Little nervous sitting by the street, but had a great time and would definitely go back!
I would had like more salad option brought to my table, especially knowing that you have a large amount to offer. I love dinning at Brazilian steak houses and I love your restaurant, however this time I did not like the service nor food options. It was a bit of a let down. Not to mention that I was with my wife celebrating our 7 year anniversary. I even asked for a request to please be served to our table for our celebration, but nothing was done. The server was very nice, however very inattentive. Not what I expect for a $70 per person meal.
Absolutely deplorable. With the exception of Theo, everyone working there was new and stupid. I had to ask for everything twice (including a napkin) and I NEVER GOT MY BACON!!! What on earth is going on?

Service was amateur. Food took forever to be circulated. Sides were frozen by the time meats came around. We will give one more chance and then its off the list forever.

Loved it! Their waiters are very respectful. I asked them to not bring pork to my table and they made sure of that. Super satisfied!

I had a reservation at 9pm. And got sat down 40 mins later because they said they were “ backed up”. That was not my problem they should be more organized on their availability/schedule. I’m very disappointed. The food tasted amazing though after all. They include the tips in the check and it’s about 40% which they barely came to the table & asked if we needed anything.so I didn’t think that was fair.

Given the situation, it was ok. We were literally seated on the sidewalk without any roof support during Valentine’s Day. We had to ask if we could move closer to the restaurant, as it rained off and on. Service was ok. Food was decent.
Wouldn’t come back but it was a funny experience.

I made reservations here for 1:30& for our first time (valentines & 2 year anniversary ), note when we got here it wasn’t busy at all . first we got sat at a broken table so we got moved further down to a different table , they didn’t inform anyone so we were sitting for about 25 min at our table , no water no menu no server . finally I said something , a server came we ordered waters , waters or food still didn’t come for another half an hour , the servers were just skipping our tables not offering us any food , we finally got our drinks after maybe two rounds of some steak , then our server comes and offers us dessert at around 3 and I was confused because we hadn’t gotten like ANY food .
she grabbed a server to come bring us food and finally the restaurant started to pick up so it’s like 4:45& we still haven’t really eaten and now it’s really busy so we ended up just paying $157 for a couple pieces of steak and water for two & we are now leaving to go eat somewhere else .Mind you we came from San Jose . Ridiculous .
This is disheartening to hear, as our team never wants a guest to have to wait so long for cuts and end up leaving hungry. We sincerely apologize, and we hope you award us a second chance in the future.
We waited 15 minutes for our table even though we had reservations but I’m assuming it was only because it was Valentine’s Day and they were very busy. Other than the wait, the food was great! Our waiter Nic was very attentive and the servers were so friendly. There were times we had to ask for certain meats to come by but the staff were quick with our requests. Would recommend!
The food and service was Great. Its definitely a must when I come back to San Francisco

Food was wonderful and the service impeccable. But we ended up eating way too much, and felt almost sick as a result. Word of advice: pace yourself, eat the vegetables and salad sides. Also sitting on the side walk with cars whizzing by seemed dangerous and detracted from an otherwise gorgeous ambiance.

The was food was average and not worth the price. The waiter stopped at our table once throughout the whole meal. The wait staff walked by many times with my water glass empty. I finally got a refill when the check was delivered. Will not be coming back to this location.

It was our first time at the restaurant the server was awesome and gave us suggestions as to what we should try our first time so our experience would be unforgettable.
Experience was nice but almost every cut of meat was off the edge and was extremely fatty and full of gristle. I honestly wish I would have gotten a dinner with one cut of meat or the salmon. I think overall it would have been a better quality meal. I’m also not one to want to stuff myself silly. I felt guilty for leaving so much uneaten meat on my plate. Service was impeccable and ambiance was wonderful despite the COVID dining guidelines.

It was nice, servers were attentive the whole time
I have been coming to Fogo for years with my family for birthday dinners and celebrations, their food NEVER disappoints! However, with the new health standards regarding Covid I’d really like to see more precaution from the restaurant itself. It was pretty busy the night my family & I (party of 3) attended. Knowing that’s something employees can’t control, we understood the “slower than usual” service. What we didn’t expect to see was food flying in and out of the guest entrance, some employees not wearing masks, and improperly distanced seating. We’re really not one to complain as we are food service workers ourselves, but I felt the need to let the restaurant and customers know to be more cautious. Thank you Fogo for the delicious food, we hope we can come back when things get safer!

Great service. Wonderful to be back again
There was a couple next to us playing YouTube videos pretty loud. We went for a nice quiet romantic dinner. I don't feel it's my place to say something to other patrons. The restaurant needs to be proactive and think about all of its guest and what they might think.
The service was good but it really was a bit lacking in general. I was annoyed but kept to myself and tried to enjoy my dinner with my beautiful wife.

Abner was wonderful.
During best of times, gauchos are hard to understand. It is worse now behind masks. Elecution lessons are needed.
Great service and food
So glad you are open during San Francisco's Pandemic Lockdown.
Food was good and servers kept coming by every 2-3 minutes with more food which was great but also made having a conversation with someone at the table hard because of constant interruptions. Alcoholic beverages came to the table very very slowly so we didn’t order anymore drinks after getting our first round.

The food was good, good service, very good covid precautions. The only food that overcooked were the pork ribs-dried out and tough. The tables wer4e spaced far apart, heating were great, and a comfortable environment.
Excellent place to go for any special day of celebration. It’s worth it.
Most annoying was a Latinix family with a screaming baby. They should have been asked to leave and/or not admitted in the first place.
Theo brought me a rum cocktail that was not ordered, but added to my bill. Server removed the charge when the mistake was brought to his attention.
Turkey was very bland - dark meet should have been cooked and served in addition to the tasteless white meat.
Very glad restaurant was open and improvements can be made for next year's Thanksgiving Dinner.
