   Meat quality was not great for the price. They were tough and salty. The service was also very very slow. The salad bar was good and well stocked. Overall… poor experience.

   Great lunch, incredible food, wonderful ambience, and excellent service. Our waitress was Grace and she was superb! Can’t wait to go back again!

   Our server was good, but we had a party of 16 and specifically requested the $50 per person deal they offer. The server told us we wouldn't be able to have any of the "premium meats" unless we upgraded to the $72 option — noting that premium meats included filet mignon, chicken hearts, etc. Since several people in our group wanted filet mignon, we agreed to upgrade. However, they only brought the filet mignon out once, served two people, and never came back with it again. We asked five times — even went up to the front — and still, no one followed through. Despite that, they insisted on charging everyone at the $72 rate because "two people" had the premium meat, and apparently, the whole table must be charged. Absolutely absurd. We hadn't been back in over four years because of issues like this — and after this experience, it looks like we'll continue going to Gaucho instead.

   Our server Ronaldo provided absolutely outstanding service during my visit. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. He anticipated our needs without being intrusive and gave great recommendations from the menu. His positive attitude and professionalism really made the experience memorable. If you have the chance to be served by Ronaldo, you’re in for a great dining experience!

   It was good, not great. Wished servers paid a bit more attention to us, wish the food was cooked a bit longer, (medium rare was more rare and even blue) but it’s still one of my fav places.

   Food was very good but not excellent. Some of the meat was a little dry. Service was poor considering the price. Waited for water most of the night. Dessert - the chocolate lava cake was poor. Somewhat dry, not warm in any way. Felt like they just stuck chocolate syrup in small cake.

    I have gone to this location numerous times for personal and business purposes; always have had a wonderful experience, consistent quality, and accommodating staff. This is a prime location as well being located in Santana row. I will continued to come to this location in the future.
