Overall an enjoyable experience. Food was plenty and I liked the variety of meets; however, the cuts served wrapped in bacon were overcooked in my opinion. We were a party of nine celebrating a birthday. With that large number I wish we would have sat at a round table so we could hear each other’s conversations as the ambiance was appropriate but very loud.

This was our first visit as a family. Our server was attentive, and the staff serving the meats were friendly, but the meat quality didn’t match the price. The salad bar had a nice selection of fresh fruits like dragon fruit, papaya, and berries. As first-time customers, we were excited, but the experience fell short. When we were called in, no one greeted us. We waited at the counter without eye contact or a smile from the staff, and were told to wait with others. Arriving five minutes early and we expected a warmer welcome, so this was disappointing for us all. We still gave the staff a very good tip for those who made an effort. But the front reception staff can be improved.

Excellent experience. The staff was fantastic. Everyone, hostess, bartender, waiter and the gentlemen bringing the proteins were very friendly and a lot of fun. Service was really spectacular. Not 5 stars because the table was extremely wobbly. My partner sat down and lost most of his martini. The hostess tried to fix the table, but it was still wobbly, so we ate with caution. I noticed the table next to us was also having the same table problem. Oh, and the answer to the spilled drink was "you can always order another one". Also, be aware, they charge for tap water. We only had the one bottle that was on the table, but I believe they charge by the bottle. I think that is a bit petty to charge for tap, based upon the cost of the experience.

One of the most amazing Brazilian steakhouses I’ve been to while the prices are a little high. You get what you pay for services off the hook I would highly recommend doing the experience because you get touch sample all the meats and have access to the center buffet. Come hungry.

We had 6:30 pm reservations for my daughter’s 12th birthday dinner. We were seated straightaway in a quiet corner since there was 7 in the party. Our service actually took quite a while from the time our orders were taken to the food getting to our table. We were asked 3-4 times what other meats we wanted, but it never made it to us. We ordered desserts and mentioned it was our daughter’s birthday. The dessert came but they forgot the candle so we weren’t able to surprise her. We were a little disappointed. The staff was friendly, but feel that we were forgotten half the time we were there. As an aside, I’d like to mention that the restroom facilities were unclean and unhygienic. I actually had to sanitize 2 stalls for my daughter and her friend.

Be aware that if you want to try their Best of Brazil, all the person including kids need to also do that. Your party cannot mix Full Churasco experience with Best of Brazil.

Emily was attentive, sweet, and very kind! She made sure our sparkling water was always filled, as well as our son’s lemonade; any special requests for a specific meat, she ensured was served. She was great, and ultimately that is the reason for any restaurant experience, is when your server is there to make sure you’re always smiling and satisfied! Thank you Emily!!
