Food was good, too many rare style meat, I was looking for well done. The place is nice but I though it’ll be more upper class environment but saw too many regular people with shorts and dressed inappropriate

I was looking forward to this meal and was so disappointed. It started with the bars inability to deliver on a simple tall Bacardi and Coke. They asked if I wanted two shots of Bacardi. I had to try and explain what a tall was and settled for a regular. Then we moved on to the limited salad bar. Note: I've been to other Brazilian Steakhouse restaurants and know what a salad bar should be. This was not even close and for the price point poorly stocked. When we arrived back at our table they began their meat offerings. Most of the beef choices (Sirloin; Ribeye; Garlic Sirloin; etc was tough. That said, the flavor was nice, which allows me to say it was ok. We had to actually request the filet mignon and it took them nearly 20 minutes to make it available. Sadly other than the filet mignon the bacon wrapped chicken was the best thing I ate. Additionally, we were never offered the lamb which we were looking forward too! The sides were delivered to the table cold (garlic mashed potatoes were delivered as if they came out of the refrigerator). Something I hadn't seen at other Brazilian Steakhouses was someone hocking ala cart shrimp cocktail for $21. To at least say something positive the service was good and I felt they cared about our health with the Covid protections in place. Our bill was approximately $225 and I would have been happier at a burger joint for a quarter of the price. I wouldn't recommend at this time.

I took my brother out for dinner, a few of the meats were a bit too rare for me though we had asked for them to be medium. Other than that everything was great. Only issue I had was they brought the wrong dessert to our table and left it, but still charged us for it.

Took my girlfriend and I here for our anniversary date dinner, really enjoyed all the meats, and especially the cheese and honey. The drinks were super refreshing, and also enjoyed the salad bar, and also very great atmosphere.

We went For SF restaurant week of 4/9-4/18/2021.
I love their Covid19 protocols and that they implement it very well.
The meats were fantabulous, mouth watering, perfectly cooked. The meats are cooked medium and they accommodated my friend’s request for medium rare.
The caipirinhas were awesome!
The desserts might not be authentic Brazilian Made but it’s still delicious!
I would go there again with friends!

Service was sub par. Waiters frequently passed us up and did not stop. Food selection wasn’t the greatest (salad bar). If you enjoy med-rare meat then this is the place for you.

Why do "diners" at Fogo de Chao think that athletic wear is acceptable to wear in a San Francisco restaurant? The majority of people dining there were dressed like suburban slobs who just got off a bus from a trip to a Factory Outlet.

Had Easter dinner here with a party of 6. The meats selection was great. All the meat was very tasty and seasoned great. The salad bar was fresh. The drinks, (Mango Ginger Martini) made perfect. The whole serving staff was very attentive and helpful.

Here are the reasons why I didn't give them a 5 star rating.

I called ahead to see if they knew there were any public garages that are close to the restaurant and open, because I know a few of them are temporary closed due to COVID. The girl that answer the phone said, " no we don't have parking, you will have to find street parking or a parking garage." I said "I know you do not have parking lot, but my question is, Do you know if there were a parking garage close to your restaurant." She again repeated that they don't have a parking lot. After a few times repeating my question and getting the same answer, I gave up.

We ordered the seafood tower for appetizers, that was a disappointment. It came with, shrimps, mussels, snow crab, and lobsters. The only thing good was the shrimps. The mussels, snow crab, and lobsters had no flavor. I think the snow crab and lobster was undercooked a little because the meat was still sticking to the shell. For $99.00, not worth it at all.

The service was out of this world. I was very impressed from the minute we walked in. The food was delicious as well, but a tiny bit salty. Only thing I wasn’t completely happy with was getting charged $15 for 2 bottles of water. I asked for “regular” water and the waiter kept saying sparkling or spring water & I replied ya not sparkling just regular water, well they brought us a bottle and then charged us for it.. I’m not sure if they don’t have regular water but every other table had glasses of water brought to them, so I’m not sure where that disconnect was but just make sure you’re clear you’re paying for regular “spring” water.

We were initially taken to a table in the front of the restaurant that had a breeze coming in from an open door. After a few minutes they moved us. The Meats were not evenly rotated. We were offered top/bottom sirloin at least five times, grilled cheese with honey twice, no bacon wrapped chicken or filet; lamb once. We asked for filet mignon and it was brought around once; the same for the sausage. There is no shrimp on the salad bar. The variety was just no good and the meat was not well seasoned. The service was ok but we were just disappointed with the whole experience.

Location was Near packing garages which helped! Food was really good my only complaint would be that the beefs were cooked just a little longer we got some medium cuts a little too red for my fiancé’s taste. Loved the all you can eat special meats were literally being offered every five minutes. Would definitely recommend to steak lovers!

Best restaurant hands down! My Husband enjoyed every moment ever piece of meat they served. The Staff was perfect ! I will be back for my anniversary next month.... we love Fogo De Chao . What a turnaround! From the last time my family came (February), our expectations weren’t skyrocketing high. However, Fogo really feels like it’s back in action. The entire staff (especially the attentive supervisor overseeing us Sunday night) along with Rory our server really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our meal. The food was exquisite as always, and better measures were set for COVID-friendly dining. Thank you Fogo for always being the perfect spot for a celebration, or even just an amazing dinner. We WILL be back (:

the place was packed... it didn't look like 25% capacity as mandated. The service wasn't that great. Our server was like a trainee. The meats were cooked rare. and wasn't as tasty as they were before. The Fogo de chapo experience wasn't the same as last few times we have gone there. They ran out of the bananas. And no chicken hearts. I am not too thrilled to go back. Maybe it's time to go to Espetus again:-(

There weren't enough meats going around. The salad bar wasn't the same either. Not too many choices anymore.
