   Last night was Phenomenal! We are on vacation and celebrating my partner’s birthday. We always enjoy a different kind of experience and this was perfect! I am a chef and I’ve cooked and served many wine dinners but never had the opportunity to be on the other side of the table, so to speak… It was a full circle moment for me. We both enjoyed the entire experience and was satisfied on all levels! Thank you!

    They come out with the same cheep meets and at a super slow pace, spent like 3 hours there and we spoke to the manager about the quality of meats and he said that’s how it is in PR. What a sad answer. This place won’t last, once you walk out everyone says the same.

    The complete experience was 5 star. From the beginning, service from Ana and the attention of Alexander and Franklin were espectacular. We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday and they even gave us the dessert with the Happy Birthday written on it.

    I was placed a reservation for 8:15pm and when I did arrive there was by waiting list and they call me one hour later at 9:20pm. Was a mess and anyone give me the reason that why was changed the rules.

    Valentine's dinner here this year. We got our reservations, because we knew it would be packed. First time here, but we've eaten at Brazilian steakhouses elsewhere. Food was great, but servers were not around our table sitting right by the kitchen, so it took us over an hour into our meal to order another round of drinks. This made our wonderful night less memorable.

    We wanted to celebrate Valentine's Day and birthday in a special place. We had gone before and the service had been great, but yesterday was not a pleasant one. We went without a reservation and they explained to us that they could not serve us. I check an available table through Open Table and there was availability in less than 20 min, so we made the reservation. I had asked for a table at the window but they didn't want to sit us down because "there was no availability" with 3 empty tables right at the window. The waitress at all times was not cordial. I had indicated that I wanted a dessert once dinner was finished, another waitress had to be asked since the designated one did not stop at our table, knowing in advance that she had to bring dessert. She served the water in a very bad way and when she gave us the bill, her treatment was not at all pleasant with us. We tipped her for "friendliness" but she was not deserve even $5.00. If I knew that this would happen on such an important date for us, we would stop somewhere else.

    Reservation for 7:30. Seated at 8:00 in a table that had been free for the entire time we waited. Couldn’t get a waiters attention to get another drink. To 15 min to get the final check

    Buenas tardes la verdad en esta ocasión el servicio bastante malo , había una mesa al lado cuyos comensales llegaron después y a nosotros ni el pan de entrada , esté llego a la cuarta vez de solicitar . Se pidió vino para la cena y la verdad nunca llegó por lo que nos apresuramos a terminar para retirarnos y en las mesas contiguas todo llegaba muy rápido saludos

    Food was amazing! But I was expecting that the server recognized that it was my father’s birthday because I added the description in the reservation but she did not. In the end I had to ask her directly to bring a happy birthday desert. I would love to see them be more mindful of that.

    It’s the most beautiful fogo in the world…(that I have seen…;-) Gorgeous view. Cons-bacon should not be sweet. Yuk. Cons-losing the Brazilian identity. No fire pits. No gaucho guys like it used to be. Now more of a regular restaurant.

    First time for some of my family in PR. Was good and as usual the service in PR is slow. We even speak Spanish. When we got there they didn’t explain how any of it worked like the table cards or what so my family was confused. However the food is so delicious with the market table made it a nice experience to be able to have a nice dinner with my family.

    Special holiday rate did not include anything special. They charged me for a child that did not eat anything. The service was slow with things like bacon taking more than 30 minutes to be brought to the table.

    Food and the staff were wonderful! Really attentive servers. we booked for 12 noon but I’d recommend about 1pm as a lot of different dishes started coming out slightly later on such as grilled cheese and pineapple.
