Out of most food items. Staff was not even aware they sold some food items on the menu. Handful of items they did have were inedible
My reservation was at 8:30 pm and when I reported on time I was told to stand outside to wait. I was seated in the patio instead inside the restaurant. The heater stand was so closed to the date that she kept stating the her hair will catch on fire because the heat was intense to which I switched seated with her. The salads bar was running out of items and was not stock. For what I paid for my dinner's date, it could be a lot more better for this restaurant.
I would skip this - you have to hound down the wait staff for the meats, the bathrooms were poorly maintained, and the food was too salty.
Dining tables way too close together and servers were hectic. Felt claustrophobic.
We had a great experience during our first time at the restaurant celebrating my husbands birthday. The service and the food was all excellent. The variety of meat and side dishes was amazing. We also really liked the atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant as well.
We were early and they sat us down quickly which was great. So many waiters but really slow at helping you with drinks and picking up plates. Generally it was delicious.
Food was great but they brought over a lot of meat right away when we weren’t ready for it, but then brought very little meat once we were done with the salad bar. Rushed us out to get more people in.
As good as the food was we didn’t see as many Gouchoses with different meets. The Lamb never came by the bacon wrapped steaks never came by. We only saw 4 different meats. The wine was exceptional, thank you for the recommendation. The deserts as always was amazing!
You gotta be a good eater to make it worth the bill. 😁 Food was good.
They forgot about our drinks multiple times where we had to walk over and remind them.

Service was excellent but the meat was just too salty!

This is like my all time fav place and it never disappoints me from the service to the food, it’s all great!
The salad bar did not offer the kind of variety that I have seen in other similar Brazilian restaurants. There wasn’t a good variety of meat. All in all, our experience did not live up to our expectations. The one thing that we appreciated was the wagyu ribeye.

I felt we got cheated on the wine pricing, bait and switch. We were recommended $80 wine bottle and after ordering, they said they don’t have it but have a better one but didn’t disclose it was going to cost 3X. That is not very honest and I will not come back here again.

Coworkers farewell dinner!!
A couple of weeks ago, we made a reservation on OpenTable for Memorial Day 7pm. We went in knowing that it's a holiday weekend, & most restaurants have already opened back up from the year-long shut down. I've worked in F&B operations and hospitality since 2007, so I was personally prepared for any lags in service. However, tonight left us pretty shocked. It started out lovely -- the hosts were friendly & welcoming. We only waited a few minutes for our table to get turned over & then we were sat. The table was wobbly, so we decided to let our server know when he/she came by later. We waited maybe 15 minutes, and then a server's assistant came & finally brought us waters and cheese bread, informing that someone would be right with us. Several more servers and gauchos walked past, noticed that we had nothing on our table, & didn't bother to ask even though we made eye contact. Our server finally came & took our beverage orders, & we informed him that the table was wobbly. He apologized & said, "I'll fix it right away" & ended up disappearing for another 5-10 minutes. Bf and I were getting hungry, so we got up to leave. We were already outside of the restaurant when our server came running out, begging us to come back inside. We stated that we have waited for 20 minutes already & didn't want to wait. I pointed out that he should go back inside & take care of his other tables, to which he did.
We honestly could have left without issue, but the way that the server ran after us & basically caused a scene was unprofessional. There were so many service failures that happened in 20 minutes -- lack of teamwork, lack of attention, unprofessionalism. Yes, it's a holiday weekend, and everyone is opening back up again. We don't want any compensation -- we just want management to see this review, address the service failures/opportunities, & correct the behavior to prevent future occurrences.

Great location! Jason and Sarah were attentive and friendly. Food was fresh and amazing. This location is one of our favorite. Definitely better than our visit to the Scottsdale Fogo.

Food is okay but I excepted more meat to be served with the price you pay especially when we were a large group of people but our main server is attentive and very accommodating. Will try again someday
Great service! Everyone was so friendly, patient, and accommodating with our large group. Food was just as good as we remembered. It was very busy and packed, but still had a great experience.

First time back since pandemic started. Friday before Memorial Day Was surprisedly packed. We had reservations however still had to wait a while outside before being called in.
Inside While crowded, we felt safe with patrons wearing masks when walking around but without at their tables. The atmosphere was quite likely and a bit loud but tolerable.
Salad buffet was open. We wear supplies disposable gloves to serve ourselves as usual.
As always, the service and food at Fogo de Chao was excellent. It was my wife’s b-day and we really enjoyed our dinner.

The head gaucho (Leo???) was excellent and so is the waitress (not sure of her name but she’s dark, curly hair) very very nice and attentive and accommodating. Service was excellent. Thank you.

Time and time again, Fogo de Chao kills it with its service, food, and ambiance and makes itself the perfect date destination. I do tend to also come here by myself to just enjoy a quiet lunch out and my server (her name is Taylor) ALWAYS gives me the best service!!
Everything is good except the salad bar. Need to have more kind of the salad.
We arrived at 5pm and went to the salad bar. They had run out of many things I was looking forward to. My pineapple tea was good. The meats were hit and miss. Some were fresh, tender and right off the grill. Some were dry and too salty.
We expected business casual dress, people were in very casual clothes. This was an unusual interesting restaurant. But we were a little disappointed.
Jennifer, we should always be meeting and exceeding your high expectations of us, so it's disappointing to learn we fell short. We hope this doesn't cause you to stay away forever. When you're ready, visit us again.
This place is normally amazing- however this time they had little food, and the quality was far below normal. The meat was limited and hard to get. The salad bar looked like day old hometown buffet. I hope they get back to normal soon.

We haven’t been in a restaurant in so long that tonight was absolutely perfect. The service was impeccable and outstanding. The staff was diligent and kind. Nothing felt rushed or rude. The food was just delicious. I am so happy that we spent my husbands birthday at the steakhouse.
We were seated in the farthest outside corner and essentially neglected until speaking up. The bread should be a lot better than these undercooked dough balls. and the salad bar at fresh choice is way better than this salad bar.

This is the third time we’ve eaten here.
The first two times were pretty great so I looked forward to the family gathering here again. Last night, the experience was atrocious. I’m not exaggerating. We sat and waited 15 minutes + between anyone coming to cut meat and ALL of the meat we was 80% fat (except the chicken)...our plates ended up looking like crime scenes. Revolting amounts of fat. The service was as bad as it could be. We’ll never go back. The bill for 4 was over $400. The ambiance is like a dimly lit cafeteria. I can’t understand the crowds of people here. NEVER AGAIN.

We had a great experience! Our meat server was fantastic! He made sure we had the meets we wanted and checked in on us consistently. Wish I could remember his name to give him a kudos. He did a much better job taking care of us then our actual server. Our server only checked in on us a couple of times and decided to care when we told him we had ask someone else for our bill. He didn’t even bring us the bill, someone else did. Like we previously said, our meat server made our experience a five star experience!
Food was great. Our waitress, Sara was super nice and helpful. Our family really enjoyed this Sat. brunch.

Very good selection of meats. It is the churrasco style you will find in South of Brazil, which is the best type (opinion of someone that lived in the northeast, southeast and south regions of Brazil). The buffet is also good and has a considerable variety, but the main star is the meat. People are friendly and the ambient is nice.
