Early anniversary dinner, and our first time at Fogo. Meats were tender. The cuts with the crust were exceptionally flavored and delicious. I especially enjoyed the pork parm and beef ribs. The market table needed to be refilled in some spots when we went up to it, but the caprese, grilled zucchini and broccoli were fresh and perfect sides.
This time was a bit disappointing. The food was OK and prompt, but the service wasn't what it should have been for the cost and based on prior experience. Some of the buffet items had run out, the server brought over coffee that spilled onto the plate and then table and left it, and I left with the impression the staff was just tired.

First time here and really impressed! Out of all the Brazilian steakhouse We've tried, this one so far tops them all.

Everything was pretty good, however; During the pandemic I was quite concerned with the Meat server walking from table to table placing his skewer on everyone’s dirty plate and pulling off the meat and then going to the next table and placing his skewer on everyone’s dirty plate. It was quite noticeable and the transmission of germs will happen very easily In this given situation. Other than mess we enjoyed our waiter. It was a first time experience and the Meat servers were very pleasant however walking from table to table and placing that skewer and everyone’s dirty plate was not a great impression.
This is one of our family's favorite places to dine. The market table is full of delectable fruits, cheeses, salads and veggies. There is always a tasty soup, rice and beans but the main course are all the meats. My recommendation is plan to take your time and enjoy yourselves.
We have been many times, usually quite good. This time since we were a walk-in and not have a reservation we were turned away from the front desk. I used my open table accounts and created a reservation and we walked right back in all within 5 minutes. They seemed upset with us.... They weren't very friendly. We had to ask for a wine list multiple times, track someone down to get water. Even to get our check. The food overall was good a few of the meats were completely black and charred burnt actually. Others were spot on though. Just lacking in service.
A service was great it was my sons birthday and he got a free dessert. Only negative was it was tough maneuvering through tables to get to the salad bar
The quality of the dining experience has declined at Fogo. Disappointing to see, this used to be one of my favorite spots.

We were really looking forward to dining here for a birthday celebration. The meats rarely came by, no one checked on us for water/sides refill and they came by and cleared our table as we were eating! We didn’t get offered the dessert menu and we were celebrating a birthday party which I had indicated multiple times and was hoping to order a dessert plate. In addition, we waited for about 20 minutes to flag someone down to get the bill. Overall service was just disappointing…

We have 2 kids, 6-8. They enjoyed the experience. The food was good and the wine suggestion was good. Our only concern with the place was the lack of cleaning in both male and female restrooms.

Disappointing. We’ve been several times but this time the cold salad bar was sparse, they kept bringing around chicken legs (the ones that sell for $1/lb), and they were out of the green/red coasters that indicate if you want more meats. Also had to ask for side refills.

I feel like our waiter just didn’t care until I told him, “I’m feeling overlooked here” and suddenly he was all over us us. I appreciate that but I wish I didn’t have to ask for it

We came for my birthday on the 26th
Place was crazy -wall to wall people packed in there . Buffer ran out of some items early on that were never replaced . Many weight staff wore their masks below their noses and vaccination ID’s were not checked. Saw some patrons walked around without masks altogether! Would not return here again during Covid!

Food was average but the serving was little slow
Salad bar was kind of a mess with not a lot of options, out of some foods and wines that were on menu, shrimp cocktail was over cooked and/or frozen after being over cooked as it was powdery and not crisp when biting into, one of the guys running around with meats spilled on my wife’s wool coat and just ran off, bathrooms were a total mess.
While the shrimp cocktails were taken off the menu, kitchen and management should probably do a better job of watching what goes out to their patrons as well as making sure salad bar is loaded/clean and that bathrooms are kept clean. After spending $1500 for dinner, I would have expected a lot more. Ambiance was pretty good, but not worth $1500.00.
We always want to meet and exceed our guests' expectations, and we are disappointed to know our Market Table did not impress you. We welcome you to return, as having another chance to earn your satisfaction would mean everything to us.
Worst experience ever. Had 3 different waiters after they kept leaving for larger parties. The food was NOT good! Didn't even bring our side dishes until the end of our meal after we had to ask. Ribs were BURNT! Seating was so close together that you were being bumped into while people were walking around. Even the servers would bump your chair and not say a thing. I will be spending my money at Texas de Brazil from here on out!

We were there a total of an hour and a half and we saw our server twice... My. Husband had to get up and go ask for napkin and silverware... The food was over cooked

Extremely disappointed. The salad bar was not restocked the entire time I was there. Since we get charged as part of the experience, this was not ideal. 75 percent of the bar was empty. Empty soup warmer and empty trays of food. Not to mention whatever was left was not cleaned up extremely messy. It was impossible to get the attention of our waiter and we had no idea there were sauces available upon request until we saw other tables. The lights turned on while people were still dining. The entire staff was ready to go. The only positive was the staff carrying the rodizio, they came by often.

It was our first visit as a family to the restaurant and we enjoyed the food. It was a little busy so it was hard to request for things but if we get hold of someone, the items arrived quickly. It didn’t look like we had a dedicated server because she disappeared in the middle of the service. The reception area could also be more welcoming or less crowded. There were too many servers and hosts in the front that we didn’t know who to approach. Overall, we had a positive experience and would be willing to visit another time.
It was a good experience, the lady who help us sit is excellent. All server are superb / excellent.
Party of 14. Servers didn’t even serve the entire table. They chose a person then walked away. Several moments where the floor had no one even serving meat. Don’t bother with this location. SF was much better

It was great. I think there may have been a wedding or a quinceañera in their event space so it was a little louder than normal, but overall a very nice place for a date night.

They did not acknowledge the note about my parents’ anniversary on the reservation. The variety of meats being served was very limited and of that selection, it was barely available. The drink cart was not operating, and the bar was low on supplies so certain drinks could not be made.

I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant. I took my dad here for his birthday and as much as I wanted it to be a great evening, the waitress was simply not happy to be there. She would reply with an attitude and avoid attending tables at all costs. I was really close to telling her to go home if she didn’t want to be working that night. Not sure if I’ll be coming back

Food was good but the tables are way too crowded. There we barely any room to make it to the restrooms and exit the place without having to step sideways to get past other guest. I would almost say it’s a fire hazard, not to mention during a pandemic it felt pretty uncomfortably close. Lots of guests weren’t even wearing masks near the salad bar. Normally this place is good but I’m not sure if I will be back for a while. It’s expensive and should not be so crowded at these prices.
It was me and my husband’s 9th wedding anniversary. We had an 8pm reservation and waited nearly an hour to be seated before we gave up and decided to look for another place to eat because we had a sitter at home that couldn’t wait for us all night.

Horrible covid measures! Aweful table arrangements, waiters constantly bumping into chairs. They hardly brought neat, and when they did it was dry and overcooked, more like beef jerky. Salad bar was not fresh. They were out of dessert, ice cream and herbal tea bags. Overpriced for poor quality of food, inferior service and personal having their masks below their nose. Even a one star is too much

There were pieces of meat on the floor all over the restaurant. I saw servers step on it and not clean it after. Very messy place. Very different to the one in sf. Our server said “I have a table of 20 people I have to greet so you have to wait”. I’ve been a server before and I have never done that. Drinks took 25 minutes to get to our table. 2 stars overall
