has and saying he won’t stop till the employee is fired. It was a special night, Valentines’ Day, and this scene caused everyone around him to be uncomfortable and annoyed. The manager only seemed to care about him because he was slipping her 100 dollar bills. Instead of asking him to leave since he was being a pest to everyone around, she continued try and please the man that was causing all the problems. Definitely won’t be going back. F for service.
The food was excellent service was excellent noise level was loud but to be expected , the atmosphere was excellent thank you. 😁😁😁
Absolutely not what I expected. Level and quality of the food and the dining experience was absolutely subpar for what we paid for it. Way over crowded and way too many tables in one space. Very disappointed.
We were very disappointed this time. We have eaten there many times but this time was very disappointing. So many extra tables because of the holiday that the guys with the meat couldn't move around. The guy with the sirloin skewer came by 6 times! Unfortunately, that was the only beef that made it to our table. After 2 times around we really wanted to try something else. Very disappointed!
Got worse table in the house, literally in the entrance, next to door. Two little round cocktail tables put together. It was my daughter bday on valentine day and i want to have a good experience. No the way to treat clients on a special day. Shame on them for trying to sell more tables than the restaurant can handle.
Food was good, it was extremely busy because it was Valentine’s Day (which we expected) but they crammed way too many tables in there, even the servers were complaining. Will go back but definitely not on a holiday.
Way too expensive
Great atmosphere 👍🏻 good food as well
Wise to go the day before a holiday if you would like a relaxed and more quiet meal. The manager said they have 1,200 reservations for tomorrow's 2020 Valentine's Day.
Great atmosphere, great food, great restaurant!
Top notch service and food! One of our favorite places to go!
It was fantastic!!!! The meat was more than wonderful !!!
Celebrated my oldest daughter’s 20th birthday. Table was ready and waiting, service was the best, awesome salad bar and the best choices of meat! Been there many times before and will go back many more times in the future.
Slow service. Disappointing.
Had a great birthday brunch experience. Very tasty food, pleasant staff and memorable! Will definitely return and celebrate here again
This was our first time trying Sunday brunch. Overall it was a good experience, however the rotation of table service (meat gauchos) was slow and not as much choice as dinner, although it is advertised as being the same. We were never offered or saw any lamb, the rib eye was scarce but the sausage and chicken drumsticks were out every round . The wait staff was superb, our coffee and water was never even close to empty ever!!
Food was mediocre at best and WAY over priced. Very crowded (which is a good problem to have for them but not the guest) and I would compare the environment to something like a Golden Corral, definitely not a place I am going to spend $60-100 per person. Wait Staff did nothing but rush, rush, rush everyone through. I spent more here than at Capital Grill Steak House which was 10 times a better experience than this place.
I don't think I will be visiting a Fogo anytime in the near future.
We had previously dined at the Chicago restaurant for our son’s 18th birthday and we loved it! Because of that experience, we decided to take our daughter to the Scottsdale, AZ location for her birthday. Our entire experience was a disaster! The bartender was rude and did not have the time to explain the cocktail, we were bumped into as we walked across the restaurant, we were seated in an overflow conference room, and there was no birthday recognition at all. I am giving the experience two stars because our waiter tried to be attentive. It was simply too crowded, too loud, and understaffed.
The food was mediocre at best. The salad bar needed to be replenished. Many of the bar items were empty. For a restaurant that size there probably should’ve been three salad bars as it was difficult to manuever across the room. On another note, the restaurant was terribly casual. We were dressed semi formally as we thought Fogo de Chão was a fine dining venue .
Overall, Fogo de Chao was a terrible disappointment. We probably will not be returning.
We seemed to get a lot of the same cuts of beef coming around and only saw the best cuts once (filet). Too much top sirloin. Never saw sausage. Also, I had to wait rather long for the mixed drink from the bar. Salad bar didn’t seem as impressive this time.
Great food and fun environment. Saturday night was extremely busy and very noisy.
I took my husband & daughter for their birthday...It was a great experience and the food was amazing.
Very friendly very attentive! The food was delectable and excitable. It eas an over all very enjoyable and enticing experience. I can't wait until we get to go again!
Excellent food!! very crowded.. make a reservation and be on time!
Everything was excellently as always. This restaurant never disappoints!
We always go to Fogo when we have company in town. This time the food quality, service and value did not meet our previous dining experiences. We will not go again.
The variety of meats was excellent. Service great: so many different staff but anyone would help or find the right person to help. Loved that when we were waiting for a particular steak, they would send them over to us. And since we were celebrating a special occasion, they offered free dessert!
Just love Fogo. The food is always top notch. One of the few buffets that consistently is fresh and delicious. The Meat is always cooked to perfection.
