Family reunion dinner date!

Literally one of the beat service experiences I have ever had at any restaurant in my life. All of the staff were willing to help and assist my son and I. The waitresses made recommendations and even offered tips for us during our time in San Juan. They were all so pleasant and kind. The meats were brought out quickly and often and they actually remembered the meat temperature I requested. The market table... To. Die. For. 10000/10 recommend!

Salad bar did was limited I have been at other Fogo locations in other countries locations and salad bar always had lots of options. This location had the most limited salad bar. Meat options were good, service was a little slow, but maybe due to limited staff. Over just ok.

We have been to Fogo de Chao in Atlanta and LA several times. The San Juan experience was not as expected. We had an 8:45pm reservation and the restaurant closed at 9:00pm. We still expected to have a great experience; however we did not! The salad bar was not stocked with everything that we needed to include salad dressing. The side items (potatoes) were not fresh and were cold upon arrival. The meat services was really slow. We found ourselves sitting and waiting for more meat several times throughout our dinner. I understand that they were closing at 9pm so maybe they should take the last RSVP at 8pm to ensure that all customers feel welcomes and experience Fogo the way they should. Highly unsatisfied.

Well we only got like 4 pieces of meat ! Told the server that we weren’t getting any people coming around with meats. And she said she was going to send some out and we waited 15-20 more minutes nothing we decided to just ask for the check and that took like 20 minutes think she forgot but I understand she was busy

It took a super long time for us to receive our sides.! Needs to have more variety of meats. The place was super clean tho

Food was great, it’s a lot of food! The ceiling was leaking. The table cloths were white and smelly like mildew. Or maybe it was the carpet that smelled ? I dont know but it wasn’t the best experience. I guess don’t go on a rainy day?

We’ve now been to a half dozen Fogo de Chao restaurants in the US (DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Scottsdale, Seattle) and this one ranks 2nd to last next to Scottsdale. The gauchos weren’t in sync. They kept giving us the wrong temperature on the meat...we asked for medium and we kept receiving medium well; but once we alerted the manager, that was rectified. I had to request the beef rib 3 times before it showed up at our table. Unfortunately, the garlic beef and filet mignon never came back around. My husband ordered a top shelf Long Island Iced Tea that he never received; but luckily, we weren’t charged for it. We also ordered a molten lava cake; but when a 2nd gaucho came to ask if we wanted dessert 20 minutes later, we declined (because it was obvious the other gaucho had not placed our dessert order) and asked for the check.

Bad service starting at receptionist. We had a reservation but the receptionist said we need to wait because there was not many waiters.... .

I ordered an entree for my meal. After 40 mins it still had not arrived and my husband was full after eating his salad bar and all the meat. When I asked where my meal was, they had to still go check and said it would be out in 4 mins tops. It still had not arrived 10 mins later so I canceled the order. They were apologetic, and did comp us a dessert as compensation. But, just somewhat too much of an oversight on their part.

Terrible experience. Food quality sub par. Not recommended.

Fabulous meal! Amazing salad bar followed by every imaginable type of meat. Everything was delicious!

Loved every minute of the experience. The salad bar area was well stocked with a variety of starters-chicken salad, meats, cheeses, vegetables, salads.

Service was spectacular as was every dish we tried.

This was easily the best dining experience of our trip.

San Juan establishment was amazing! Very well and inviting. The food was great and plan on coming back in the near future.

Went for a 21st birthday, good food and service but was overall very pricey

Horrible service. 30 minutes to get our drinks. Was our first time here and didn’t understand the concept fully. She explained it to us and then took off and never came back. Had to call over another server for help. Manager was really nice at the end. Would give it a second chance. Food was delish.

We are regulars and counting all the times that we’ve been there, they already had many opportunities to mess it up. they have not. Every time has been impeccable and the food excellent. we have witnessed their management dealing situations and they excelled. Overall, we can only recommend.

Note to the Manager: If it’s a rainy day you should have one of your hostess with a big umbrella escorting the customers from the area which in not covered to the restaurant entrance. Please do the wine specials more often.

We just came out of Fogo de Chao, San Juan, celebrating our 8th anniversary. We wanted a different experience so we order a Wagyu Ancho Ribeye, and it was AWSOME! The beer was extremely cold and my lemonade perfect. Amanda our waitress gave us a great service, the manager was very attentive with us, even came to the table and talk with us. We really enjoy our experience in our anniversary, we definitely will be back. The service and the food was perfect, a 100% with us, we will be back. 100 recommended, Thanks!

We checked in for our dinner reservations and everything went smoothly until we started to order at the outdoor tables.We ordered appetizers, two churrasco experiences and two a la carte items plus a bottle of wine
We were served one if the main a la carte items without the appetizers being served and the churrasco experience started well but then the servers disappeared w/o notice. We only got to taste 4-5 meats of this experience Where was the rest? The wine served after we finished the main entrees and the appetizers arrived later

the service was absolutely terrible, the waiters were rude, they barely came around with the meats. They took long with the bill. just terrible.
