Fogo de Chão is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse (Churrascaria) that has been setting the standard in Brazil for the past 36 years. Today, our gaucho chefs still expertly grill and carve tableside each of our cuts of meat like Picanha (signature sirloin), Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Fraldinha (Brazilian sirloin) Cordeiro (lamb) and more. In addition to the main dishes, enjoy our gourmet Market Table, authentic Brazilian side dishes, and award-winning wine list. Guests can also choose to enjoy lighter seafood selections or enjoy the gourmet Market Table only option.
We also offer semiprivate and private areas that can accommodate parties up to 130.

Delicious food and plenty of the meats going around. Favorite place to get Brazilian steak. The cheesy bread and mashed potatoes are top notch. Also a great selection from the cold bar. Highly recommend especially when they have a deal to receive a complimentary lunch/dinner.

We went to this place for happy hour and really enjoyed it. I have wanted to dine at this restaurant for some time. Now, having gone to Fogo de Chao for dinner, I found it not worth the wait. The food was fair, the service was less than average. Part of the problem was my fault - I should never have booked a seat on Valentine's day. They advertised Chicken (was not offered), lamb (was not offered), sausage (was not offered), and beef (excellent). So if you are in the mood to be ignored, eat from an average salad bar, be served less than half the menu, barely warm mashed potatoes and polenta fries - this is the place for you. Not for me.

1st time here at Fogo and I had an amazing time. I didn’t not know the pricing before dinner, but it was definitely worth the price. There were a lot of flavorful meat options and the bar was great as well. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Great food! Service was on the downside and at one point a waiter dropped all his plates on our table. Had to ask for the check 3 times. I think most of this was due to a busy Valentine’s Day but overall not bad.

The food was amazing like always but I guess where my family and i were sitting we were skipped over a lot by the waiters. It took me two times to tell the staff about it but afterwards the waiters finally came and served us food.

Took me best friend for his birthday. The meat selection and salad bar is far superior to any other Brazilian place in SD, hands down. The desserts are surprisingly good, too.

Really good meat I only gave it 4 stars thou because I felt like there were a very slim selection of how well you want your meat to be done
But over all very good, pretty expensive so I suggest to go for lunch

Great for carnivores given the volume and variety of meats served. Attention to detail has gone down since it opened however. Rarely has someone at the carving station, hard to get well done (have to wait and they often forget to come back), brunch parfait made of very sour yogurt without moisture because the soggy granola absorbed it all. Waiters do try their best, although many need refining.

Second time at fogo and we love it every time. Both times were for birthday dinners. Their meat choices are amazing! And I love their salad/side bar , great choices. Highly recommend making reservations before hand cause the wait can be long.

Restaurant Week is a great time to try different places and I wish we had been able to eat more so we could have tried all of their offerings. The staff are nice and the salad bar has tons of great fruits, veggies and cheeses.

This was a fun experience and I'm glad we went but the service wasn't as good as I thought it should be for the prices they are charging. About half the meat was tasty to me and the other half was a little dry or I didn't like the taste. It has a self-serve salad bar type thing that was very good especially the meat and cheese selection and then the meat servers come very quickly but as far as getting any service with dessert, coffee, the bill, plan to be there for a while because they're very unattentive.
