We were looking forward to our Father's Day Dinner at Fogo on Sunday. We usually go here on special days. This visit, however was a bit disappointing. It was super crowded and busy. Although we had reservations, we still had to wait a bit. Sign at the buffet said please wear masks and gloves, but most people were not using the gloves and not wearing masks. The buffet was lackluster, most items were gone or picked over so we had to wait a bit for replenishment of fresh food. Meat choices were limited, but understandably so with the post pandemic fall out. For the ayce price, I feel we could have gone somewhere else and had a more hearty meal with more attentive service. Also, we had a 12 year old with us and we forgot to check the bill to see if her meal was discounted. We realized she was charged full price the next day. I still would recommend Fogo.. but maybe just not on a holiday. I give kudos to our server. She was great considering she was on a 12 hour shift.

Fathers day. Servers seem stressed out and unhappy. Meats were salty. Salad bar was ransacked. Cocktail arrived tap cold. Disappointed. Not worth the money

Went for Fathers Day lunch. The salad bar was disappointing, it wasn’t as good as I remember it. But luckily the mashed potatoes, fried bananas and fried cheese came thru as yummy sides. The meat was all yummy but we had to ask for the Filet Mignon as that cut never made its way over to us. Our servers Justin and Rachel were top notch.

I made reservations for my brother's birthday on a Saturday night. I have been to other Fogo de Chao locations and had a great experience, but unfortunately this location had awful service. First of all, our party of 5 was seated in a corner. Someone introduced herself as our server, and we never saw her again. We all ordered the "experience" but during the meal the people coming around with the meat weren't coming to our area at all, and since we had no server, we eventually had to get up find someone to request that they come by. We asked one of the people bringing around meat, and he sent a few over. But they came all at once and never again. After being there over an hour and a half without service, we had to grab another server, who apologized and brought us some more sides. He asked what we wanted, and said he'd send over some food but it didn't come for a long time. We were never offered more drinks, and our water was never refilled. The service was just terrible, from the server disappearing and us apparently not getting a new one so having to request help, to the people with the meat not ever coming to our table even as we tried to hold up our "green" cards or make eye contact. We watched them repeatedly return to tables near us, but never to our table in the back corner. It was frustrating to come with expectations of a fun experience for my brother's birthday but be so disappointed in the service. I also noticed a lot of staff standing around talking to one another, and in the way so that I had a hard time navigating to the restroom.
I definitely wouldn't return to this location given how disappointed we all were with the service. The food was decent - when they brought it - but we didn't get offered half the menu items and we didn't get a chance to get seconds even though we wanted to try all the meat items that were on the menu. Just a very disappointing experience, especially given the cost. I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

Restaurant was hot. The salad bar was totally picked over and messy and low on lots of choices.The drinks took FOREVER to bring. Mashed potatoes were cold bland and unsavory. The lamb, my favorite was SO overdone, inedible both times they came by. The other meats were mostly dry, especially ribs, pork and chicken. Took way too long to pay the check, not sure why. The servers were very friendly.

We went here to celebrate Father's Day on Saturday night. The food is good, but the service is lacking. A smile goes a long way, our waitress seemed miserable. For over $350 wit 2 adults/2 kids, it's not worth the trouble. It's a fun environment, it would be so much better if the wait staff was friendly.

8:15 was our reservation. We seated 10:00pm. 8:15 the front lobby told me give them 15 min. Cause there’s 10 people ahead of us. We let it go and decided to wait until our name get Called. 9:55 we went to tell then that we waited almost 2 hrs for our reservation and asked what the purpose of reservation if the wait is 3 hours. Miracle happed they suddenly had table for us just instance.

I don't think it's worth $42 per person for lunch. The circulation of meats is very slow and choices are very limited.

Went for Sunday brunch. Buffet was great and the service was wonderful. Great value!
Out of most food items. Staff was not even aware they sold some food items on the menu. Handful of items they did have were inedible

My reservation was at 8:30 pm and when I reported on time I was told to stand outside to wait. I was seated in the patio instead inside the restaurant. The heater stand was so closed to the date that she kept stating the her hair will catch on fire because the heat was intense to which I switched seated with her. The salads bar was running out of items and was not stock. For what I paid for my dinner's date, it could be a lot more better for this restaurant.

I would skip this - you have to hound down the wait staff for the meats, the bathrooms were poorly maintained, and the food was too salty.

We had a great experience during our first time at the restaurant celebrating my husbands birthday. The service and the food was all excellent. The variety of meat and side dishes was amazing. We also really liked the atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant as well.
We were early and they sat us down quickly which was great. So many waiters but really slow at helping you with drinks and picking up plates. Generally it was delicious.
Food was great but they brought over a lot of meat right away when we weren’t ready for it, but then brought very little meat once we were done with the salad bar. Rushed us out to get more people in.
Said it was a birthday, but they made no effort. They did for other tables. Needs to keep requesting cuts of meat because they skipped our table.

As good as the food was we didn’t see as many Gouchoses with different meets. The Lamb never came by the bacon wrapped steaks never came by. We only saw 4 different meats. The wine was exceptional, thank you for the recommendation. The deserts as always was amazing!

This is like my all time fav place and it never disappoints me from the service to the food, it’s all great!
The salad bar did not offer the kind of variety that I have seen in other similar Brazilian restaurants. There wasn’t a good variety of meat. All in all, our experience did not live up to our expectations. The one thing that we appreciated was the wagyu ribeye.

I felt we got cheated on the wine pricing, bait and switch. We were recommended $80 wine bottle and after ordering, they said they don’t have it but have a better one but didn’t disclose it was going to cost 3X. That is not very honest and I will not come back here again.

Coworkers farewell dinner!!
A couple of weeks ago, we made a reservation on OpenTable for Memorial Day 7pm. We went in knowing that it's a holiday weekend, & most restaurants have already opened back up from the year-long shut down. I've worked in F&B operations and hospitality since 2007, so I was personally prepared for any lags in service. However, tonight left us pretty shocked. It started out lovely -- the hosts were friendly & welcoming. We only waited a few minutes for our table to get turned over & then we were sat. The table was wobbly, so we decided to let our server know when he/she came by later. We waited maybe 15 minutes, and then a server's assistant came & finally brought us waters and cheese bread, informing that someone would be right with us. Several more servers and gauchos walked past, noticed that we had nothing on our table, & didn't bother to ask even though we made eye contact. Our server finally came & took our beverage orders, & we informed him that the table was wobbly. He apologized & said, "I'll fix it right away" & ended up disappearing for another 5-10 minutes. Bf and I were getting hungry, so we got up to leave. We were already outside of the restaurant when our server came running out, begging us to come back inside. We stated that we have waited for 20 minutes already & didn't want to wait. I pointed out that he should go back inside & take care of his other tables, to which he did.
We honestly could have left without issue, but the way that the server ran after us & basically caused a scene was unprofessional. There were so many service failures that happened in 20 minutes -- lack of teamwork, lack of attention, unprofessionalism. Yes, it's a holiday weekend, and everyone is opening back up again. We don't want any compensation -- we just want management to see this review, address the service failures/opportunities, & correct the behavior to prevent future occurrences.

Great location! Jason and Sarah were attentive and friendly. Food was fresh and amazing. This location is one of our favorite. Definitely better than our visit to the Scottsdale Fogo.
