Food was often times undercooked. Lamb was raw — not rare. Nothing was cooked more than medium-rare, except for one cut. this fogo failed to meet the expectations of the ones I have been to in DC or NYC.

I will rethink 10000000 before returning to this place. I have been in several fogo de chão around the country and I have never had such a horrible service as yesterday 01-18 I made reservation for 8pm for just 02 people . I arrive there 7:55pm I check in and the hostess told me we a little busy but your table will be ready in few minutes so I ask how much minutes and she say 5 to 7 minutes I say ok great THEY LET ME WAITING FOR 42 MINUTES. I questioned 1 time about how long more we needed wait around 8:30pm and she say few minutes we busy so I waited until 8:42 for get a table. I totally understand a place may be busy but why then overbook sooo much people more than you can accommodate why don’t book the right amount and then everyone can get your table I don’t care wait 10 min but wait for 42 minutes ? So disrespectful with our time . We had other plans . And your hostess she is rude and should be more sincere and next time say the estimated time properly

We were with a group of 6 and were served friendly and promptly. The meat is very good quality but way too salty. The fresh bar had many different fresh vegetables, cheeses, cold meat/fish and tasted good. I missed potato-based dishes though. Wine is good but overpriced. Good place to celebrate with a group. Less qualified for romantic dinner.

Restaurant staff were very accommodating in reservation alterations. Thank you very much. The salad bar(buffet) counter food were quite bad, dried papaya and other veggies, very unappetizing. The staff came by rapidly to serve meat in the first 15 mins, afterwards, you hardly see their faces because the restaurant got busy I guess. Meat were mostly flavorless. All and all, not up to our par.

This is not just dinner but a whole experience, made even better by a fabulous waitress named Dee . Food was outstanding and in plentiful supply, would definitely recommend.

Por la fecha no se puede tener un valor real de todo ya que asistió mucha gente pero no estuvo mal esperamos una hora para podernos sentar en una mesa aún con hora de reservación pero por ser 31 de diciembre ahí que reconocer que ahí situaciones que se pueden salir de nuestras mano pero todo bien .

Am Anfang mussten wir leider einige Zeit warten bis wir die Bestellung aufgeben konnten aber es hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt!

I was very disappointed that the full dinner menu was not available at the bar seating.
Made the reservation for Christmas dinner and looked forward my first Brazilian steak experience then learned that bar seating ( which was only available to make reservation for open table ) has completely different menu.
If I knew about it , I definitely picked another restaurant ..... this definitely ruined my Christmas dinner plan so I have to give the bad review.

Thomas is a terrible bartender. On December 24, he ignored me from 11:30 - 11:45 while he set up the bar and made drinks for two people seated in the dining room. He could not answer questions I had about the wine list, and was visibly upset when he opened a bottle of wine that I did not like and refused to buy. Had he been knowledgeable about what he was selling, he would not have made his stupid mistake.
On the other hand, Rudolph, appropriately working Christmas Eve, was absolutely as wonderful as usual and should be given a huge holiday bonus.
Thomas should be fired.

Enjoyed the dinner. Took 6 high schoolers along with my wife and their youth leader. They really had a great time. The food was really good and the salad bar well stocked. The servers were friendly and attentive. My only issue was that we had to ask for lamb chops and chicken hearts, so I had to eat lamb after my dessert.

Seated early and situated relatively close to the “sides”, Feijoada bar which was perfect. The smoked salmon melts in your mouth and so many side dishes to choose from. From artichokes, to mushroom and even grilled bell peppers, yum! Servers were attentive and plenty, we never had to wait for someone to attend to whatever we needed. Meats were plentiful but the temperature were inconsistent. Some are deliciously medium to medium-rare, but there were some cooked well done! While we were already full just in the few cuts of meats that came our way, I didn’t think we were served or offered all their selections. We did not get to taste the beef ribs and the filet mignon only came around once. But to their credit, you can request a particular cut and temp, and they will bring to your table.
Overall, it’s a great experience! Will go back again for a special occasion. Thank you for the online $50 coupon too!

Crowded beyond words, the valet never came out because there was only one on a busy Friday night at 730. The front desk greeting staff was overwhelmed and borderline unprofessional by becoming confrontational with my friends and hanging up the phone whenever people were calling.

On the plus side, the food, drinks and our servers (and primary waitress) were absolutely at the impeccable standards that I have come to expect from having been to Fogo de Chão locations in the US and internationally. I left a 25% tip, and hope the valet and front desk did not get a cut of it at the end of the night.

I saw several dinner menu before the visit, but the almost only choice for main is the churrasco $65.
So, you should go this restaurant only when you want to much amount of meat. The meat served during our stay was not so many kind as mentioned in the menu.

I went to fogo de chão for my birthday on December 8. Booked a table for 4 and they gave us a table for 2.
The waitress were very nice but when the person incharge for customer service came to our table asking what was my thought about the food I said it’s so far not an authentic Brazilian food but I liked the meat etc.
Then we suggested if I want to try a Brazilian food I should go to another place. I was shocked with his rudeness. I won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will never go there again, never

Los cortes de carne están buenos y el sistema de ir sirviendo hasta decir basta gustó a mi hijo. Con el restaurante muy vacío nos intentaron sentar en una mesa ubicada regular y cuando le pedimos otra, rectificaron. El camarero que nos atendió en la mesa bastante simpático. Pegas: el producto no es de 10 (es de 8) pero sin embargo el coste es alto unos 90 USD por persona (sin vinos). Pero si quieres pasar buen rato lo recomiendo.

Nathan our server was great. Very attentive and not over bearing. The meat selections were great as well. Only problem we had was with one of the waiters serving the meat. He cut a piece of the meat and it slid off the cutting board and landed in my lap and then the floor. It’s not really to much of an issue. The meat did stain my dress pants but I’m ok with having it cleaned. His apology was not too sincere and he seemed to have an attitude about it. Other than that we enjoyed our evening there.

With the increasing competition in the Brazilian Steak House category, FdC is starting to get left behind. We went on a Sunday night and were surprised that the variety of meats offered seemed limited compared to other similar venues I have been to in the last year. To be fair, ribeye did show up but not until all at our table were done. Had seen shrimp and chuck roast at other venues but not here. A wider variety of cultural desserts would be nice and less of the standard key lime and cheesecake fair.

The service of the food was excellent and quick but other service for ordering dessert and getting the bill seemed that we had to wait a long time.

We had a terrible experience on Thanksgiving. They over booked the restaurant and couldn't really handle all the reservations. We waited for over an HOUR to be seated. The food wasn't that great either. The meats were ok, some too seasoned and some not seasoned at all. Salad bar was mediocre at best. There a few side dishes that didn't look very appetizing. We never got the potatoes and Plantains we were supposed to get. We ended up paying almost $100 per person for a mediocre meal, bad service, and a lot of frustration. Do yourself a favor and avoid this terrible place.

Thanksgiving night. Place was booked solid. Regardless of your reservation time, you still had to wait. But the front desk staff was always gracious. Waiter Frank was spot-on with everything even though it was a holiday.
